My experience at this hotel was excellent. I arrived around 2-3 AM, and it was very late and dark. I called the front desk for directions, feeling a bit scared due to the darkness. The staff noticed the concern in my voice and immediately reassured me, asking me to wait right where I was for a couple of minutes, as they would come down to pick me up. So I waited, and shortly after, a young man came over and asked if I was checking into the hotel. I nodded. He then led the way, thoughtfully using his flashlight to light my path and even helped me with my luggage. Once in the lobby, he also brought me some water, allowing me to settle down a bit. Check-in was quick, and his service was outstanding. The room itself was quite good. I showered and quickly fell asleep; it was very quiet. The next day, the front desk staff, considering my late arrival, kindly offered me a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM, though I declined as it wasn't necessary.
That day, I had originally planned to photograph the morning light at Wukang Building, so I woke up around 6 AM to catch the subway. Only after exiting the station did I realize my navigation had led me astray. I spent forty minutes wandering around the old villa district. By the time I finally found the place, the morning sun was already hidden by clouds, and the building was obstructed by construction scaffolding, filling my lens with messy steel pipes.
At lunchtime, eager to try some shengjian bao (pan-fried buns), I found a highly-rated old establishment based on online reviews. After queuing for half an hour, when it was finally my turn, I was told the shengjian bao were sold out, and only cold guotie (potstickers) were left. Reluctantly, I ordered a portion. Upon biting into them, I found the meat filling tasted fishy. I called over a staff member, who, without even looking up, retorted, ”This is how they taste. If you don't like it, don't buy it!”
In the afternoon, I went to Yu Garden, and just as I pulled out my camera, an auntie wearing a red armband stopped me, declaring that photography was not allowed there. I pointed to other tourists around me who were constantly taking photos with their phones, but she stubbornly insisted, ”They are them, but you cannot.” During the argument, the ice cream in my hand melted all over the ground, splashing and dirtying my new white skirt. That day, Shanghai's famed elegance and prosperity became a blurred backdrop, leaving behind only a series of mishaps and frustrations.

This stay was very satisfying! The room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was stylish and simple, the mattress was moderately soft and hard, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the hot water was sufficient and stable. The staff was friendly and the service details were very heartwarming. The hotel is in a great location, a 2-minute walk to the subway station, without having to cross the road, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. There is also a braised beef noodle restaurant downstairs, which tastes great. The hotel is very cost-effective and I will definitely stay again! I was in a hurry to catch the plane and didn't have time to take pictures.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the front desk has a very good attitude. They say hello every time we pass by. There is laundry detergent in the laundry room, which is a perfect solution to the problem of washing clothes when going out. The cleaning lady is also very polite. When we go out in the corridor, she takes the initiative to ask us if we want to extend our stay. They took the initiative to help with the cleaning. The food downstairs is full of delicious food. I couldn't eat it even after staying for two days. There is a film and television city next to it. It is a 1-minute walk away and the transportation is convenient.
Although small, it has everything. The room is clean, the facilities are OK, and there are disposable bath towels! The wireless speed is also fast! Convenient transportation, turn right and walk a few steps out of the hotel to the subway station, and there are many restaurants downstairs! The ladies at the front desk are very nice! They also helped to delay check-out for free! Great!

The sanitation service in the room was good. The takeaways were delivered by robots. The front desk was also ok. It was very dark even with all the lights on. The toilet in the bathroom could not be flushed after using the toilet two or three times. The pillows on the bed were low and soft. I had a stiff neck after sleeping for three days. The front desk said there were no higher pillows. The location was good, about ten minutes walk from the subway station. Overall, it was average.
The location was easy to find, and although there was free parking, spaces were scarce; it was just a small area behind the hotel, and I almost couldn't find a spot at night. Also, the TV had no model number, and despite trying various networks and frequencies, it couldn't get a signal. The 5G signal on my phone was very weak... The whole process of washing my face, getting covered, and going to sleep...

The hotel is very close to Hongqiao, just a 10-minute drive away, and the price is very affordable.
The front desk lady was very kind and sweet, and offered to help me with my very heavy luggage. My initial room smelled a bit like smoke, but she quickly arranged for me to move. Her attitude was very positive. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I need it!
The room was clean and tidy, the front desk service was very thoughtful, there was a service attitude, and every staff member was professional. In Shanghai, the price is very high and it is worth everyone's choice.
Who in my family understands 😍 The [hotel name] I stayed at this time was simply a surprise treasure during my trip! As soon as I entered the lobby, the luxurious yet warm decoration style was like a slowly unfolding painting, instantly immersing me in a cozy atmosphere.
The room was decorated very attentively. The city night view outside the window was magnificent. The soft light sprinkled on the bed seemed to soothe the tired body and mind.
My dears, I seem to have discovered a ”fairy hotel” - [hotel name] 🤩 As soon as I entered, I felt like I had fallen into a luxurious ”land of ease” and didn't want to leave at all!
The room is as big as a palace, and the bed is as soft as marshmallow. When I lay down on it, I almost had a ”date” with Zhou Gong 😴 The bathroom is also shiny and clean, and it feels like it can be used as a mirror.
And the breakfast, there were so many varieties that I was dazzled, I almost ate myself into a pig 🐷 The waiter was as enthusiastic as a fire and took good care of me.
Not much to say, I have decided to stay here again next time 😎 #酒店绝了 #好吃好住

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, and I was very satisfied with my stay. The lobby is large and the environment is great. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very quick. The room was very clean and tidy, with no odor. The bed was very comfortable. The room was large and had great lighting. Because we had to wait for the car and exceeded the check-out time, the front desk lady helped us delay the check-out time. I will stay here again next time. Great!
