The hotel was nice and the location was great. We even got a free upgrade of our room so that was amazing as well. The hotel was located centrally next to the bell tower with lots of food/shops nearby. Unfortunately the sound isolation was not good, we could hear our neighbors watching a movie and we could even hear the words of the movie.

A beautifully presented central hotel inside the Xi’an walls, which offers some really nice amenities such as afternoon tea, costumed photo shoots and sweet dessert supper. The staff were really attentive and friendly. They were happy to help us investigate an initial air con smell in the room and arranged to have it cleaned which appeared to solve the issue quickly. The room had a great view looking at the Xi’an walls and was controllable using a smart interface. The bed was clean, large and comfortable.

The reception desk was super welcoming. There were two girls on the desk, and I stood at the desk for at least like 10 seconds before they before I was standing there even though I said ”Ni Hao”. They look so miserable and couldn't even smile. The hotel must treat them so terribly. The room wall was full black scratch marks every where. The hotel looks only 50% like the photo. The cleaner did the bare minimum, my sink was dirty and didn't even clean it. Don't believe about the gym or amenities. The only thing I like about the hotel is the location and the neighborhood. It feel very authentic and cozy neighborhood with lively students and nice fast local eateries. There is a cozy Cafe near by.

This hotel is perfectly located! Just a 10-minute walk downstairs to the Muslim Quarter and the Bell Tower, so it's super close to all the attractions. What really stood out was how spacious the room was and the excellent facilities. The gym and laundry room were also very convenient and useful. For the price, this place is incredible value for money. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is super convenient and the facilities are brand new. My stay was excellent! The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. I'll definitely be coming back often~ The TV casting feature is really handy; it was great for watching long videos. The late-night snack was rice noodles, and they tasted pretty good. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels.

The location is excellent, very convenient for nearby shopping malls, dining, and entertainment. Overall, it's great; it has everything you need, and the voice-controlled smart features are very convenient. It was lovely to spend a rainy day in the room, projecting movies. I can't fault the service; it's very attentive. Consumables like razors were delivered very quickly by the front desk, and room cleaning was prompt and polite. The front desk service was also thoughtful and efficient, with a comfortable sense of boundaries. When I had to go out unexpectedly without an umbrella, they even lent me one personally, which was a very kind gesture. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely return. It would be perfect if it were pet-friendly; then I could bring my furry child to Xi'an next time.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's the best hotel near Chuangxin Port!! The commute is super convenient, the service is excellent, and it's very close to the university. The best part is the room design – it's incredibly well-thought-out! There's a fridge, a desk, a huge shower head, and even a separate vanity mirror and dressing table! Ji Hotel really understands what guests need!

This Jinjiang Hotel was overall good. Pros: ① The location is unbeatable, right outside the D exit of the Bell Tower train station. ② The room amenities and design are very good. It's newly renovated. ③ There are plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. ④ The service is decent, but the front desk's service awareness could be improved. (I asked about transportation to the Terracotta Army, and instead of answering, they let a tour agency staff member standing nearby respond). ⑤ Hotels in Xi'an generally offer great value for money. Even during the May Day holiday, it was only around 400-500 RMB per night. Usually, it's just over 200 RMB. Cons: ① I didn't realize, nor did I see, that the Yuanhui room had no windows. This is partly my fault for not checking carefully. I just didn't expect a room to have no windows. Other than that, no issues. I'd consider staying here again if I have the chance.

This was my first trip to Xi'an, and after looking at many hotels, I finally settled on Yunhe Yebo Hotel. Traveling with my mother, I was concerned about inconvenient airport transfers and a noisy hotel affecting our sleep. This hotel completely put those worries to rest. I called the front desk a day in advance to arrange an airport pick-up, informing them of our number and flight details. The driver sent a text beforehand with instructions on how to find the car upon arrival at the airport. (While we were waiting for our luggage, the driver even called again, concerned we might not find the car, and patiently guided us.) When our car arrived at the hotel from the airport, the staff was already waiting at the entrance to help us out and carry our luggage. Check-in was very quick. We booked a family room that included two breakfasts, but the front desk saw there were three of us and kindly offered an extra breakfast free of charge (and the breakfast spread was fantastic!). One day, we had an early morning tour, and after asking the front desk, they were happy to pack breakfast for us to take away. Our room was arranged near a residential building, which was very quiet, thanks to the front desk's help. We stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping auntie cleaned our room daily. Since there were several of us, asking the front desk for extra bottles of water was never a problem! During our stay, all the hotel staff greeted us proactively, and if we ordered takeout, a robot would deliver it right to our room door. For airport drop-off, we just needed to register at the front desk a day in advance, and the car departed exactly at the scheduled time – no delays whatsoever! They even gave us a fridge magnet when we checked out. I loved it! Whether it was the transfer drivers, security, or front desk staff, everyone at the hotel had excellent service attitudes and warm smiles. If I ever visit Xi'an again or recommend a hotel to friends, this will be my top choice!!
