"My stay was absolutely fantastic, very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was plentiful, and the view was stunning from our high-floor room, with the Oriental Pearl Tower right outside the window! The location is excellent, making it very convenient to walk to the Bund. The guest relations lady provided exceptional service; she contacted us in advance, upgraded us to a Grand Club Deluxe View Room, and was incredibly patient, even preparing a bed rail and bottled water for us. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay at the Hyatt again if I have the chance!"
