Arrived late (wee hours) due to my flight and upon arriving in the hotel, was met by a very rude security who does not allow our cab to alight us beside the hotel but rather a distance. Found out that the security does not work for the hotel. Upon check in, the staff was rather impatient as it was the wee hours but they did service recovery very quickly. Very clean rooms and staff was exceptionally friendly helping with the navigation, especially Wison, who was so patient.

The hotel is located in a very good location, with metro just at doorstep and many shopping malls, eateries around. The staff is friendly, breakfast has a large variety with many local delights. Few points to improve: The hotel was opened years ago so maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved. Some facilities such as carpet, sofa, bed mattresses and floor tiles need to be further cleaned and fixed/replaced. I spotted some issues in the room but I only noticed that when I was about to check out. Though the hotel couldn’t do more to compensate for that but the staff was friendly and willing to offer their help if needed.

The very best experience from our long trip (18 days) across China. The facilities are very cosy and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and professional. The English speaking level is very high. Andy Song was really helpful for all kinds of requests. The breakfast is great. The place is quiet which is rare in such a big city. Amazing place, strongly recommended. Sofitel in Renmin Square will be our next destination in Xi’an.

This hotel wins for the location, very close to Muslim Quarters and Drum Tower, that you can see the Drum Tower on their rooftop. Halal food is close by for Muslims. Good heating/ airconditioning during winter and rain shower's water pressure was really good. Room was a bit small but worth the price paid. Free self-service laundry, very convenient. And the bed is softer than usual hotel beds which can run quite hard. Great accessibility to everywhere. Highly recommended!

I have had a great time staying here to discover Xian. 6 day trip and the hostel was great. Be sure to take the stairs since the elevator is very slow. The hostel is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and intact. The toilet is amazing given the Chinese toilet standard. The location is super convenient to reach food/metro/attractions! It will be hard not to fall in love with this view every-time you walk out of the hostel.

I took exit 9 or 1, but unfortunately the escalator of the road was off, hence made me difficult to find the hotel with some luggages. Staff is friendly and helpful eventhough they have some limitation in english speaking but they were trying to help us. Hotel name in didi app called as Feiman hotel. Suggest the hotel add english name (Feiman) on the hotel building instead of only Chinese character name.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel when I came to Xi'an for the first time. The experience was very good! The hotel has a superior location, and it is very convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The Drum Tower and the Bell Tower are very close to the hotel. The hotel services from the front desk to the guest rooms treat guests like family, warm and thoughtful. I would also like to mention that the Hanfu styling makeup artist in the Rumengge Studio on the second floor of the hotel is very professional. It is very reassuring to experience Hanfu styling there! Because I experienced it myself! If you want to wear Hanfu and travel through time, you should find the beautiful styling makeup artist in Rumengge!

Their service attitude is very good. Even the cleaning lady is so polite. Seeing that I brought my child, she gave me children's slippers and toothbrushes, which were delivered by robots. My child liked it very much. I stayed there for 3 days. The room was cleaned on time every day. There were also 4 bottles of water provided in the room, which was very considerate. SEG Shopping Center is opposite, so it is very convenient to go anywhere.

Not a word of English was once spoken here, despite claiming to be an International Hotel, with a Western restaurant. We were greeted by a sign saying that the swimming pool was closed, which was a major disappoin**ent as I had only booked this hotel to use the pool. I'm the room the tiles around the bath were all broken, and some on the floor too. It looks impressive when you first walk in, but then you notice issues. The ”coffee” is undrinkable to a westerner who doesn't take sugar. A huge selection of Chinese food for breakfast, but considering this is called a Western restaurant the cooked breakfast was appalling. The cook should ask someone how to fry eggs as they were awful. One day we had sausages that were fine, but the spicy ones are nothing like western sausages and not nice. I'm used to awful bacon in most countries, so this left me with beans on toast. The second day there were no beans, so just toast. The third day beans were empty, so I asked for some. After 10 minutes they came out stone cold. Very poor.

The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, especially Xiao Li and Xiao Xi at the front desk who were warm and courteous. We were in the huge 2 level suite! It was awesome for our family of four! So much space and storage spots. A great dining table to eat together. Another bathroom and shower upstairs. The one slight downside was it was quite dusty maybe from construction on floor above. No renovation noise during our weekend stay. Breakfast was decent, Chinese options better than western ones IMHO. Coffee better than expected. The staff were super friendly and helpful and let us delay our checkout a bit but I speak Chinese so your mileage may vary.

I think this hotel is the most convenient choice of all hotels in Xi'An. It's right in front of the Bell Towers, and walking distance to so many tourist spots, even situated right in front of metro exit. It's easy to call a cab here. The breakfast didn't have much choice, but if you're in a mood for other types of food, you can just go outside and find so many nearby restaurants. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel so much despite the hotel is old and that the window doesn't have view of the bell tower.

We love the vibes of the hotel and how it is conveniently located to many of popular eateries and food street. The metro exit is just outside the hotel which makes travelling really easy as well. We did not manage to try out all the facilities but what stood out was the VR game and the karaoke kiosk. They also have some games in the lobby to help kill your time. Would also like to commend May and Lemon for their kind help and service when checking us in. The concierge was also friendly and helpful though not fluent in English. Space wise in the hotel was also comfortable and they even have a air purifier in our room. Another bonus point was that they have the Chinese traditional costume kiosk and photographer for just 499 RMB which is super convenient because you can just have your makeup done and return it the next day right at the lobby.

This shop is highly recommended! I took the airport bus and got off at the Bell Tower. I came out to find a hotel to stay in for a few days. I came in at the first hotel next to the parking lot and walked to the south gate. Thinking it was very convenient. As soon as I entered the lobby A handsome little brother received me. He poured me water and drinks warmly. He helped me choose the room. The room was very clean after I went upstairs. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The outside was very hot. The room was very clean. The air conditioner is very cool. Lying on the bed is very comfortable to rest for a while. In the afternoon in the Muslim Street next to the Bell Tower. Drum Tower to play. There are many local specialties. It is a paradise for food. Especially the meat in the Muslim Street. Jiamo is so delicious. In the evening, take the subway in front of the hotel and go to Datang Everbright City to watch a free performance. The night view is very beautiful. There is also the musical fountain of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. Breakfast is also delicious. Also There are hand-made pancakes. Pumpkin cakes. Local snacks Liangpi. This time in Xi’an is a very good experience. People in Xi’an are also very enthusiastic. Will recommend friends to come here to play in the future. Stay at this hotel!

This hotel wins for the location, very close to Muslim Quarters and Drum Tower, that you can see the Drum Tower on their rooftop. Halal food is close by for Muslims. Good heating/ airconditioning during winter and rain shower's water pressure was really good. Room was a bit small but worth the price paid. Free self-service laundry, very convenient. And the bed is softer than usual hotel beds which can run quite hard. Great accessibility to everywhere. Highly recommended!

The experience was fantastic with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean with reasonable amenities, adequate and clean shower and toilet. Lots of hanfu photo-taking happening around the garden in the evening. About 10 - 15min walk from the nearest metro, and a few bus stops (1 - 5min walk) around. Walking distance to attraction venues, restaurants, and a mall. Staff will try to answer any questions about the area and travel tips, and even helped me book a Chinese tuina (massage) nearby at a discounted rate. I went for a hanfu photoshoot and soft copies were sent to me using China's Baidu cloud but I could not download it (Baidu account not available for foreign numbers). The staff went out of their way to download them and sent to my email. However, it's important to know how to speak Chinese (or Google translate) as they are primarily Chinese speaking staff that have little English knowledge.
