The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to major attractions and the high-speed rail station. Catching a taxi or taking the subway saves time and effort. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring my child slept soundly. The front desk service was warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they thoughtfully provided kid-friendly amenities. The public areas were elegant and quiet, with a strong ancient charm in the decor, which perfectly suited the Hanfu photoshoots we were doing. The facilities were comprehensive, and the hygiene details were meticulously handled. It offers superb value for money and is our top choice for family travel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Xi'an!

The mattress provided a great night's sleep, and the bathroom fixtures were well-maintained and functioned flawlessly. The public areas were also well-kept; the self-service laundry room had new machines with full wash and dry functions, perfect for travelers. The whole-house WiFi was fast, with no lagging for daily video streaming or work. The location was excellent, very close to the Bell Tower, making it convenient for getting around and exploring. From the hygiene details to the complete facilities, everything was reliable, and the overall living experience was very comfortable. I genuinely recommend it to friends visiting Xi'an.

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

This time, I want to give a special shout-out to Li Xia. During the summer holidays, hotel rooms are hard to come by. I had an impromptu trip and the hotel showed as fully booked. I thought I'd have to scramble to find another place for the night. But Li Xia didn't just brush me off; she actively coordinated and communicated, working tirelessly to help me. In the end, she successfully made arrangements for me. Working on the road constantly, my schedule and itinerary are always unpredictable. She's always been incredibly understanding of my work challenges, meticulously thoughtful, and always anticipates guest needs. Her daily service is down-to-earth and dedicated, handling every small task with serious responsibility. Her service strikes the perfect balance – never intrusive, yet always there to help when I need it. She's never explicitly asked for positive feedback; she wins people over with her genuine service. Having stayed in many chain and high-end hotels over the years, it's rare to encounter such a responsible service professional. She doesn't just do her job; she genuinely solves problems from the guest's perspective. Kudos to Li Xia for her professionalism and dedication. This hotel is right at the Beidajie subway station entrance and has parking. The AC works great, and check-in/check-out is deposit-free and super fast. The room was clean, hygienic, and the service was excellent! The bedding was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. Hot water came out quickly, perfect for a relaxing shower. The location is superb, very close to the Second Affiliated Hospital, just a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient. It's a great place overall.

The hotel facilities are good and it's clean. The bed is really soft and comfortable. The cleanliness is quite satisfactory; there are no stains on the bedding, and the floors are clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Keji Road subway station, making transportation quite easy. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea with black tea and parking vouchers.

I came to Xi'an for a concert this time, so I chose a hotel close to the subway, right next to Lines 2 and 6, just a few minutes' walk away. It's also within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Muslim Quarter. Getting around and finding food were both very convenient. I won't elaborate on the hotel's design; it's a Manxin 2.0 version with an overall pink and purple decor. The hygiene was excellent, very clean! This is very important. The room was spacious, bright, and tidy. The smart home control system throughout the room was very convenient, and the zero-pressure mattress ensured a good night's sleep. The soundproofing was also decent, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were very enthusiastic with their service. Breakfast was served until 11:00, but the taste was quite ordinary. If you can get up early, it's probably better to go out and try local breakfast options. The hotel offered complimentary afternoon tea, but I arrived in Xi'an after 5 PM that day, so I didn't get to experience it. The 24-hour laundry room was very convenient, though I'd recommend avoiding using it during peak evening hours. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for the price.

I highly recommend this amazing hotel! 🏮 The ancient-style design is absolutely stunning; you can take a beautiful picture in any corner without needing edits. The location is unbeatable too – just a short walk from the back door and you're at the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and it's within walking distance to the Grand Tang Mall (Bu Ye Cheng) and the Shaanxi History Museum. The staff are super friendly, and they respond to WeChat messages incredibly fast, giving really reliable travel advice. The service is also very thoughtful; seeing that we had elderly people and children, they specifically helped us arrange two rooms next to each other. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, everything offered was my favorite! Oh, and the hotel also has a few adorable little pets – my kids would greet the birds every time we left and returned. We'll definitely be back next time! 🥰

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.

When come back to Xian i hope to book back in here. The staff are friendly helpful and attentive. The amenities are clean and well appointed and the location is perfect for all of the action around Bell Tower. Our tours picked us up from 100m nearby and the metro entry is just out the door. Perfect. Loved it.
