Sunset Beach Resort and Spa

Lovely. We chose the panoramic ocean view room and it was awesome. I booked 2 rooms and I was able to use the middle door to move between each with ease. The sunrise and sunset could be seen from the rooms and or on the balcony. The hotel room and public spaces were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. They even helped us to book tours while there. The food was good and the menu changed every day. They have a restaurant and bar that has fire shows at nights and it’s fun to watch. I would definitely recommend.
M Hotel Phu Quoc

Being totally beach people , I and my husband like to visit many islands and beach places . After Maldives ,Thailand ,Malaysia ,Andaman ,Sri Lanka , Goa and Kerala we ended up in Phu quock Vietnam . We did last minute bookings and hadn’t researched much about where to stay etc but luckily we stumbled upon this hotel . The room had such an amazing view of the ocean , that we didn’t feel like going out to do any activities for an entire day . You can just sit and relax in the room and watch the sunset while rolling in your bed . And the Bath tub experience was just amazing too with such a great view and effective bathing salts and sipping away on cooling drinks . We could feel paecful from within If you want to unwind and just take a break from your busy life it’s perfect The hotel is also located in the main area of the island from where all the day activity pick ups happen . Very close to the night market walkable distance . It’s equidistant from the north and south of the island where you may like to visit . The staff were very friendly and ready to help in any way be it booking our diving tour , arranging for a bike ,money exchange or arranging for pure veg food which isn’t easily available in Vietnam . Only draw back would be that it doesn’t have direct access to a Sandy beach but the views more than compensate for this But long beach is very close by . All in all a very good experience
Kingo Retreat Resort

This hotel staff was very courteous, helpful and definitely deserve lots of compliments for making our stay wonderful, always helpful. Definitely recommend a stay for couples and maybe with very young kids! Would have been nicer if we knew their pool & kids area was under maintenance, but staff made sure that they did everything they could to accommodate us.
JM Boutique Hotel

The hotel is wonderful, very cozy and beautiful! We had a family room for 4 people, actually two double rooms connected by a door, so we had two bathrooms, each with two sinks, very convenient for a family. The design of the room and the entire hotel is stylish and colorful. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed daily. Very good cosmetics made from natural herbal ingredients - shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast is very good, fried eggs and omelettes are available upon request, and pho soup is made. The staff speaks good English and is very friendly. The beach is 3 minutes walk along a pleasant road. The lack of the hotel's own sunbeds on the beach is not a problem; there are sunbeds for a fee (100 thousand VND per sunbed), and there is also a lot of shade from palm trees on the beach. Beach towels and bags are available at the hotel. The beach is very beautiful, with white sand. The only minus of the hotel room is that the rooms do not have full balconies, but this is a feature of the building; in this area, all the houses do not have balconies. One of our rooms had a small French balcony; we put dryers there because swimsuits don’t dry in the room. In general, the impressions of the hotel are positive, everything was great!!

I absolutely loved this place. I stayed here on a short trip but wished I could have stayed longer. It was so relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The owners are just genuine people trying to provide a great experience for travelers. Even though the weather was crap, I really felt welcome and comfortable here. 100% good vibes.
M Village Phu Quoc

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a great impression on me. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were also really nice and had good facilities, which was a huge plus. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning, it was a great way to start the day. However, there were a few cons that I noticed during my stay. One of the issues was that the taxi drivers often confused between M Village and M Resort, as there were two M hotels located next to each other. This was a bit confusing and caused some inconvenience for us. On our last few days, some open burning was happening next to the hotel, which made our room smell a bit smoky. But when we complained to the staff, they immediately changed our room to a different one. Overall, though, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Famiana Resort & Spa

We stayed five nights in early October 2023 at Famiana. It was our second time there. We like the resort because it quiet and closer to the main town. We had a beachfront villa which was amazing. Any (small) problems that occurred during our stay were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the amazing staff. Ms. Vi and Mr. Nam who are both long term employees of the resort were particularly helpful. Ms. Vi, in particular, went out of her way to make sure that we had an amazing time. The employees in the restaurant/loung were also super helpful and friendly. It is a lovely resort with an amazing staff. We will definitely come back a third time.
Muong Thanh Luxury Phu Quoc Hotel

I don't want to speak bad about the place because the people are nice. In its heyday this hotel must have been nice but the tennis court along with the 10th floor doesn't exist. The hotel seems like a ghost town. We only saw 8 other rooms that were occupied. Breakfast wasn't that great. Besides the eggs and soup everything seems as though it was sitting there for a while. The rooms didn't have hot water. Made the jacuzzi not usable. The staff worked to fix the problem but we only had one days worth of hot water. Had a suite but the room it's just two normal rooms put together, lots of empty space. The view facing the ocean is nice. To sum up, there's no bar for drinks, no electricity one morning, no tennis court. Stay someplace else instead, definitely not worth the money.
