"Would definitely recommend and revisit. Location very convenient. The room was very clean, there was a massage chair which was great. The washroom shower was clean, toilet was clean, sink was clean, bed felt clean, shampoo n soap didn't feel rough. I only took a video of the inside of the room, no picture to upload, but the lobby looks hella nice. The room looked fancy, the carpet inside the room didn't smell stuffy. The AC worked well. Service was great, very fast; cleaners were friendly too. Only complaints would be, elevators wait takes a while, and halfway AC on 7th flr could not cover the entire hallway. ."

Hotel near Pudong International Airport Area,Shanghai
The Da Zhong Airport Hotel (Dazhong Konggang Binguan) is located between terminals 1 and 2 of Pudong International Airport, each of which is just a 5-minute walk from the other. This Shanghai hotel is split into two separate areas. The South Villa (Airport Hotel) is considered a hotel and has a variety of room types ranging from round-bed rooms to suites. The North Villa (Motel) is a less expensivehotel and has has queen and twin rooms. The on-site Merrylin Restaurant serves a menu of Chinese and international fare. Several fast food outlets and other eateries are on hand in the airport so there is no shortage of dining options.Meeting facilities are available as well as paid parking.

"Aside from its excellent location, this hotel is practically part of Pudong Airport, especially whether you're going to T1 or T2. It's the closest hotel to baggage drop-off and security. However, because of this, and even though I was prepared for an older hotel with somewhat outdated facilities due to its age, I never expected to have such trouble finding it after collecting my luggage. I walked around in circles until I finally had to ask airport staff for directions. It turns out the entrance is a cylindrical structure between T1 and T2, and you take an elevator up. The most frustrating part is that this cylindrical entrance only opens in one direction. I must have walked past it three or four times, always on the backside of the entrance, completely missing it. And to make matters worse, the airport map didn't even show the hotel's location. After finally taking the elevator up, there was no sheltered walkway to the lobby, and since it was raining that day, I got soaked."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Shanghai. The location is excellent — you can reach many of the main central attractions on foot, which made exploring the city very convenient. Also, just a few meters across from the hotel there is a Line 2 metro station, which takes you directly to the airport, making it especially convenient when arriving or departing from Shanghai. The room was spacious and comfortable for two people with two large suitcases, and the bed was very comfortable and easily accommodated two people (1.90 m and 1.70 m tall). We really appreciated the convenient light switches that allowed us to control all the lights in the room. The bathroom was also spacious and well equipped, with a smart toilet and a separate shower. The room had everything we needed, including slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes, bottled water, coffee and tea. Most importantly, there was no smell of cigarette smoke in the room. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a view of the street, which was nice. The room was cleaned every day, and it was also very quiet — we didn’t hear much noise either from outside or from neighboring rooms. Breakfast was not included in our booking, so we cannot comment on it. The staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard check-in time, and when we were leaving, we asked if we could weigh our suitcases and they were happy to help us. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would be happy to stay here again."

"I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! My stay here far exceeded my expectations. First off, the location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. It's also close to the Bund, which makes getting around a breeze. The room was more spacious than I anticipated, well laid out, and the cleanliness was impeccable – every detail was spotless. The bedding was so comfortable that even I, someone who struggles to sleep in new beds, had a great night's rest. I particularly want to commend the service; everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties, was welcoming, smiling, and always ready to help. And the cleaning gentleman was incredibly kind; he even proactively helped me when I got lost. Next time I'm in Shanghai, this will definitely be my top choice!"

"The hotel is well-located, right in the middle of the pedestrian street. We stayed in a standard room, but after our flight was canceled due to a typhoon, we extended our stay for another day and were moved to an upgraded room. The room was fantastic, we were probably lucky. It had two rooms: a living room with a sofa and a magnificent view of the pedestrian street. Besides a tea set, there was also a coffee machine. There was also a large, separate bathroom. It's an ideal option for a family with a child. The breakfasts are very good, with options for both children and adults. The only thing I didn't notice was an omelet station; there were fried eggs and scrambled eggs instead. But you won't go hungry; a delicious and hearty breakfast is guaranteed."

Renovated in 2025, the Tianhua Hotel Shanghai People's Square Nanjing Road Walkway offers both holiday makers and business travelers a pleasant stay in Shanghai. The hotel is conveniently located just 2km from Shanghai Railway Station and 14km from Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. In addition, People's Square Metro Station is just a short walk away. With multiple attractions nearby including INS LAND, Shanghai Sihang Warehouse Battle Memorial and Xintiandi, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.

