The building looks a bit old, but the room’s interior is still nice. The location is very close to Tangqiao Station. The room is quite spacious and clean, and the amenities are complete. Lastly, the front office staff were very helpful, and I loved that they spoke English really well

Location & Accessibility
Located in the heart of Shanghai’s tourism corridor, this hotel targets travelers focused on Disneyland and Shanghai’s new resort hubs. Its standout feature is the complimentary shuttle service to Shanghai Disney Resort (8-minute drive), making park access effortless. However, the trade-off is isolation: you’re far from downtown (metro rides or taxis required for sightseeing). The hotel offers shuttles to Pudong Airport (25 mins) and Disney Village, but slots fill fast—reserve early. For context: It’s a 15-minute drive to Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park and a 20-minute taxi to Shanghai Wild Animal Park.
Rooms & Comfort
Rooms are spacious, modern, and quiet, with plush bedding (Signature Four Points beds), blackout curtains, and ergonomic workstations. Families appreciate Disney-themed rooms (available on request) and bunk-bed options. Soundproofing is generally effective, but request a high-floor room facing away from main roads to avoid rare noise disruptions. Bathrooms are clean with rain showers, though water pressure can be inconsistent during peak hours.
Amenities & Dining
• Meli-Melo Restaurant: Buffet breakfast includes Western staples (omelets, pastries) and local dishes like congee. Quality is reliable but repetitive for multi-day stays.
• Family Perks: Playground, game rooms, and kids’ activities (e.g., DIY workshops).
• 24/7 Gym: Well-maintained with cardio/weight equipment.
• Service: Staff are courteous and bilingual. Bell service helps with luggage storage (key for late flights or park extensions).
Value & Tips
• Best For: Disney-bound families, travelers seeking resort tranquility over city bustle.
• Cost Considerations: Room rates are competitive for the area, but dining/drinks are priced high. Nearby alternatives include FamilyMart (5-min walk) for affordable snacks.
• Room Hack: Book a ”Disney View” room for castle-fireworks glimpses!
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. First the location can't be any better being close to the metro station like 3 minutes walk in addition to being in the center on two ground open malls that has everything you need
..simply a wonderful location.
We were upgraded upon checking in and the room couldn't be any better, big and ultra clean with all needed amenities.
Can't comment on their breakfast as we opted to try options from the outside surroundings
Highly recommend this hotel

This hotel is 5 start was ok and clean WiFi work ok and breakfast was ok is not total Chinese so that’s ok I love it and very close to convention center.
The hotel environment is very good and the service is also in place. I booked a king-size bed room, which was upgraded upon arrival and also included free breakfast. Thanks to Andy for his service, I will stay here again next time.
Excellent location near the subway. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me take away breakfast as I got up late and had a morning meeting.
Rooms are clean and have all the amenities required for solo or business travel. Definitely recommend this hotel.

In the past, company trips always had four points.
I'd reminded them twice, no side rooms, no side rooms. But they assigned me the second-to-last room. The road was winding, and changing rooms with a child was a bit of a hassle. So, we just had to leave it that way. There was a power outage for about an hour near dinner time, leaving us groping in the dark. Luckily, there was a restaurant and bar on the first floor where we could sit. It's hard to describe.
