This hotel is absolutely fantastic! We even got a free room upgrade. The room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities we needed. The service was excellent too, making us feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend it to everyone! The hotel is great! The hygiene is top-notch, and the bedding is so comfortable. The service attitude is also wonderful, making us feel very cozy and relaxed. We'll definitely be staying here again next time.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment and it was wonderful — truly spacious, beautifully modern, and spotlessly clean throughout. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful to every request we had. The buffet breakfast had a great variety with plenty of choices, which we all enjoyed. What made it even better: complimentary airport transfer and a free shuttle bus to the Terracotta Warriors — such a thoughtful perk that saved us so much hassle! We’re a group of 5 ladies and needed one extra double room; the team arranged it on the same floor, right next door — couldn't have asked for better service. Location is excellent too — centrally positioned, very close to shopping malls and the Ancient City Wall. Highly recommended for families or groups visiting Xi'an! ✨

Traveling during the National Day holiday, the subway is definitely the most convenient option. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the Bell Tower. It's super easy to find – just exit D of Metro Line 2 and turn right. It takes about 40 minutes by subway to Xi'an North High-speed Railway Station. The Kaiyuan Mall nearby offers great photo opportunities of the Bell and Drum Towers. And the Chang'an Grand Restaurant (with its lantern festival decor) right outside the mall is amazing; they have all the local specialties. I actually preferred Chang'an Grand Restaurant over Drunken Chang'an. Overall, the hotel service was good. Our family suite was spacious, and the hotel has a charming retro style. The electric kettle was an instant-heating type with a retro look, but it wasn't very functional, so I was glad I brought my own. The hairdryer was indeed a Dyson. The hotel even provides disposable bathtub covers for a relaxing soak. The bathroom was also thoughtfully designed with hooks for hanging clothes. The only minor downside was that the toilet didn't have a bidet function. For those who prioritize quality and enjoy local cuisine, I highly recommend eating breakfast outside the hotel. The hotel breakfast is just filling, nothing special! The breakfast at several Halal restaurants in Gaojia Courtyard Alley was excellent. I tried the *hulatang* (spicy soup) and beef *guantangbao* (soup dumplings), and both were delicious. From the hotel, you can easily do a city walk around the Bell and Drum Towers, hitting several classic spots like Fenxiang, Defuxiang, Xiangzi Temple, Gaojia Courtyard, and Shuyuanmen. I averaged 20,000 steps daily! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the Terracotta Army, which you can book on the first floor for 40 RMB round trip per person. Xi'an has a strong service culture!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

An Exceptional Stay, Unforgettable Honeymoon, and Heroic Staff! An exceptional stay in every sense of the word! We spent part of our honeymoon at the Lanfeng Hotel in Xi'an, and they made this trip incredibly special. From the very first moment, they surprised us by beautifully arranging and decorating our room for our honeymoon with sweet congratulatory messages. The room itself was spacious, bright, airy, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent and very close to the City Wall, which we enjoyed beautiful views of from the amazing roof garden where afternoon tea was served. The hotel also offered fun, free cultural experiences, such as painting a traditional Chinese fan and making bracelets. On top of that, they provided a free professional photoshoot, and the results were absolutely stunning! The service here goes way beyond 5 stars. The staff was highly efficient, incredibly kind, and helpful to the extreme. They helped us wash and dry our clothes, always gave us the best recommendations for places to visit, and anything we needed was handled instantly and seamlessly via WeChat. But the incident that truly proved to me that this is the best hotel ever happened on our departure day. We ordered a Didi to head to the train station. Because the car was too small for our large luggage, the driver unloaded our bags, told us to cancel and order a larger car, and drove off. In the chaos, I realized I had left my backpack inside his car—which contained our passports and most important valuables! I was in full panic mode, especially since I don't speak Chinese and had no idea how to handle this through the app. This is where the amazing staff member, Kiki, stepped in. She stood right by our side, took complete control of the situation, made the necessary calls through the app, and completely reassured us. She even prepared a backup plan to change our train tickets just in case we were delayed. Thanks to her, she managed to contact the driver, retrieved the backpack, and we finally set off for the station. She didn't stop there; she kept checking in on us with genuine care until she made sure we arrived at the station right on time with all our luggage. After all that stress, Kiki surprised us with a wonderful gift: she sent us all the photos from our photoshoot for free! (The hotel normally provides only 3 free photos, and the photographer had asked for 500 RMB for the rest). We only stayed for two days according to our travel itinerary, but we truly wished we had booked a longer stay. This hotel deserves much more time, and Xi'an is such a beautiful city that warrants at least 4 nights to fully experience it. This is simply the best hotel I have ever visited, with the best staff I have ever dealt with. It was a truly exceptional experience, and I will definitely return every time I visit Xi'an. Really nice stay! The location is super convenient—right near the Muslim Quarter and steps away from the subway station. Even though it’s located in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet inside, offering a peaceful retreat from the noise. It's just opposite the Four Points by Sheraton. The only downside was traveling during the Golden Week holiday (National Day): due to local traffic restrictions, taxis couldn't pull up directly to the hotel entrance. We had to set the pick-up spot at the nearby bus stop and walk a bit with our luggage. Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, as well as a free bowl of late-night noodles in the evening. A special shout-out to Auntie Guo in the restaurant—her service was exceptional and truly heartwarming. Seeing that we were traveling with a child, she went out of her way to help us out. We are especially grateful to her; having stayed at so many hotels across different cities, we've rarely encountered such thoughtful hospitality.

Choosing to stay here in Xi'an was such a great decision 🎉! There are all kinds of snacks right downstairs, and the Bell Tower is within walking distance. The bedding is soft and cozy, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the front desk even gave us a free room upgrade upon check-in—fantastic service! It's a direct metro ride from the North Railway Station, making it very accessible. With so many local eateries right at your doorstep, it's just amazing. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 minutes walk from Metro station. Also it is surrounded by different tourist attractions including a walking street about 100meters away and loads of restaurants and fooddrink shops, also there's a number of shopping malls nearby! The room was very good size and the air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate all guest needs, excellent customer service provided by front desk! There's also a very clean and professional massage place in the building separate from the hotel! Breakfast buffet is very good and variety of food is very good from boiled eggs and milk and soya milk to freshly prepared noodles and fried eggs and bao and dumplings to different salads and fried noodles all are served. Highly recommend it to everyone who is going to the beautiful city of Xian.

The twin room has two 1.5-meter beds, which is very family-friendly, especially for those traveling with children. We were there during the National Day holiday, and they had activities in the lobby with desserts, popcorn, and even crafts. The location is quite convenient; it's just a short walk to the Bell Tower. Because of the National Day traffic control, we couldn't get a taxi right at the hotel and had to walk one street over, which wasn't too far. A pleasant surprise was how rich and delicious the breakfast was.

The hotel offers beautiful scenery and free parking. We booked the 3rd-floor loft suite, which is quiet and full of ambiance, making you feel like you are in a small European town. It's so relaxing to drink tea right outside the suite or in the garden. The hotel features an exclusive guest pathway with direct access to the scenic garden, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Datang Everbright City. It's also very close to a famous local mutton soup restaurant (Shuipen Yangrou). In the morning, you can walk your dog and stroll in the garden, enjoying the peaceful and green environment. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including many Xi'an local specialties. The dining staff were warm and proactive. It was a thoroughly satisfying hotel stay, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.
