It was an excellent hotel to go for before an early flight the next day. It's literally in the same terminal as the international airport and a leisure walk to check in. Boy, i will glad I made the choice.
The new wing was an absolute delight with beautiful sea views, newly renovated rooms, and carpeted flooring. They have clever storage spaces enough for 2 big luggages to be opened fully.
We paid for their sumptuous breakfast. Best to book with breakfast included in room, if you have a choice. They have a wide selection of Japanese and western choices.
Amenities wise, they had generous supplies of Pola in sachets to take from counter. They are really superb quality. And shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are from Pola too.
Last minute shopping and food
You'll be spoilt by choices with so many popular food joints to choose from. And best of all, there is Drugstore for last-minute shopping and food souvenir shops selling popular snacks from New York Perfect Cheese to Sugar Butter sands. There is no need to queue, and it's tax-free.
This is a resort hotel that you would want to stay in again after staying there once. The hotel is right by the sea, close to the sea and beautiful scenery. There are guest rooms and hot spring pools from the third to the eighth floor of the hotel. There are mixed bathing for men and women, private baths and separate pools for men and women in different time periods. The interior of the hotel is full of rich Japanese style. The guest rooms are large with independent bathrooms, bedrooms and reception rooms, and the balcony is perfect for enjoying the sunset facing the sea. The hotel staff is very polite and enthusiastic, and can speak simple English. It is suitable for a relaxing vacation.

We've previously stayed at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande before so we were really excited to stay at the Nagoya one. As expected, it has lived up to our expectations in terms of cleanliness and service. Apparently each floor only had one Hollywood Twin Room which was quite surprising until we found out that the Twin Room we had booked was actually two double beds. It's great for people who prefer a larger bed to sleep on or for families with kids but it was a bit cramped for us to open our suitcases. Bathroom was much more spacious than expected. Location was considerably convenient too. Definitely recommend!
The room was spotlessly clean, and the furniture and decorations were very textured, showing the hotel's care. The hot water was stable and plentiful, and the bathing experience was excellent. The main thing was that the hot spring experience was so good, and there was a massage chair after the bath, which was a perfect detail! After a good night's sleep, the whole person was refreshed. The JR station is right at the door, and the location is perfect. There is a popular bakery not far away, which is really delicious, but there are too many people queuing

Very conveniently located at the Nagoya station so it makes travelling very easy esp with a toddler! Also it’s above the JR gate tower and there’s so many things to shop and eat. We could easily head down to Uniqlo, GU, BIC camera etc. Service was excellent. I had amazon packages delivered to the hotel on the day i was checking in, and the staff alr placed the packages inside my hotel room beforehand! Also hotel guests enjoy special offers at the restaurants on Level 12 and 13 which included the v popular Sushi no Midori! We had our best meal in Nagoya there… super fresh and affordable sushi. The only thing to note is that the rooms facing the train station can hear them coming in and out so if you’re a light sleeper it might disrupt your sleep. We were fine with it though. I would definitely stay here again!

A pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one.
The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.

Geographically very ideal. It is close to the metro and directly above the bus station, located in the heart of the city, and surrounded by shops and restaurants of all kind. Yet it is still not difficult to navigate.
The hotel service was supreme with very kind staff that are fluent in different languages and prompt with helping the residents.
The hotel room is up to par. It’s clean and spacious with all the equipment you require, like kettles and hair dryer. Furniture includes a desk and a moderately-sized television. Even though it’s close to the metro it is quiet in the hotel room.
Overall a satisfying stay. Would recommend.
Very cost-effective.
The room is clean and the quilt is super comfortable, it should be down.
The breakfast is quite rich, there is eel rice to eat early in the morning 🤗 It is strongly recommended to bring breakfast when staying here,
There are free buckwheat noodles for supper.
The hot spring has an indoor and outdoor pool, not many people, and it is quite comfortable to soak.
Parking is convenient, the hotel has a parking lot for guests.

LLiemer GraceWe had a fantastic experience at The Royal Park Canvas Hotel in Nagoya. The location is unbeatable—just a short 5-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is also connected to the Unimall underground shopping area, which made exploring and dining a breeze even on rainy days.
Our room was bigger than usual and thoughtfully designed, with a modern, boutique feel. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated the little touches like the air purifier, green tea set, and high-quality toiletries. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night’s sleep.
One of the highlights was the public bath area, which offered a relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also has a cozy lounge and a stylish restaurant that serves a satisfying breakfast buffet with both Japanese and Western options.
Service was excellent—staff were friendly, professional, and spoke good English. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is chic yet welcoming, with contemporary Japanese art adding a unique local flair.
If you're looking for a clean, modern, and well-located hotel in Nagoya, we highly recommend The Royal Park Canvas. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

DDanilo MGreat location, in the center of all the attractions we visited. Couple of minutes walk to Fushimi station. The room was large 25(m2) and worth the value. Hotel staff were helpful and amenities available in the room. Room felt comfortable with good working AC. The only downfall was the hallway, which has a stench smell to it (guess due to the hot weather and humidity.
FFichauLocation, Location and Location! Super convenient with underground access to the metro station as well as airport bus station. No need to worry about weather! Super friendly help desk and they were all keen to provide help and support. They even sent all my Amazon orders to my room prior to my check-in. How thoughtful! Stunning view over the city from the room. What an excellent experience and will definitely come back!

RRyan JArtStaff was really friendly helping me out with recommendations for a place to eat. Not too far from the Shinkansen station, which is a plus. Bathroom was really narrow and tight. Nothing surprising about the amenities. Overall a good place to stay for a night when you’re traveling.

FFung PingGood value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.
