It was our second stay at this hotel in 4 months. We especially liked the poolside terrace where we can see the sun rise over breakfast. The staff were excellent with their service and attentiveness.
Overall it is above average considering the price. The location is quite central. Bathroom cleanliness needs some improvement. There is a multilevel car park beside the hotel which is connected to the hotel by a walkway. Parking is free for hotel guests.
Stayed here for 3 nights. Didn't expect what was originally, uh, it turned out that the room was very nice, the cleanliness was very good. Food and drinks are still affordable. Anyway, I'm not disappointed.. Even outside the expats can be as good as the room.
The facilities, services, and hygiene are very well maintained.
Very professional staff, prompt to fix any issues that arise during stay! Affordable, located in the heart of the City. Great surroundings, bunches of restaurants, cafe and streets food.
Breakfast for the first time in a hotel in Indonesia, I feel pretty good. The room is not large and it is not recommended to bring children. You can park at the door, the service is perfect for hotels where taxis go directly from the airport, and you have n’t waited to get your luggage just after getting off. People are enthusiastic and always smile at you
Check in without hassle. Deposit needed. Room cleanliness acceptable. No lift/elevator. Prepare to climb up stairs with your luggage. However it only have 4 floor. Airconditioner was cool. Tv working fine. Wifi available and connection is ok. Limit 2 device connection per room. Hot shower available too. Water pressure ok. Towel is clean. Overall its great for the price paid. The only issue is with the parking. No designated parking area for the hotel. Can only park at the street nearby the hotel. Not very secure if you park further away from the hotel.

MmarymThis is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy.

AAnonymous Userthe service in this hotel is very good, clean and the facilities are also ok,just lack of wifi hehehe but overall it's okay, don't regret staying here,it's worth it!
MMohammad Zabri binPro: Hotel location is quite central with surrounding lively food stalls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is also walkable to prime attractions such as the Flamboyan Market and the Kapuas River Waterfront. Breakfast is fairly good despite limited choices. Rooms are spacious, clean, and basic. Hotel decor is primarily modern vs classic European style—both beautiful inside and outside. WiFi is available but was not informed by the check-in staff. All staff are very polite, and that is a big plus!
Cons: The area is a bit overcrowded, but that is reasonable. Some exposed areas are a bit unsightly, especially around the hallway. Constant error beeping near the elevator is annoying and the doorbell keeps on malfunctioning.

GGuest UserThe room interior as a whole is beautiful. The retro design of the toilet wall complements the contemporary touch of the living room.
Ordered Ayam Bakar (grilled chicken) and it tasted great.
Most importantly they have Bloomberg channel on their TV. Good for business-minded travellers.
