Was also attending an event at the Convention Centre. Overall a great hotel, rooms are modern, breakfast spread is good, staff are very professional.

Everything was amazing , I just have a comment on the beds and the blankets , bed was not that comfortable and the blanket was clean but old

There is some minus for me, they gave me room 335, the shower wether is left or right turn its always very hot.. For a 5 star, food options is less than any other hotel that i stayed on previously Bakery stuff was really really good!

booked on 1st jan 25 , with my 2 kids. we took the room with bathtub on level 1. bathtub is big enough for 2 prsons. pool is a bit sad for a hotel this big. breakfst is good enough. bed is comfortable. tv is big. drinking water is provided free flow on every floor. mosquitoes enters the room from the garden, so we had to lock the terrace door all the time.

Enjoyed my stay here. I celebrated wedding anniversary and inform the hotel, they prepared cake, decor and even free upgrade! Got a problem with balcony door that cannot shut properly and cause the AC wouldn’t on. Called the housekeeping and they came 15 minutes later to fix it. Warm pool is only small area for children, so don’t expect too much but my baby enjoyed her swim! Want to try the Mad cow, unfortunately it is closed on Monday.

Food is nice, bed is amazing. Hotel room and view is great. Guest relations officers took the extra mile to celebrate my birthday and I am so thankful for tt. Amazing and great stay and will definitely choose hilton bandung again! Toilet bowl bidet spray to be clean more thoroughly as it is yellowish. Otherwise it is generally clean and comfortable! :)

I book 1 day in executive suite and got corner room. The view from balcony is excellent. The room is huge. It was an exciting stay here. The service are very good and facilities are excellent and various. I did enjoy my breakfast. However, unfortunately, in the bath tub when the engine for jacuzzi turned on, the water out is very smell and caused mood drop significantly. We bring bath bomb and even using 3 pieces, it is not nice. Management need to concern to check on this.

A very memorable experience during our stay at Hotel Indigo began with check-in at the receptionist, where we were surprised to be informed that our room had been upgraded to the King Suite City View by the receptionist's staff (sorry, forgot to ask his name, a young man with glasses and polite words), and ended with check-out at the receptionist. During our stay at Hotel Indigo, the service was excellent; there was welcome food and snacks in the room, and the service continued at our breakfast meal, which received a warm greeting and service from the personnel (particularly Mr. Lucky) and the restaurant. The pleasant position is relatively far from the city center, so it is quiet to rest, but if you want to explore Bandung, it is also close to fascinating attractions. With this experience, we want to make another trip to Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, where we hope to find more surprises and kind and attentive service for hotel guests. Hopefully, this Indigo Hotel will be more profitable and continue to be a desirable place to stay for vacation, rest, or meetings.

Very clean. Bubble pool. Breakfast buffet with variety, but queue for eggs, protein, and slow refill. Mountain View facing road with noise, earplug provided.
