I booked two rooms for my parents' visit to Huashan Hospital, and we were kindly upgraded for free. A big thank you to the several front desk ladies who assisted with both check-in and check-out. While the hotel decor is a bit dated, it's fully equipped. It's also super convenient to get around, with taxis just a short ride away. This hotel feels like a blend of hotel and apartment living, as it's connected to an apartment building, and food delivery is very convenient. My only minor gripe is the lack of robot delivery, but overall, it offers excellent value for money.

I chose the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel for my summer trip to Shanghai. The room was quite nice, and well-equipped with all the amenities. Breakfast was abundant, and the front desk service was excellent. Guest parking is free here; the concierge will help you register your license plate. I absolutely loved the room the front desk lady arranged for me. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

The facilities are complete and the service is attentive. It's close to the subway station and shopping mall, making transportation convenient. Being near Huashan Hospital is handy for medical needs. The free parking is very practical. The room decor is cozy, and the bedding is high-quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. The complimentary self-service laundry and dryer, free late-night congee, and free coffee and tea make it worth staying again.

The entire room is smart-controlled, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom is clean and refreshing with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service is warm and efficient. The breakfast selection is rich, and you can enjoy the river view while eating. There's also a free laundry room and a gym with a river view. It's conveniently located near the subway, offering unbeatable value for money when visiting Lujiazui. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai!

Facilities: The renovated hallways and rooms are decent, except for the flooring. The washing machine in the bathroom feels a bit cramped; I'd suggest adding a bumper strip. Hygiene: Basic cleanliness is good. Environment: The lobby and room environments are both quite nice. Service: I arrived around 2 AM, and the service was excellent. They even upgraded my room type to one with a fridge and washing machine, though I didn't end up using them.
