We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. The hotel's location is convenient, the room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The staff are warm and attentive, and the overall stay experience was very good. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Having stayed at numerous top-tier five-star hotels both domestically and internationally, especially many in Shanghai, The Bellagio Shanghai is one of the very few that makes me want to return again and again. It's grand yet refined, with impeccable attention to detail. This stay was even better; Penny from guest services was beautiful and enthusiastic. She called and messaged me in advance to inquire about my check-in needs, and upon learning I was with a friend's family, she proactively arranged our rooms on the same floor and close to each other. She thoughtfully prepared fruit and toiletries for the children and even helped coordinate with their partner brand, Range Rover, for station drop-off, ensuring my friend's family and I had a perfect stay. The location is superb, convenient for both The Bund and North Bund, offering Suzhou Creek views, quiet yet central. Another highlight is the fantastic breakfast; The Bellagio's mini wontons are arguably the best in the country. This is a purely handwritten review, and I am extremely, extremely satisfied.

When in Lujiazui, Pudong Shangri-La is always my first choice. The hotel is well-maintained, and Sean Zhu, the front desk manager, arranged my room in advance. I'm very satisfied with it – it's spacious with a great view. He was friendly and polite. The room was exceptionally clean, and any requests were promptly attended to. During check-in, he also helped register my license plate into the system. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

Visiting Shanghai during the Tourism Festival, choosing to stay at the Waldorf Astoria on the Bund was hands down the best decision of this trip. Staying in a century-old building, with stunning city views of both sides of the Huangpu River right outside your window. Our dedicated concierge, Aaron Echole, was incredibly knowledgeable about local festivities and gave us thoughtful tips for the float parade and light festival, saving us the hassle of planning everything ourselves. It truly allowed us to immerse ourselves in the romance of Shanghai in autumn. The hardware, service, and superb location – all were exceptional. This hotel is definitely a top recommendation for anyone visiting Shanghai.

The B&B is very comfortable. The decoration style seems simple but is very clean and tidy. I like the minimalist style very much. It has a mahjong table, a singing room, and a projector. It's a pity that I came late and didn't get to play. I'll try it next time. Two 1.5-meter large beds are put together so that children can roll around as much as they want~ The kitchen downstairs has a pot and an oven. The boss cooked corn for the children in the morning. He ate breakfast and looked at the rice fields outside the window. He was in a great mood. It only took 9 minutes to take a taxi to Haichang. It was very convenient and a very pleasant stay.

Anyone booking the W for Qixi Festival is probably looking for that nightclub-style date vibe 🌝, and it definitely didn't disappoint! The room decor and lighting created such a great atmosphere. I asked the front desk for room number 10, and they accommodated my request. The view of the 'Three-Piece Set' (referring to the iconic skyline) at night was absolutely breathtaking – major thumbs up! I'd heard before that W's service wasn't great, but after experiencing it myself, I found it to be quite on point. Communication was smooth, and the staff's attitude was excellent. The restaurant food was delicious! I slept in the next morning and missed breakfast, and honestly, I feel like I lost a million bucks 🌝. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely come back given the chance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the automatic toilet, which was a really nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always willing to assist and made us feel very well taken care of. The location is also very convenient, with a shopping mall and train station nearby, making it easy to get around and find places to eat and shop. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service and a very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points
