Pool closed for maintenance: March 8 to 17, 2025
Generally the location and the hotel service and amentities live up to the Marriot branding. The main plus point i booked this hotel was the twin room type i booked was ideal for us as family of 2 with 2 children and their bed configuration was ideal as it was 2 individual beds that was almost comparable to 2 semi-double bed (think was 1.3m wide & was bigger than usual hotels) Mainly areas of improvement is the bathroom - 1. Overall bathroom was showing its age and required maintenance. 2. Shower head spray was leaking hence it affected the pressure of the water. 3. Sliding glass need more maintainence too as it making some noise when trying to slide. 4. As the bathroom door was sliding wooden door, i also panicked when im almost self-locked inside as the lock fail to dislodge due to aged door that might have misaligned from the track/door latch catch. I use force to align back the door panel to be able to free myself up.

I am very satisfied with this hotel overall. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The food was nice, with fried noodles, fried rice, and a variety of other dishes available. The room was small, but it suited me well and was comfortable enough. However, the pillow and blanket were slightly dirty, which could be improved. There was also a noise issue, as my room had a connecting door to another room. The guests next door were quite loud, and their conversations and activities could be heard easily. On the positive side, the air-conditioning and hot water worked very well. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, 7-Eleven, and many shops. It is also close to the shopping mall I wanted to visit and near Merdeka 118. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here again.

Stayed here for 15 days. The overall experience was pleasurable. The location is strategic -- very nice to Chinatown, Maharajarela Monorail and the Stadium Merdeka. We were assigned the unit 2-12-2 (1 bedroom). The unit is spacious, clean and cooling (not feeling hot even if it's very hot outside). There is no daily or weekly cleaning throughout the stay. We had to request the clothes airer; otherwise, it didn't come by default. Apart from the amount paid via TRIP, there is another RM50 cleaning fee, and RM300 security deposit (refundable upon checkout). Gym and pools are great too. Suggestion: it will be good to have a peeler in the unit. Will come back again if we need to stay in KL again in the future.

Second time staying at Parkroyal Collection KL. Would stay again, as the hotel is in an excellent location, plus it has good facilities. Rooms are good too. Loved the gym and pool, though the pool got a bit crowded when I did my laps in the evening. It was really pleasant to work out in a gym surrounded by greenery, sunlight, and views of KL skyline. Bonus: tried out yoga for the first time at free yoga sessions during weekends :) Breakfast buffet was pretty good, with a generous spread. My favourites were the rice congee and fresh pisang emas (a local species of banana that is sweet and tasty). The local kuih were not as good as what we could buy at street vendors. I didn’t like any of the drinks (tried teh tarik, latte and soya milk), so I just drank plain water.

AAnonymous UserConcorde Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a good stay if you want a strategic location and a breakfast with lots of choices. It is in the Golden Triangle, close to KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers, Bukit Bintang, and public transport, so it is easy to get around. Many guests say the breakfast is very good with plenty of variety, and the rooms are generally clean and comfortable, though some say the hotel feels a bit dated.
GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded my expectations! I was upgraded to a premium pool suite, and they didn't even ask for a deposit. It's a one-bedroom, one-living room suite with a private pool that's a good size, perfect for kids. The infinity pool on the top floor and the glass skywalk are incredibly picturesque! The breakfast selection is quite rich; they even have freshly squeezed juices made on the spot by the staff, and various flavored sparkling waters. All the staff members were very polite, greeting me warmly, opening doors, and helping with luggage. It's also conveniently located, just about a 10-minute walk from KLCC and Pavilion.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not exactly in the city center of Kuala Lumpur, but more towards the outskirts.
One downside is that the hotel does not provide its own parking. Guests have to use public or open-air parking, which costs a flat rate of RM10.30.
The room is quite small, although the bed is comfortable and it comes with a sofa. However, due to the limited space, it’s quite easy to bump into things and hurt your feet
The biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. Noise from other guests was very noticeable—people talking loudly and doors being slammed could be clearly heard. If you are a light sleeper, this might be something to consider before booking.
CChristian DalaoStayed at Vortex Suite here in Malaysia and overall it was a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and very convenient in terms of location. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the amenities were well-maintained.
What really made our stay even better was the excellent service we received from Mr. Shapon Alam. He was very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.
Highly recommended, and special thanks to Mr. Shapon Alam — definitely a 10/10 for his service! 😌👏🏻✨
GGuest UserWe keep coming back to this hotel. Staff is so good, and after the 4th time, they new ey us and welcome us back
We stayed here 5 times aprox 2/3 nights between January and April, We left a big suitcase while traveling and it made us feel free without any hassle
We love to use tKL as our base while traveling across Asia. Breakfast is quite I love the way the go the extra mile for you
GGuest UserOverall environment look clean, and safe. 24/7 security, KKmart & 7evelen operating, you can find food easier.
Only area to improve are it need to pay the Rm200 deposit, to ensure the tenants not damaged or dirty the room. This Rm 200 to be refund after 7 days, which is not reasonable.
KKittykittycatWhile the lobby is quite luxurious, the hallways are in a state of disrepair, looking quite dilapidated. However, the in-room facilities are surprisingly complete and the room itself is very comfortable. It's clear that this is an old hotel; the carpets are worn and the air conditioning is noisy. But on the plus side, it's cheap, the room is spacious, and the window view is nice. It's also close to the city center, and there's a convenience store in the lobby downstairs. Overall, it's not bad.
Toothbrushes are an extra charge, and you need to get a hairdryer from the front desk. I recommend bringing your own slippers.
HHa Kok ChoyThis was my second stay at this hotel. The first time, I felt it was pretty good and the location was excellent. This time, however, I booked a windowless room, and there was a distinct smell of mold or mildew in the room that made it very difficult to sleep all night. As I mentioned before, the air conditioning switch seems to have been tampered with and you can't adjust it. If it's too cold, you're told to use a blanket; if it's too hot, you're told to strip naked, because there's simply no way to control the temperature. The only thing I was satisfied with was the abundance of food options around the hotel; everything downstairs was delicious and super convenient.
GGuest UserFist of all I would like to say my appreciation ti themanager of the Hotel. He provided everthing in the Hotel what we asked.

Never bring your soup or shampoo since it is provided py the hotel.
