Four Points Hotels in Shanghai

Wifi is stable (Wifi 6, 20Mbps), can connect to overseas VP, 2HDMI in TV. Breakfast is fair but no rice.

I brought my children to Disneyland and had a very satisfying stay. The hotel decoration in Maillard colors is very grand. The hotel has a free shuttle bus, so you don't have to worry about traffic areas when traveling. It was raining heavily when I arrived at the hotel. The driver was very considerate and took the initiative to lend me an umbrella when I got off the car. The service concept is very good. I give a high praise to the driver👍 The hotel environment is very good, very clean, and very quiet. The breakfast is also very rich. The children are very happy to eat. The front desk is also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with the luggage🧳 The hotel also has free baby strollers for rent, which is very considerate for tourists with children❤️

Hotel is new and clean rooms look good and service is very good, breakfast was not so rich for us as foreigners , location is ok if you want stay near hongqiao airport but too far from the city

The rooms were clean but super hot. The AC was not working yet because it is too early. They promoting the bar in lobby but it was not open. They have a vendor machine you can buy drinks and there is street food later in front of the hotel. They offer a shuttle bus for Disneyland for free. That worked super well. Breakfast was good and has many choices.

On the last day of May Day, I came to Fengjing Four Points by Sheraton with my family for a vacation and visited Fengjing Ancient Town. The hotel's architectural style is like a French castle, facing a green park across the river. The environment is very beautiful, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel's service is of high standard and thoughtful. Staying at Four Points by Sheraton is a pleasant experience.

Hotel in a good location with easy access to both Pudong and Puxi area. Quiet and clean. Service in lobby speaks good English so it is easy to communicate.

When I checked in, it might be because of the agent that the data was not pushed in time. Ctrip’s confirmation text message said that it had received the check-in information half an hour later. It seems that the agent I found is not good... I booked a standard room and a king-size bed room. When I took the room card upstairs, there were two king-size beds. I was speechless... It took me a long time to go downstairs to change. I sat in the room with my family for a while and felt too hot, so I notified the room service to get a thin blanket. When I opened the blanket on the bed, I found the dirt that was easily reminiscent of the derivative after strenuous exercise (see picture)... I was overwhelmed. Fortunately, my daughter brought the quilt from school in the car and used it to cover herself (see picture). Having said so much, what I mean is that I am unlucky. I met temporary workers...
