Indigo Hotels in Shanghai

The front desk guy (forgot his name) was great! 👍 The location is right by Shiliupu Dock, which is super convenient for a night cruise on the Bund. The downside is that being so close, it's quite damp. There's a spot in the restaurant perfect for photos with the ”Bund Three Treasures” (Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center). Overall, it's worth staying.

The front desk service was excellent; even though I arrived early, they managed to accommodate me well. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, with easy access to lines 12 and 13. The lobby is filled with Hollywood star sand art, giving it a very stylish design. The room was spacious, with a large circular bathtub and a big sofa. The breakfast area isn't huge, and while there's a good variety of categories, the selection isn't extensive.

Checked into the Indigo Hotel at Dishui Lake, and the front desk concierge upgraded me from a boutique room to a lake view room. I had a fantastic view of the Twin Towers and Huanhu West Road, both at sunrise and at night. They were very generous with the coffee, tea, bottled water, and amenities. The cartoon-themed toiletries were particularly eye-catching and vibrant. What truly resonated with me was the hotel's neighborhood culture philosophy: Dear Guest: Just as no two leaves are exactly alike in the world, no two Indigo hotels are the same. Each hotel boasts unique designs inspired by its surrounding neighborhood, distinctive cuisine, and personalized service, offering you a one-of-a-kind stay. And indeed, this is why I love the Indigo Dishui Lake!
