Nice budget place to stay. Mangy foreigners stay here. Hiking place is nearby, several Thai food places . Swimming pool, gym. Rooms has enough space and music amenities. Of course you need to rent scooter in this place because it’s quite far away from beach. But overall is good place for stay in Hua Hin.

Very good accommodation in a quiet area.
The rooms are appropriately large, clean and have a small balcony, some with a view of the greenery.
The rooms are a bit noisy, especially when other guests slam the doors loudly at night.
A motorbike or bicycle would be useful for a stay of several days, as the accommodation is a bit out of the way.
There are many restaurants and street shops in the area.
The rooms are very spacious. Each room is private. The back of the hotel is right on the beach. It's a bit of a walk up and down the hill, but there are golf carts available. The staffs are very helpful.
very close to nigjt market and the pier. The hosts are super friendly and nice. They are Amazing! It is the best value toi can get in a hostel. The cats are super nice too. Thank you so much!

Great location in the middle of the action.
Huge queen size room, clean and tidy, new furniture and fittings. Air conditioning is great, hot shower, free coffee daily. My room is ground floor as I have a bad knee, no stairs to climb. All OK 4 me.

The hotel is good. It's located on a quiet street and you can't hear the road. But keep in mind that roosters have been crowing nearby since 6 am, and the hotel is located across the road from the sea, the road in the photo can sometimes be difficult to cross, there are no traffic lights or pedestrian crossings nearby. More by location: 2 minutes walk to the fruit market from 6 to 10 am, 2 minutes next to the 7-11 supermarket, to the Blueport shopping center 10 minutes walk, to the market village 25 minutes walk, taxi 70 baht to the center with bars, by tuk tuk taxi 150 baht, on a regular tuk tuk like a bus (green) 15 baht per person does not depend on the distance. The sea is cool, but often the waves are shallow, and in the afternoon the tides go out and the water goes far away. The hotel does not have an elevator, which may also be inconvenient for adults. But I still recommend the hotel, it is cozy, stylish, clean and in good repair. In the morning, free bread with jam and butter, coffee, cocoa is provided and you can use the common dining room throughout the day, warm up your food or eat your own food. Very comfortably. The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly. Thank you!
PPetro GilbertThe price is fair with its service and there are also some street food shops which open from 8:00PM to 12:00 AM around hostel. It is a quiet place although it is a little bit far from downtown. The green color public transportation can be used to go to downtown from the hostel.
GGuest UserIt was helpful that this Inn/guest house was still available as my plans changed at the last moment at a fair price. Quiet neighbourhood.
Well kept public spaces, spotless tiles with steep steps to rooms. My room was okay, but quite musty. Some problem in the pipes under the bathroom or a poorly maintained a/c unit! Will aggravate any respiratory condition. TV is adequate, but analog cable. Bed comfortable. Small fridge helpful, but there are no stores nearby to replenish supplies. Nowhere near the beach.
A good breakfast is provided by friendly staff, and their bar is handy for a nightcapy. 8 minutes to downtown Hua Hin, or 4 minutes north to RRC Coach stop (to Suvarnbhami Airport), but fixed priced cab fares are high.
In a pinch, I'd stay again, but likely not.
GGuest UserAll is good apart from the noise from outside from 9pm till very late at night. May be because of our room situated at the end of the corridor and it’s close to all the night life. If only they have double glazed windows … everything would be sorted! Breakfast was good, pool was nice and they have a nice little play area for kids (sand pit, swings, trampoline etc). The receptionist even gave my little boy a little snack for our journey back to Bangkok, which I thought was really nice.
CCheapTravellersWe enjoyed our stay immensely! Very clean, pool and gym were kept tidy. Quiet street, still walking distance to plenty of small restaurants. Excellent coffee and pastries at Morning Cups , delicious thin crust Pizza at Genova, small grocery store, and 7 11 all within five minutes walk. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. We discovered one of the mugs provided had a crack and leaked, it was replaced right away. When we asked for more pillows, they were there when we returned from our day out. Water and toilet paper were provided every day, regardless if you requested housekeeping or not. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe place is superb! Cleanliness and ambiance is excellent.
The location is near with clubs, markets, restaurants and beach just walking distance it's amazing.
One thing I noticed is the (wall) it is not sound proof.
I heard sound with lovers 🤣so I was shock.

AAnonymous UserIn general, everything was fine for the price. Only a few complaints are hotel WiFi was barely working. Even though you are able to connect it somehow, it will be disconnected sooner. Front desk staff doesn’t speak English much. It would have been better if the water was in plastic bottles instead of reused glass bottles. We didn’t drink them because we weren’t sure if they are safe to drink. However, it’s located not too far from the beach and 711, and things were clean in the room.
OOn The Road AgainThe location is actually good if you want beach access on a budget. It’s also a short walk to Market Village for food and shopping. The room was not too big but good internet most of the time. The pool is shared by a couple hotels on the street however it closes at 6pm which is too early in my opinion and not a great environment for relaxing. The owner is a very nice Thai lady who spoke ok English. They were nice enough to hold my luggage for almost three weeks during my trip to China and Singapore. Thanks a lot for that!
