"It was an interesting stay. Great location right off the shopping boulevard. The hotel has a bar and two restaurants. A spa, a foot spa, and gym. We had lounge access which was a nice bonus but not really worth the extra money. You get free breakfast, appetizers from 6-8, and lounge access for coffee and sodas from 1-930. The breakfast was yummy. Offered a wide selection of food with regional dishes to western foods. One of the few places I’ve traveled outside the US that has actual bacon. We never waited but there was a sign saying there were peak hours. Check in was great. I had an issue with a bag left in a DiDi and the front desk agent went out of his way to help me get in touch with driver to recover my bag. The room much like the rest of the hotel feels trapped in that fake opulence that was popular awhile back. The shower was awkward because of its shape but it did have a rain shower which was nice. One of the few hotels I’ve been in lately that didn’t have the bath stuff bolted to the wall (though it probably wouldn’t fit). Huge tub and large fluffy towels. My daughter and I both left with some bug bites from our stay not bed bugs but definitely something. The biggest drawback to the room is the lack of functional outlets. One bed has no open plugs or usb ports the other bed has a wonky extension cord with some usb ports. Found one other usb in the room in the desk area. The hotel is doing some work apparently later this month so hopefully they bring it into this century. One thing I didn’t discover until the next day is there is an entrance from the back of the hotel right on the big shopping street. There’s also a cute little food court right there where you can grab a pretty decent variety of food. One warning is didi and food delivery have a hard time with the address"

"The location is an absolute banger! Beside nanjing road, major stores, plenty of attractions close by. You can walk to the bund in 10 mins. The hotel itself is decently good. The room is clean and amenities are available. Breakfast was decent, you get what you pay for. Then again, there are many other food choices outside. Getting halal was very easy."

"The hotel room is spacious, clean, and large enough to comfortably open two 30-inch suitcases. The room, however, could benefit from better soundproofing, as conversations from guests walking along the corridor can be heard quite clearly. One downside of the hotel is the lift arrangement. Guests staying on Levels 3–5 need to transfer lifts at Level 2, which can be inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water daily, but additional bottles are available upon request from the front desk staff. A highlight for guests with long hair is the Laifen hairdryer provided in the room, which dries hair quickly and efficiently. The hotel also offers two types of pillows, including a memory foam option for added comfort. Laundry facilities are available with commercial-grade washers and dryers, though you may need to wait during peak periods, particularly on Sunday evenings. Overall, the hotel offers comfortable rooms and useful amenities, with only a few areas that could be improved."

"This is a wonderful hotel. The rooftop terrace was our favourite. The location is convenient, it’s a short ride to all the main attractions and places. Staff at front desk were very helpful, they helped order my sister a new bag, and they even went out of their way to deliver the belongings my sister accidentally left behind to our new hotel after we had already travelled to the next city in China. Our room was spacious, we had a microwave in there to warm up our late night takeaways and a washing machine too. 10/10 for convenience and comfort. Thank you to the Yihotel staff, you have made our stay truly wonderful."

"We stayed with two children, and they upgraded us to a Little Yellow Duck themed room, which the kids absolutely loved. The complimentary scheduled shuttle service was a thoughtful touch. On our first day, we wanted to go to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Just as we were about to call a taxi, the shuttle driver told us he could take us directly and advised us not to bother with a taxi, which was super convenient. Heartwarming late-night snack: We could enjoy a late-night snack after returning to the hotel. They offered mini wontons and mixed noodles. The mini wontons were delicious, and the kids really enjoyed them. Cleanliness: Overall, it was excellent! Minibar all-you-can-drink: There were sodas, and for the kids, oat milk and cookies. The cookies were incredibly tasty! Ordering takeout was also very convenient, with a robot delivering it directly to the room. Another shout-out to the hotel: I accidentally booked an extra room on another platform but forgot about it. The hotel proactively contacted me, which was very considerate, and they even refunded me in the end. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for family travel."

DDaiwenThe front desk staff were very welcoming, and I even received a free beer coupon for the bar next door upon check-in. The location is unbeatable – I had a fantastic time exploring the Julu Road, Fuxing Road, and Changle Road area (JFC). There are plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation and excellent water pressure for the shower. The room layout is fantastic; the curtain effectively separates the entertainment area from the washbasin, creating a great viewing experience. My room faced the street, and while the soundproofing could be better, I appreciated that the blackout curtains were amazing for sleeping in late on weekends. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable – highly recommend!

MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

DDjay1231I specifically chose this hotel for my trip, and my experience after checking in was absolutely fantastic, earning it a heartfelt five-star rating. Penny's reception was superb! She even prepared a birthday card, room decorations, and a cake. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient access to transportation in all directions, making it exceptionally easy for sightseeing, shopping, dining, or commuting for business. Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by an elegant ambiance; the overall decor is grand yet tasteful, and the public areas are consistently clean and tidy, making a great first impression. The front desk staff are professional and enthusiastic. Both check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick, with no unnecessary waiting. When asking for directions or seeking assistance, everyone was patient and meticulous in their replies, treating guests with humility and politeness, showcasing their high service standards in every detail. The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the soundproofing is very effective, providing a quiet retreat despite being in a busy area. Room hygiene was impeccable; tabletops, floors, and bathroom corners were all spotless, with no hidden dirty spots. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the mattress has just the right firmness. After a day of travel, lying down quickly helps you relax, leading to excellent sleep quality. The room is fully equipped with various facilities; appliances and bathroom amenities are well-maintained and provide an excellent user experience. The hotel's overall atmosphere is warm and pleasant; from the hardware facilities to the soft services, you can feel the thoughtfulness in every detail. My entire stay was comfortable and worry-free, and every aspect was flawless. This excellent hotel has already been added to my top choices, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. GGuest UserI had an incredibly pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel, and I truly consider it one of the best accommodation choices for travelers visiting Shanghai. The overall experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from convenient transportation and thoughtful service to breathtaking scenery and practical hotel facilities. It is absolutely an ideal accommodation spot for sightseeing trips in the city. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its unbeatable location and convenient transportation. Nestled in a prime area with easy access to the subway, traveling around the city becomes extremely effortless. Whether heading to popular scenic spots, shopping districts or local food streets, I could reach most places quickly by public transport. The superb geographical location saves plenty of travel time and makes this hotel a perfect base for urban sightseeing. The hotel’s service left me with a warm and impressive first impression. Upon my arrival, the concierge staff were attentive and efficient. They took the initiative to help me handle my luggage quickly and politely, offering thoughtful service from the moment I checked in. Besides the professional human service, the hotel’s intelligent delivery robots added a lovely and unique touch to my stay. The cute robots are smart and efficient, bringing great convenience and a sense of novelty to the whole accommodation experience. What fascinated me the most during my stay was the stunning night view and the beautiful Huangpu River scenery of the Bund. As night falls, the entire Bund area is lit up with brilliant lights. The shimmering river water matches the gorgeous night scenery on both banks, presenting a magnificent and romantic urban picture. Standing by the window and overlooking the endless river view and bustling night scene, all travel fatigue fades away instantly. The unparalleled river and night view is definitely the highlight of staying here. In addition to the superior location and beautiful scenery, the hotel’s supporting facilities are very user-friendly and practical for long-distance travelers. It provides guests with free access to the gym and laundry room, which perfectly solves two major travel needs. During the trip, it is always troublesome to keep fit and wash clothes, but the complete and free facilities here make traveling much more relaxed and comfortable. I could stick to my daily workout in the clean gym and wash my clothes conveniently in the laundry room, which greatly improved the comfort of my stay. Overall, this is a highly cost-effective hotel with convenient transportation, heartfelt service, adorable intelligent facilities, breathtaking Bund river night view and complete free living facilities. I sincerely recommend it to all tourists. I will [Coffee]definitely choose this wonderful hotel again on my next trip to Shanghai.

VvictorouThis hotel's location is absolutely top-tier among Shanghai's luxury hotels! Housed in the historic No. 2 Bund building, it boasts a century of history, directly overlooking the Huangpu River, and is right in the city center. It completely outshines newer hotels in Lujiazui and Jing'an in terms of both historical charm and convenience. What truly impressed me was the service – Aaron, Coco, and Emily from the concierge team were incredibly attentive throughout my stay. That's definitely a huge plus!

네르하I stayed at W Shanghai with my family and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, and the twin-bed room was spacious enough for my child and me to stay comfortably. Although the hotel is a little away from People’s Square and Nanjing Road, it is connected to a shopping mall, which makes dining and shopping very convenient. Most importantly, my wife and child were very satisfied with the hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, making it a great choice for families. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and spoke English very well. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. There are also Starbucks and Luckin Coffee nearby, ㅣwhich was very convenient for grabbing a coffee.
