Amazing! More than just a hotel, Adam was a true experience. Thanks to its incredible location and the outstanding service and care from the wonderful staff, my friends and I had the chance to truly immerse ourselves in the Krabi lifestyle and experience the warmth of Thai hospitality.

I am very very impressed about the great attention for all staff of this hotel is just amazing. People super educated and friendly. This was my first time in this hotel and the prices vs quality is worthy. The coordination since the reservation to my hotel was impeccable. The food delicious, the room was super clean, comfortable bed and super spacious area. I definitely will get back. Highly recommend for people which loft the quiet and confort.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of superb. The service was truly outstanding; every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I even got upgraded into suites room. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless upon arrival and meticulously maintained throughout my stay. The common areas, too, were gleaming, reflecting a high standard of hygiene that put me completely at ease. The facilities here are excellent and cater to every need. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the refreshing pool, or the pickleball pitch, everything was well-maintained and contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. And finally, the breakfast deserves a special mention. It was an absolute delight! The variety of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties, was impressive, and the quality of the food was consistently high. It was the perfect start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay where every detail is taken care of with the utmost care and professionalism. I can't wait to return!

Stayed here in Apr 2025 for an anniversary getaway. Spa was fantastic and the ambience was worth the trip, even though it was a bit pricey. Pool area and hotel grounds were incredibly maintained and clean. Fairly quiet and relaxing in the adult section of the pool. Drinks were good and service was quick. Situated on a quiet stretch of highway, but ATM within a few minutes walk. Easy to rent a small motorbike along the beach road and get into Krabi town proper in about 20-25 minutes with minimal traffic. We needed to take a few trips in to the main ***** for dinners on the beach. There was a big 3-day wedding celebration underway while we were there, but the crowd wasn't disrespectful or obnoxious. Ate at the Italian restaurant, and it was decent but too expensive for what it was. Stick to the cocktails and skip the wine if you do eat there, though. Gym was fine. Nothing overly noteworthy there. Room amenities were good. Shower and bathing facilities in the room were also pretty good. Took a day trip island hopping out of the hotel concierge. Probably could have found the same trips for much cheaper in Krabi Town, but unless you're able to ride a bike to get there and find all the big tour companies, you're stuck paying the premium. Tour itself was really nice, however. Nice tour guide in a nice, fast boat who was really helpful taking photos of me and my wife. Apart from the price point, I don't have any real complaints overall. I'm not a golfer, so that might've changed my perspective. Lounge singers were fantastic. Would probably recommend it to a friend if they were looking for a peaceful experience in the same vein as Koh Lanta. Breakfast buffet was decent. We didn't try the a la carte restaurant.

I stayed at Varana Hotel for three nights on my solo birthday trip, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. On my first day, I tried the NAAM hydrotherapy, and it was the perfect way to unwind after a long drive—so relaxing and calming. The staff were great at explaining each step, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also had an aromatherapy massage, which was equally relaxing. The therapist was polite, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The gym is brand new and impressively well-equipped, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic—both in taste and the stunning view that came with it. What made my stay truly special, though, were the people. The staff, especially those at SALA, were incredibly warm and attentive. They often stopped by to chat and offered thoughtful recommendations on activities and places to visit. As someone traveling solo for the first time, I felt so welcomed and cared for—alone, but never lonely. To top it all off, they surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a heartwarming touch. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and meaningful getaway.

The great 5 star hotel and it is just like having a private beach access for all Shellsea customers Services are awesome...hotel members are very polite and they want to help as much as they can. The resort has a mini pool bar and private pool also for some rooms. They took 1000 baht for security money as deposit for 1 day.

The resort is absolutely amazing. It has 2 big pools, a great and clean beach, you can do sap, snorkeling and just hang. Very pretty restaurant at the cliff but even better at the beach. The room service was great and we loved koh lanta. The transport to the krabi air port is a big plus. I have to be honest, in our first day, the service was not so great, the stuff looked like they are suffer, and some tables got a lot of attention, but ours, well eventually we had to stand and go look for some waiter to ask the bill. Let's put it that way- we have seen much happier stuff in a 4 stars resorts. But the second night and third, we have to mention wud and fung were the best service and vibe at the beach restaurant. Even though we are a smokers, they arranged a beautiful table, and even got us some cookies and special tabbaco. Overall, beautiful place and people. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great experience.

It was truly beautiful, one of the best stay of my life. The whole stay from the transfer from the airport to the end of the stay was organised to the smallest details. Franck the hotel management and his team doing a really amazing work. Room was spotlessly clean, also the pool area was clean and well maintained. The place is is on Koh Lanta, which is not too touristy, which is a great thing for a relaxing stay. Wifi was sarong at the whole resort. Great gym facility. Excellent breakfast with a great view on the beachfront. Overall 10/10 stay, highly recommended.

the beginning of my stay at this hotel horrified me, a very old hotel has very dirty rooms, well, since we were there with friends, friends had a fairly clean room, after several complaints, the hotel provided us with an improved room with a gorgeous view and here I want to say that the hotel has the opportunity to provide you with a clean and a beautiful room, everything was fine from the second day of rest, the breakfasts were quite rich, the location of the hotel was impeccable, and the service was also very good, the staff immediately corrected mistakes at the same minute

Excellent service, very clean, luxurious and beautifully designed! The breakfast is rich with a wide variety of options. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, but not a big issue. Highly recommended!
