"Nostalgia S is a solid choice if you want comfort and convenience near West Lake. The environment is excellent—quiet, scenic, and tucked into the mountains, which makes the stay relaxing and distinctive. Breakfast is genuinely delicious, not just average hotel food. The reception service stands out. They helped collect and keep my parcels before I arrived, which saved me a lot of hassle. A big plus is the free supper and early breakfast. I had late-night arrivals and early-morning departures for flights, and this made the stay extremely practical. Thoughtful, efficient, and well-run."

"One of the best hotel we have stayed during our China trip. Location is excellent, you walked out to the Westlake and spend all day strolling the whole lake. Don’t have to spend more to get a tour. You can also take the public bus at the front of the hotel which takes you straight to LingYing temple which cost ¥2. The hotel services and amenities were 5 stars. Real Dyson hairdryer in each room. You get two options to have your breakfast. The hotel staffs will drive you to the restaurant. Highly recommended."

"Only stay 1 night but I am already in love with this hotel. It is like a hidden gem near West Lake scenic area, you need to climb up a small hill and the building locates within a peaceful local residental area. It seems to be run by family - you will meet a super friendly lady in receptionist who will offer you a small box of tea as gift when checking in. Can also buy tea from them to support local business."

"I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very well located, right next to the main shopping areas and beside West Lake, in the city’s main tourist district. It is also conveniently located right next to a metro station exit, which makes getting around extremely easy. The rooms are spacious, and although our room did not have a window, the staff was very kind and helpful by turning on the air purifier for us, which made a big difference. The hotel also offers laundry services and a gym. Overall, we were very, very happy with our stay and would definitely return."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Atour Hotel! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both the night market and Kerry Shopping Mall, with endless food options nearby. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler: cozy, impeccably clean, and featured very comfortable bedding. Atour planet is superb. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches. They even have indicator at the door handle to show you which direction the elevator is! From the sweet welcome card, bedside book of poems… to the overall hygiene, it's clear they care about the 'small details' that make a big impact. Highly recommended! I will return again."

"The location of hotel is great in front of west lake. I ordered lake view room but I can’t see the lake due to trees and i have partial views. The corridor to the room very long . If you have a luggage ask for room not dar from the elevator, otherwise you will walk for long distance."
