Hotels near The Windsor in Singapore

Small room, however functional and Ok for short stays. Room wasn't the cleanest, dropped something on the floor, peaked under the bed to look for it and it was not cleaned in a while, leftover sweets, someone left their make up kit, etc.

To me this hotel booking is cheap for 3adult and 1baby ,we stay for 3night and $445 Very clean ,even evday they change towels.bedsheets and mineral water ,shampoo and ect,, I love the rooms very much ,,will be continue stay for my next trip on the December Chris**as for more then a week,, Very convenient place. ,nearest restaurant indian,cheers and also convenient to take bus mrt to every why ,,so to me this is the best hotel that I like more ,,thanks 🥰🥰🥰

I don't know about others, but my experience is beyond expected, the room is small yes I am aware of it, that is the standard of Singapore hotel , small and expensive coz of the limited land, however is lobby area is quite a nice place to chill, bed sheet , toilet, floor everything is clean for me, location is logistics in town area. In conclusion, if u are someone hard to pleased, plz don't consider this hotel. P.S, thanks to the staff that served us on check in day, by upgrading our room since he sees I have a big luggage , God bless you.

Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign

because of our bad experience at the greendili, we moved out and stayed here instead. they are just near each other. we became friends with one of the staff who was very accommodating to us. but the guy who he switched shift with was the exact opposite of him. had to pay 35SGD for the extra person charge. we had complimentary bottles of water. air conditioner though wasn't that cold. bathroom was spacious. near Ferrer Park mrt station (around 2blocks). checked out around 10am and they let us leave our bags at their storage room, went back for it around 8pm.

Very beautiful and spacious room, hotel also gave us a tasty chocolate birthday cake from shophouse.  Bed was big and comfortable Personalized check-in at Valley Wing also meant that there we didnt need to queue at the tower wing  Breakfast was nice, although it would be good if the eggs were not included into the selection of 2 dishes, especially since eggs are also available in The Line. Hotel gave us late checkout until 3pm. Huge gym and pool Staff were mostly proactive and friendly, especially Peggy, Raja, Yusuke, and Fabian who were always ready to help Misunderstanding where the staff told me to wear pants to the Summit Room/Valley Wing lounge but actually berms are allowed too

Amazing staycation here in SG with you Mercure Hotel. The cleanliness and good services with your staff, especially the receptionist staffs damn so accommodating and very well considerate to all the customers, they offer us a snacks while staying in the lobby for some instances with my partner, they’ve a rapor to their customer. Highly recommended this hotel. Surely, we will be back here in SG I’ll choose this hotel again. Keep it up! Good Services at its finest services. ＜3

To be honest, I always love to stay here. For the price, the room is quite spacious and the facilities provided were quite adequate. Location wise, it's minutes away from town and the expressway. Since the location is at Newton, numerous attractions and foodie spots are nearby. Even its an old property, Hotel Royal Singapore, is generally clean. Comfortable bed and pillow is very important to me and this property had never fail. The pillow is to my preference and many of my friends and relatives experience a good rest as well. The staff here is friendly and I just believe in ”treat people well and people will treat you well.” They do have big groups at their properties so do be patient at the counter or do check in early. Last but not least, I will like to extend my sincere thanks to Alice. She is one of the property back bone that ensure the guest is attended and given the best that she could give at the moment. I highly recommend this hotel to families travelling. It is so near shops, restaurants and mrt station (lavender). Although room is quite small, it offered what we need, the bed, smart tv, shower and toilet. We didnt get to use the pool due to our very limited stay in SG. Our room AC was not working when we arrived very late at around 12 mn. My toddler was sweating. In the morning, we had it fixed by maintenance and it was working fine after.

The hotel is large and the staff are welcoming. We liked the facilities provided including hair dryer, coffee making provision and an iron. We thought that provision of sockets and USB sockets was good, although, as with many hotels, the guest who sleeps on the left side does not have a socket, whereas the other side has all controls. There were several issues, though, which could be improved: Our cases were left in an outside, covered area while waiting for check in. Because we did not think this was secure enough, we were not confident to leave our bag with our paperwork and valuables in it, and had to carry it around with us until we checked in. In hot weather, this was less than desirable. The shower and toilet share a door which slides across. This resulted in water from the shower spilling out into the main bathroom area. The TV had a fixed maximum volume (which is fine), but because of the size of the room, it was then difficult to hear the TV. It may be better to adjust it so that it cannot cause annoyance to neighbours, but is audible within the room.