"The room was very clean and had no strange odors. All the staff were very friendly. I booked a twin room, and the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free when they saw my husband and I had a child. When we were checking out, my husband asked me to buy some water, and the front desk overheard and gave us two bottles of mineral water for free. The service was really thoughtful. The most important thing is that this hotel has a great location. It's only about a 20 RMB Didi ride to the Bund, and the People's Square subway station is just a few hundred meters away. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is also very close. Even better, this hotel is very close to the Shanghai International Trade Hotel Bakery, just two blocks away. The beef noodles downstairs are delicious and cheap, only 16 RMB a bowl, and they're open until 1 AM. There's also a Shanghai soup dumpling place downstairs that's very tasty, and many celebrities have visited it. This is my honest review, and I hope it helps future travelers."

We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

My weekend stay at the Bellagio Shanghai, operated by Suning, was a truly comfortable and relaxing urban getaway. The hotel's location and views are, of course, outstanding. Watching the Suzhou Creek and the Pudong skyline at night, all the quintessential Shanghai charm unfolded before my eyes. The hotel's aesthetic also really appealed to me; it doesn't chase flashy modernity, but instead has a timeless and understated classic feel that withstands the test of time. The room was very comfortable, especially the bedding, which was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Even casual photos turned out beautifully – it's the kind of place that's pretty from any angle, without needing to deliberately find a good shot. This time, I particularly want to thank Penny. Over the years, I've stayed in many hotels, and once the hardware reaches a certain standard, it's truly the people who make the difference. Penny left me with an impression that can be summarized in two phrases: meticulous attention to detail and thorough consideration. Before and after check-in, she proactively sought to understand our preferences and needs. Many things didn't require repeated explanations; she had already thought of them in advance. What's remarkable is that this attentiveness never felt forced; she had excellent discretion, making the entire weekend feel very relaxed. One small incident, in particular, is worth mentioning. Even after her shift, Penny continued to help coordinate and arrange things for us, and she specifically clarified our personal preferences one by one. Guests may not always realize how much internal communication is involved, but the seamless experience she delivered speaks volumes about her dedication and professionalism. Good service is never just about enthusiastic words; it's about anticipating what the guest hasn't thought of, and having already arranged what the guest has thought of. Penny excelled in this regard. It was a weekend without a tight itinerary or any special plans – just enjoying the views, getting good sleep, and leisurely passing time at the hotel. Ironically, this was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing breaks I've had recently. The hardware, views, and ambiance of the Bellagio Shanghai are all worth a return visit, but what truly makes someone choose a hotel again are often these small details in the service. Thank you, Penny, for your care. I will definitely choose this hotel again and hope to see you next time.

I booked this room for a client during a busy exhibition period when rooms were scarce. Luckily, I met Elio from Guest Relations at the front desk, who helped me with the Ctrip booking. His service was excellent and very patient! My client mentioned that even though the hotel is a bit older, all the facilities are comprehensive, including the largest gym, an indoor pool, and three restaurants. Maintenance is also very good, though there's a lack of power strips. Checking out, I encountered Elio again, and he smoothly processed the invoice for me! My client was very satisfied and had a great productive stay!

Stepping into the room, I was immediately greeted by the towering 'Huangpu River Four-Piece Set' (referring to the iconic skyscrapers) outside the window. Sitting on the sofa, the Huangpu River unfolded before me like a dynamic scroll painting. The bedding was incredibly soft and delicate; I instinctively wrapped myself tightly in the duvet. The Aesop pine-scented amenities were elegant and long-lasting, perfectly matching the Waldorf's style. The walk-in closet was well-designed and practical. I had bought some 'Ice Beauty,' 'Goddess,' 'Pink Iron Cannon,' and 'Orange Dream' flowers, and was using the room's trash can as a makeshift vase. The thoughtful Nini noticed and kindly replaced it with a beautiful glass vase. 👍 Aaron and Katrina provided meticulous and attentive service. It was a great 4-day experience. I'll definitely be back.

The B&B is very comfortable. The decoration style seems simple but is very clean and tidy. I like the minimalist style very much. It has a mahjong table, a singing room, and a projector. It's a pity that I came late and didn't get to play. I'll try it next time. Two 1.5-meter large beds are put together so that children can roll around as much as they want~ The kitchen downstairs has a pot and an oven. The boss cooked corn for the children in the morning. He ate breakfast and looked at the rice fields outside the window. He was in a great mood. It only took 9 minutes to take a taxi to Haichang. It was very convenient and a very pleasant stay.
