We booked the deluxe twin room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children - ages 4 and 6.
The staff were so helpful and welcoming.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
As first time visitors to Yokohama, we thought the location was ok, however we were only getting to know the public transport towards the end of our stay so I’d recommend getting familiar with it to visit attractions more efficiently.

The hotel is conveniently located near Sakuragichō station. Room is bigger than expected. 👍 We didn't try the spa because they charge extra.
Breakfast buffet was great, lots of different Japanese style options and even matcha ice cream 🍨😊
Best hotel we’ve ever been to - the room, amenities, service and friendly employees were all top notch. Icing on the cake was a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from our 49th floor window. Well done Oakwood Suites Yokohama!!!

Standard equipment, a bit small, the suitcase can not be fully spread out 🤣 but there is a bathtub, very clean, stay on Saturday night in April, 1 night 2,500 yuan less than breakfast, because check out at 6:00 on Sunday, so I can't comment on breakfast 😃 This is more special, I have to check out at 10:00
There are two Don Quixote nearby, it takes about 15 minutes to walk, it is recommended to open the 24-hour room, don't go to the 3 o'clock room

Although it was a hotel for adults, the exterior and interior were not much different from a regular hotel. The interior was spacious and easy to use, just like an adult hotel.
I stayed here the night before participating in the Yokohama Marathon. It was a very clean and comfortable room. I got a slightly better plan, so I was able to use the equipment refurbishment service, which made me very satisfied. The location is easy to find, less than a 10-minute walk from the station ticket gate. It's right in the middle of the downtown area, and there are love hotels around, but that doesn't bother me. It's convenient and has everything you need, whether you're going shopping or going to a restaurant.
I'd definitely like to stay here again next year if there's availability.

There is an ice machine, great! But there are only 2 washing machines downstairs, I hope I can have two more.
The counter staff is very very friendly, Lawson is very convenient next door, about 5 minutes walk from the station, it is also very convenient. There are elevators along the road and you don't need to carry your luggage.
Free breakfast in the morning, delicious, very recommended!
Will definitely come back and stay again.
Service: The front desk sister will speak Chinese, communication is stress free
Facilities: Classic capsule warehouse, traditional Japanese bathroom, smart toilet
Hygienic: very clean
Very close to Chinatown and MM21, convenient transportation
It's close to the station and there are many commercial facilities in the surrounding area, so it's very convenient.
The service at the front desk was excellent, and you can have a pleasant stay.
It's hard to say whether this is a drawback of a chain hotel like this, but the amenities and breakfast are of a level that can't be helped.
Other than that, the rooms are clean and there are amenities such as humidifiers, so I think you will be very satisfied.
I took a hotel close to the airport because it was an early flight the next morning, but it was very convenient because there was a convenience store nearby from the station! The room was surprisingly large and clean and it was a short stay time, but I was able to spend it very substantially. I couldn't eat breakfast this time because the time was not right, but I thought it was a very good service to come with it! I hope I can eat breakfast next time if I have a chance to stay again.

思思思賢 Chill My BabeDuring my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough!
The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!
ZZomoWonderful stay!
Staffs were great, there’s a lounge where you can grab free coffee or just chill and relax.
Rooms were clean and spacious, we got a free upgrade with the Bay view!
Hotel is conveniently located just above a metro station! Definitely will return!
Only thing missing is if they could have a nice little Onsen! It will be more than Perfect!
AAnonymous UserThe lobby is nice. We arrived at around midnight. Didn’t use the facilities much. There is a convenience shop nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. The restaurants are not very close to the hotel and it takes 15 minutes or so.
EErik ChiangI recently had the pleasure of staying at the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers looking to explore Yokohama or needing easy access to Tokyo. Being right next to Tsurumi Station makes it incredibly easy to get around without relying too much on taxis or long walks.
The room itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Though not overly spacious, it made efficient use of space, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless.
What stood out most was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a nice variety of both Japanese and Western options, which was a great way to start the day.
If I had to find any fault, it would be that the hotel is located in a quieter part of Yokohama, which might not suit everyone's taste. However, for me, it added to the charm and made for a peaceful retreat after busy days of sightseeing.
Overall, I highly recommend the JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Tsurumi for its comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality. It offers excellent value for money and is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the Yokohama area.
GGuest UserThis is my fav hotel during japan trip.
Location is great, just few mins walk from exit station yokohama, with escalator access available. Yokohama is big city with easy access to tokyo, I highly recommend people coming to tokyo to stay in yokohama due to many factors!
I chose this room because the size is bigger compared to hotels in tokyo, which turn out to be great! The room has big windows, sofa, enough space to open big luggages. We really find this as huge benefit cz small room really limit your movement.
The amenities are available to pick up at lobby area, really convenient.
Room is clean, well maintained, modern.
Staff are friendly and efficient!
Excellent stay overall and I would definitely come back if I go japan again!
GGuest UserIt's a very old hotel. You have to carry your luggage down to the front desk on the next floor. Remember to take the underground passage when you come out of the station. It goes straight to the end. Turn left and take the elevator. You will see it on your left. When I first looked for it, I stupidly looked for it on the road. I walked around a lot and there were not many sidewalks on the road. Since Yokohama, the hotel only provides towels for one person.
MMatty LWe stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.
UUncle J WayFirst time staying in a capsule sex hotel
Many people say they can't sleep well, so what?
But to be honest, I slept really well❤️
Compared to the bedrooms on the ship, there is no shaking here.
Compared to camping tents, there is air conditioning here
Compared to dormitory beds, this place is clean and comfortable
And I’m very used to the enveloping sense of space, so I don’t feel any pressure at all.
There is also a large bath downstairs where you can take a bath and have an oven where you can wash clothes and dry them.
It's close to the station and the price is NT$800 per night (including tax and sleep).
The only thing I find difficult to use is the locker, which is really small.
I only took a backpack with me this time, and it was a sailor-style duffel bag. I had to force myself to put it in... Then if the guest next to me wanted to take something, I had to take out all the items from the locker with great difficulty, like the exhibition The BOM table uses up the narrow aisle space, and then keeps saying ”すみません” to people passing by!すみません!すみません!
However, it is still a nice place to stay anyway!
I will give it a 3.8 stars ⭐️ by C/P rating
YYuHotel is the Prince Pepe mall, so it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a 7-11 in the lobby which is good. The rooms are a little small and the restroom is quite small too. There is no air-purifier at the room, which is a minus for me. Overall, I think it is okay for a short stay.
