The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was raining heavily when we checked in. The staff helped to point out the entrance of the parking lot. Because the parking lot is very narrow, the staff helped to look at the parking space,Very recommended to stay,Very convenient, very close to the Manneken.

Stayed here with my Dad while visiting Brussels for a few days. The hotel is located right in the centre of Brussels and is walking distance from Grand Place. The area is surrounded with shops and restaurants also. We arrived early on the first day and they allowed us to check in early which was nice. City tax wasn't too expensive and we paid it then and there. Staff were nice at reception also and the lobby was decorated nicely and very clean. We had Room 210 as far as I remember. The carpets in the hallway and the room were very outdated and had a lot of stains. Also, the bathroom door in the room didn't lock, but this was sorted out the next day. Other than those issues, the room was nice. We had a balcony but not a great view since we were low down. We were facing into an apartment block unfortunately. The beds were comfortable and the batbrrom was clean also. There was a TV and hair dryer too but that's about the only amenities. No kettle or anything like that. The housekeeping staff were very nice too, and did a great job cleaning up our room. The buffet breakfast is served on the 7th floor and has a beautiful view out onto the city. The breakfast selection is great also with bacon, eggs, frankfurters, mushrooms, beans, cereal, bread, fruits, waffles, pastries, cold meats, cheese, hot drinks, juices etc. The place was clean and the waiting staff were friendly too. Very impressed with that part. I do have another small complaint though... when we asked the receptionist for some water (to bring up to the room, as this is common to ask for in any hotel I've agreed in previous), he told me to go across the road to the shop which I found a bit rude. Other than that, and the outdated room, we did enjoy our stay and it was reasonably priced too for its excellent location. I do recommend to anyone on a budget.

Rather clean room, very comfortable bed, good welcome. I only stayed one night to catch the train early the next day, so it was well suited, located opposite the Gare du Midi, 3 mins on foot. Only downside we hear a little noise in the hallway but it did not prevent me from sleeping

We were traveling to Paris and had to stay overnight in Brussels. This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice because it is a short walk from the train station, it is moderately priced, and has a friendly and helpful staff. We had some problems due to a Covid scare, had to cancel and then rebook and the young lady at the front desk did a great job dealing the complications.

Very a fantastic hotel in the centre of Brussels. It is near to many attractions and also near to the metro. Just take a day pass and roam around the city with peace of mind. Very good breakfast, though not a wide variety, but it's good enough. There were few disappointments. Firstly, The rooms were small but I think it is because of the small properties in any central part of any European city with a rich history. Secondly, at the reception, they told us the breakfast is from 6:30 to 11 AM but never mentioned it is only on weekends. On a fine Monday, we got up at 10 and went to breakfast at 10:30 AM but nothing was available. I was really horrified and I wanted not to come back. But as I raised concerns, one lady officer at the reception - INES handled it very well and pulled the strings. Mr. Abel, the chef come to us, talked to us, and having understood the concern, he baked us fresh croissants and pastries! Man, he is an amazing chef. Sir Abel got them fresh and was mind-blogging. This wiped out all my frustration and made me think I should come back again!

I stayed recently with my family and feel the hotel suited our needs. The room was one of the largest ones I have had in a hotel so there was plenty of room for us all. Cleanliness wise it was good. The bathroom seemed a bit old and could probably do with a bit of a refresh but apart from that it was all okay. We had an issue with our window not closing and someone was up within 5 mins to fix it which was great. We also had someone come up on another day to check everything was okay we reported a couple of broken light bulbs which again were changed very quickly. The staff were generally quite friendly apart from the reception staff who didn't really acknowledge you but the rest of them were fine. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a bit of a run down area near the main train station but we never had any issues. I would suggest if you don't feel comfortable staying near a busy train station then you should maybe look elsewhere as the hotel can't be held responsible for the area they are in. Its a 20 min walk to the centre of Brussels so again something to be aware off. If I was returning to Brussels I would probably stay somewhere a bit closer to the centre but we did enjoy our stay here.

B And B Brussels is pretty much what i want in a hotel It's a refinished brand name hotel that has a bit of a hostel vibe. It is *****ped back in a good way. The bed is great. The bathroom is good hotel standard. The towels are big, fluffy and clean. There are no wardrobes. Who cares? There are hangers on a rail. There is a small wall safe. There are two coffee mugs and a good espresso machine down the hall. So much better than instant in the room. The iron and ironing board is also down the hall, fine, i don't often use ironing boards. This makes sense. There is no phone. Contact reception using WhatsApp. Easy peasy. The Wifi is free and good. There is parking, gym, and nightly cinema. Good standard breakfast buffet. Good location. I'll be back. I'm a happy guest.

+: 1) The contact person / owner is good. His reply is fast when we asked him some questions by WhatsApp. 2) The location is not bad. Around 8 min walk to metro station and 2-3 stops to the town. And there are stores and supermarket neaby. 3) The open kitchen is perfect. It is big with enough facilities for you to cook. 4) The house is clean. 5) The owner allow us to store our luggage in kitchen after we come back overnight from other city. -: 1) We live in 3rd floor of the house without lift. We need to take the heavy luggages to the room by the narrow stairs. Although we can put in the kitchen, it is not convenient. 2) The room is little bit stuffy but the fan is too noisy. It is not enough to open the window .

This hotel was recently renovated and the lobby is large and modern. The hotel is some distance from Brussels Central Railway Station, but not very long, about ten minutes walk. The hotel is reasonably priced, cost-effective, and highly recommended.
