My stay at MGM Shanghai West Bund was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! I especially want to commend Betty; her service was simply outstanding. From the moment we checked in, everything was seamless. Betty was incredibly welcoming, always smiling, proactive, and attentive. Before we even had to ask, she anticipated our needs and provided all the necessary information clearly. Throughout our stay, whenever we needed something, she was incredibly efficient in arranging it right away. The hotel itself maintained a high standard in every aspect, with beautiful room details and stunning views that made it hard to leave. This kind of worry-free experience, where you feel so well taken care of, is truly rare. I've already decided: next time I'm in Shanghai, I'm definitely staying here again. It's worth revisiting multiple times! Highly recommend it to everyone~
