5-Star Hotels in Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam

Room rate is more than reasonable as the room is very big and location is very convenient. However, would be great if below few minor things can be taken into consideration: 1) Breakfast - both quality and choices need to be improved. 2) Room - no electricity at the electric sockets next to the bed…so I need to charge my phone with the socket under the desk instead. 3) Spa - would appreciate if they can extend closing time to 10pm!

Although there are no restaurants nearby to eat in the B&B, and you need to take a ride to a far distance, the B&B is kept very clean, the breakfast is rich, and the stay is very comfortable. I will stay here again next time

離景區很近，交通方便。乾淨，衞生，氛圍感不錯，在寧平算是不錯的酒店了，服務也很好。不是託，純遊客。

The hotel is gorgeous, located in a peaceful and picturesque area. It has a large, clean swimming pool and a nice restaurant serving both local and European cuisine. The breakfast was very traditional, but the dishes were delicious. The villa we stayed in was cozy and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel left only positive impressions.

In Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam, the city is too small and the supporting services are few, so it is difficult for foreigners who do not speak Vietnamese to travel.

Lovely hotel and surroundings, nice and peaceful. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The reception staff are super helpful. We ate at the a la carte restaurant during our stay, the staff there were less attentive and over the three evenings we were there they forgot items on our order each evening and on our last evening we waited an hour for our food to arrive even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was hectic but lots of choice.

Сначала о плюсах. Вид из номера - шикарный. На озеро и горы. Территория огромная, ухоженная. Само место очень красивое. Интересная архитектура зданий с номерами, ресторан очень стильный. На этом всё. Жалею, что не прочитала внимательно все отзывы прежде, чем бронировать. Потому что это все правда. Не понимаю, руководство отеля их не читает что ли? Я не ставлю слишком низкие оценки из-за того, что персонал прекрасен- девушки на ресепшен делали все возможное, чтобы улучшить наше пребывание. Но номер был старый, мебель и зеркало в странном состоянии, запах при входе очень резкий неприятный. Нам предложили поменять, но тот номер был без вида, а мы бронировали и доплачивали за вид на озеро. Позже мы видели, что в нашем корпусе были номера чуть лучше, чем наш, но нам не предлагали. Отель очень далеко и такси очень дорогое. В названии упоминался Нинь-бинь, и это сбило с толку, т.к бронировали очень быстро. Странно, что нет шаттла хотя бы до достопримечательностей (пусть даже за плату, но вменяемую!). Завтраки тоже можно сделать гораздо лучше, сейчас кроме яиц и фруктов нечего есть.. Пишу это лишь для того, чтобы руководство обратило внимание и этот шикарный природный оазис привели в соответствие с тем, что заявлено в описании.

The resort is still under construction so it is dusty and all the services here cannot be used yet. The staff is enthusiastic and attentive. The mineral pool is a bit small; crowded and people have to wait for each other.
