"The location is superb! The environment is first-rate and it's impeccably clean. It's also very peaceful. You can open the windows for fresh air, and the views are absolutely stunning! The surrounding area is home to R&D centers of world-renowned companies. It's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Takashima Station (Exit 2); turn right as you come out. Dining options nearby are a bit limited. Complimentary samples are available at the front desk, but they aren't proactively offered, so you need to pick them up yourself. Tea bags are provided, and the coffee is delicious! The night views are lovely!"

"The hotel's sky pool was advertised as a highlight, but I didn't bring my swimwear so I couldn't use it. I tried to just look around, but the front desk informed me guests could only view it from outside. From what I could tell, it didn't even seem to be an infinity pool. The room itself, however, was great. There's a convenience store on the second floor, and a Blue Bottle Coffee shop conveniently located right next to the lobby on the first floor. Unfortunately, I hadn't done enough research and ended up missing the Yokohama Fireworks Festival, which was a real shame."

"I stayed at this hotel for four nights on a business trip, as its location made my morning and evening commutes to my office in Japan very convenient. My accompanying spouse also found it very easy to explore various popular destinations in Yokohama independently via the light rail. The hotel boasts a superb location; an airport shuttle stop is conveniently located right near the hotel, and there are plenty of dining options both downstairs and within the building. However, the price difference on Ctrip between rooms with and without breakfast is unusually large and doesn't seem to align with the hotel's actual breakfast charge. I suggest verifying and updating this so that guests can more easily choose breakfast-inclusive options when booking through Ctrip."

"We had a lovely stay at Yokohama Bay Hotel—the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the bay and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does show some signs of age, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The only minor downside was the gym, which was quite small and had limited equipment, along with unusual operating hours. That said, if you’re not relying on fitness facilities, this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay in Yokohama!"

"The InterContinental Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The view from our window was breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the Yokohama Landmark Tower and the amusement park. The desserts on the second floor were also incredibly delicious. The breakfast spread on the first floor was wonderfully rich and diverse, truly offering excellent value for money! I'll definitely be staying here again. It's also conveniently located not far from Yokohama Chinatown, and an evening stroll in Yamashita Park was incredibly pleasant and relaxing."

"excellent location as it is steps away from subway station isezaki chojamachi station. there is a Lawson downstairs. so convenient when you are hungry at night. the rooms are good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. place is quiet and good sleep ensured.all amenities provided. staff are helpful. walking distance to shopping street. highly recommended. there is even a lovely bath tub . water pressure is good and strong"

EElinaNikOmg, I stopped at first cabin hotels and other of this type, but I never think that this type of hotels could be so convenient! I totally fall in love with this hotel!
Despite the fact that you're taking just a bad, you are getting a privet room with table and space for your baggage (another person has his/her own entry and room).
There is a free breakfast, but not only this!
In shared space you will find free coffee from coffee machine, in the late evening you can take a noodle for free.
I shared space in your floor is massage chair, available for free, water and yogurt.
They have spa and privet bath too!
Bathroom has everything you could need, even lotion and hair comb.
Staff are friendly, room is cozy, and a lot of free adds, what else needs for the tourist?
Location is greate, you can go to Kamakura, Disneyland, Tokyo... Anywhere, but it less crowded compared with Tokyo.
I definitely would back in next trip!

MM. SoThe hotel is conveniently located to department stores, train stations and within walkable distance to the bus terminal. There are plenty of retail shops and eateries nearby. The rooms are spacious, the common areas are clean and the staff are friendly and professional. There are also many amenities available to pick in the lobby. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserConvenient location with Bashamichi station directly below. 4 stops to Yokohama and 1 bus stop to Sakuragicho. Bus stop to get to World Porters and the other attractions is close as well, just make sure to buy the Minato Burari ticket.
As for the room, the 2 single beds were very comfortable and more than large enough. Bathroom was decent sized and the view was amazing. Many restaurants and convenience stores close by making it an all round excellent hotel in terms of value for money and location.
Breakfast was good despite options being limited but the quality shines out. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful! Laundry machine was easy to operate and costs ¥500 yen for a 2 hour was and dry. Will highly recommend!

SShiori SCThe hotel is located next to the JR station and opposite the Keikyu Station. Whether going to the airport or to Tokyo or Yokohama, transportation is very convenient. The counter staff are friendly and polite. There are free coffee machines and tea bags available for use. There are a wide variety of personal packaging cleaning and maintenance products, including cotton swabs and hair ties, and there are four types of bath powder to choose from. The room is clean and comfortable. The 25-inch and 29-inch suitcases can be fully opened and laid flat. The TV screen is much larger than other business hotels. The hot water temperature in the bathroom is stable and the water pressure is normal. It is impeccable and can be included in the frequently used list.

MMemechaOoThe location is super convenient! Don Quijote is just a 15-minute walk away, and getting to Yokohama Port or the shopping mall is a breeze – all within walking distance, no public transport needed.
This business hotel has all the essentials, and the service is warm and attentive. The front desk staff answered all my questions in detail on the day of my visit, which I really appreciated!
Now for the downsides: The room was incredibly small, almost unbearably so. If you're traveling with kids, definitely book a larger room, otherwise, it will be quite uncomfortable. I thought my room in Osaka was tiny, but this one was even smaller by about 10%! It really comes down to personal preference; if you're prioritizing value for money, it might be tolerable.
Also, breakfast was very mediocre, with very limited options. After looking around, I didn't find much that I wanted to eat. Good thing I only bought a one-day breakfast voucher.

GGuest UserI was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Even during the incredibly crowded Obon holiday, all guests at breakfast were remarkably orderly, and the breakfast itself was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk, who was a bit older, was incredibly patient during check-in, and all other staff members were also very warm and welcoming. The 24-hour lemonade was a great touch. The room's soundproofing was excellent. I've already recommended it to friends and colleagues in Tokyo before my trip even ended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yokohama!

GGuest UserThe location is good that's 10 minutes walk to Yokohama station right beside takashimaya store. The men's onsen is quite crowded at all times good thing is that only three floors so you do not need to wait very long for the lift to arrive. They provide free of charge a set of clothes and slippers and towels. Unfortunately they do not provide refrigerator for you to store your perishable food and drinks.

DDavid K T SoHotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.
