Four Points Hotels in Shanghai

Very good location close to underground metro, close to shopping and many choices of restaurants and food. Next to the Shanghai Circus which I found the show very fascinating and worth seeing. The hotel has a swimming pool and a large well equiped fitness gym. The Reception staff are all friendly and helpful. Concierge is efficient n helpful with parcel and food order delivery as well. I stayed at deluxe king bed room which is a big and good size for 2 persons. Breakfast offered good range of food and vegetables. Overall my 7 nights stay has been very pleasant.

The hotel and the staff were cool. Spacious room and clean. Friendly staff. The view from the room is wonderful and the srea around the hotel is clean and nice. You can find few things to do around the hotel.

Hotel is new and clean rooms look good and service is very good, breakfast was not so rich for us as foreigners , location is ok if you want stay near hongqiao airport but too far from the city

The rooms were clean but super hot. The AC was not working yet because it is too early. They promoting the bar in lobby but it was not open. They have a vendor machine you can buy drinks and there is street food later in front of the hotel. They offer a shuttle bus for Disneyland for free. That worked super well. Breakfast was good and has many choices.

This newly opened hotel was chosen for hygiene reasons and is very cost-effective. The hotel's decoration style is what I like, and the service is very thoughtful. The front desk knew that I was with children, so they upgraded the parent-child room and gave welcome fruits. Main advantages: 1. All service staff are very enthusiastic. From check-in to dining, everyone is very patient and tries their best to meet the needs of guests; 2. Convenient travel. There are shuttle buses to Disney, Pudong Airport and the Bund, and it is also convenient to take a taxi; 3. The new hotel's parent-child rooms are well-equipped, with heated smart toilets, overhead showers, socket panels with USB and TYPC interfaces, handheld hanging irons, spare umbrellas, children's bathrobes, and children's toiletries and small amounts of laundry detergent. The only suggestion is that the breakfast is sufficient now, but it would be better if the variety could be richer. All in all, I will choose this hotel again next time and will recommend it to my friends when they come to Shanghai Disneyland.

The restaurant service staff is quite enthusiastic and will take the initiative to ask for feedback and dining experience. The pizza is good, the chicken wings are a bit salty, the beverages are a bit limited, and the apple grape juice is a bit sweet Breakfast is served until 10:00 and seems to be served until 10:30 on holidays When I arrived at the restaurant at 09:30, there was nothing left The replenishment speed is slow and there is no replenishment of fruits and other things later It’s not suitable The above are the parts that can be improved There are also advantages. When I checked in, it might be because of the agent that the data was not pushed in time. Ctrip’s confirmation text message said that it had received the check-in information half an hour later. It seems that the agent I found is not good... I booked a standard room and a king-size bed room. When I took the room card upstairs, there were two king-size beds. I was speechless... It took me a long time to go downstairs to change. I sat in the room with my family for a while and felt too hot, so I notified the room service to get a thin blanket.
