The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, with a full range of toiletries provided. The overall service is attentive and thoughtful, with warm and polite staff. The breakfast selection is extensive. The only minor drawback is that some facilities are slightly older, but they are well-maintained and clean, which doesn't affect the stay at all. Overall, it offers good value for money, making it a great choice for a trip.

AAluodunyingfusuSummary: The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, wardrobe, and windows. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, with two malls downstairs (Ya Kun and others are practically on your doorstep) and bars. The subway station is also very close.
There's a capsule coffee machine and TWG tea bags.
The overall feel is quite classic, but it's a bit dated in places, like the hairdryer. It's one of those old-fashioned, long-bodied ones that makes your arm ache to use – I haven't seen one like that in years.
The toilet is also quite old. But that doesn't mean it doesn't work well.
Also, the hotel completely ignored my request for a high-floor room 😥😥😥
The service was very good. It happened to be Easter during Qingming Festival, and they even gave me a chocolate egg – a huge one! The flavor was really rich and pure; I even brought it back home with me.
It only takes 20 minutes to walk to Marina Bay Sands and Merlion Park.
Just as other reviewers said, it's a great value-for-money choice for travel.
🤦♀️ Sorry, I didn't take any photos of the hotel, only one of the Easter chocolate egg. The other two pictures are of nearby malls: one is called Millenia Walk, and the other is Suntec City.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with a shopping mall right downstairs and Lau Pa Sat nearby, making dining very convenient. The decor is modern, and there's even a small kitchenette. The best part is being able to go up to the 51st floor for amazing views of Singapore.

ZZJJ8The environment here is fantastic! You can see the river right from your bed. The room is very spacious, and it's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to all five theme animal parks, which is incredibly convenient. The service attitude is excellent. The entire hotel is designed to feel like you're in a primeval forest, making for a very comfortable stay.

AAnonymous UserGreat stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Orchard with easy access to shopping and food.
Service was excellent throughout our stay; staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The amenities were also impressive, and everything felt modern and comfortable.
Overall, a wonderful experience and very family-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Really good rooms with luscious pillows. The tub was heavenly. The pool was packed with kids but enjoyed my time there to sleep, think and do almost nothing. 3 nights.
My only 2 gripes : no smoking room that's enjoyable to be in, and that their coffee is average.
I'll definitely give this a 5 star rating for peace, comfort and joy at a decent price.

GGuest UserThe staff are very kind and polite.Its my second time.The place is conducive and great for spending quality time with family.The shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away.However the inside of the bus can be more cleaner,it was visibly very dusty and the pillowcase edge was tattered.My child was had many swelled up mosquito bites all over.Overall it was still a good experience because the staff made us feel welcomed.

YYueguangxiadewanzilunFor a country as expensive as Singapore 🇸🇬, a hostel priced in the 100s is definitely great value for money. Many local Chinese people stay here, and you can learn about Singapore's history by chatting with them. The closest MRT stations are Lavender and Jalan Besar, and it's also very near Little India, making it super convenient to get to all of Singapore's major attractions. There's a food court right downstairs, which is probably one of the cheapest dining options in Singapore, helping you save a lot on food. I stayed here for three days and thought it was pretty good!

First off, I chose this place because it's super close to Universal Studios, and I figured a chain hotel wouldn't be too bad. But the price wasn't exactly cheap – I paid over 480 for a queen room. I know hotels in Singapore are pricey, so this was within my expected budget; I'd already come to terms with the cost. The front desk staff were all really nice. However, my heart sank when I opened the door. The room was tiny, and they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes, or cups, citing environmental reasons... though if you ask the front desk for a toothbrush, they'll give you one. For cleanliness, I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5 – not terrible, but not outstanding either. It's a small room but has all the essentials, though you definitely can't fit two suitcases in there; it felt really cramped. On the bright side, the soundproofing seemed pretty good. I'm not sure if there were no other guests or if everyone was just incredibly considerate, but I didn't hear any noise. Plus, I was so exhausted from sleeping at the airport the night before that I slept like a log. It was the best night's sleep of my entire trip, and I was genuinely shocked that I slept best in the smallest room... Oh, and the shower gel and shampoo are all-in-one, so if you're particular, you might want to bring your own.

3. Bus stop right outside; Lavender MRT is a 6–7 minute walk away.
Cons:
1. Our floor had around 100 rooms, though lift waiting times were not an issue.
2. Rooms are quite compact, similar to those in Japan.
3. Soundproofing could be better; corridor noise was noticeable at times.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but those sensitive to noise should take the soundproofing into account.
