Pros: 1. Good soundproofing on the 27th floor. 2. Cleanliness was not an issue. 3. A dedicated staff member brought my luggage to my door, and when I checked out, the manager proactively asked about my stay and feedback. 4. The 7th-floor gym provides wash basins, shower rooms, and hair dryers, which can still be used after check-out. Cons: 1. The front desk staff, July, had a very cold attitude, expression, and tone. It's the first time I've encountered such a sour face at a hotel. She abruptly cut me off before I even finished speaking. 2. The toilet flush was weak and lacked power, making it quite awkward for larger uses. 3. The windows couldn't be opened, making the room very damp, stuffy, and with a musty smell. Running the air conditioning didn't help. 4. The hairdryer was old, dirty, and as heavy as a small dumbbell. The most inconvenient part was the loose plug, which often disconnected from the socket while I was drying my hair. 5. Food delivery couldn't be brought upstairs; I had to go outside the hotel to the delivery locker to pick it up. 6. Several staff members were unprofessional and need more training: For example, the staff member who led me to the 7th floor didn't even know that the gym provided wash and shower facilities and even questioned me about where I heard that. And when she saw her colleague at the gym, she just stood there blankly instead of asking, so I had to carry my large suitcase in myself. / Another example: when I was checking in, a staff member standing nearby just watched someone cut in line without intervening, which was infuriating! / Also, when I told the luggage storage staff that I couldn't find my luggage tag, they didn't even ask for my room number or name. They just directly told me to choose which suitcase was mine – making me concerned about luggage security! What if my suitcase looked similar to someone else's and could be picked up so easily? Finally, I have to say that the overall experience of this stay was far from worth the price!

Staying here was really convenient. The metro station is super close, and it's just a few stops to Nanjing West Road and The Bund. Plus, there's a huge shopping mall right by the metro station, making shopping a breeze. There are tons of restaurants nearby too, so it's a bustling and lively area. The room itself was well-equipped with smart appliances, very clean, and had good soundproofing. The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered free luggage storage after check-out. The price was very reasonable; I'd say it was excellent value for money.

I've stayed here every time I've visited Shanghai, and the environment is great! Most importantly, it's clean! Cleanliness is paramount! There's a Starbucks downstairs, and it's convenient to get to many places, but you need to book a taxi in advance, otherwise you'll wait a long time! I'll definitely be back to my home away from home next time!

Had a great stay at 7Days Inn! The location was super convenient — just a short walk to the subway station, which made getting around the city really easy. I liked that the room door had a keycard lock, felt secure. There’s also a convenience store and a few restaurants right in front of the hotel, so it was easy to grab food or snacks anytime. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay

The room's location, area, and transportation are quite convenient. It's about a 30-minute journey to most places from Putuo District, Jing'an, and taxis are readily available. Hongshoufang is also nearby, offering a good variety of dining options. The nearest mall is only about ten minutes away.

The hotel's decor is a stark contrast between its exterior and interior. From the outside, it has a traditional Shikumen style, but inside, it's a whole different world – a vintage industrial vibe that's absolutely captivating. The facilities and service are probably the best I've experienced at a Moxy. And I got incredibly lucky! I actually ran into the Korean girl group Kep1er during my stay, and they were even more stunning in person~ Overall, the hotel offers an excellent experience with comfortable surroundings and attentive service. This stay was truly unforgettable!

You can do laundry here, and the service is great. There's also a gym, and complimentary tea and coffee. Overall, it's pretty good!

On the day of check-in, the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the hotel staff upgraded my room on the spot and apologized for the wait. Their handling of the situation was excellent 👍. I really liked the room; it was very comfortable. The only thing I found unusual was that the toilet door was transparent, haha. Good thing I was staying alone, otherwise it would have been awkward. They have a laundry room, parcel collection service, and robots to deliver takeout to the rooms. The location is very convenient, right next to Exit 1 of Wuning Road Metro Station. It's easy to get to Shanghai Railway Station for high-speed trains, or to Xujiahui, Wukang Building, Jing'an Temple, Yu Garden, The Bund, and Nanjing East Road. A taxi ride to Hongqiao Airport takes about 25 minutes.

My best friend and I came to Shanghai for a trip, and to our surprise, the self-service laundry room became the amenity we used most frequently. After sightseeing, we'd wash and dry our T-shirts and dresses, so we didn't have to carry damp clothes around. The breakfast had a great variety, and we often took our time eating before heading out. It's not far from the Bund, so after dinner, we'd go there together to enjoy the breeze by the river. The room space was decent, and overall, our stay was very pleasant.

This was my first stay at this hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic, no disappointments at all. From the moment we entered the lobby, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, considerate, and patient. Their attention to detail was excellent; they even escorted us to the elevator for check-in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were all disposable, branded products with a major brand fragrance – they smelled amazing after showering, just perfect. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view of the entire street. We stayed on the 31st floor, so the view was exceptional. This is a highly recommended hotel with incredible value for money. My genuine experience and recommendation.
