"Located in a very convenient location, easily walkable distance to the bund and Nanjing Road. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious, loved the hot water and water pressure. Best part was the fact that they offered a free laundry service that they could deliver to you once it’s done! They also helped collect all our Taobao items that arrived at the front desk, thank you so much for the service!"

"I came to Disneyland with a friend, and after a long search for accommodation, we finally settled on this Winster Resort Hotel. Our overall stay exceeded expectations! We drove here, and parking was quite convenient. Check-in at the hotel was fast, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and patient in answering all our questions, which was very thoughtful. Upon entering the room, the first impression was cleanliness; there were no strange odors. The bathroom, countertops, and corners were all tidy, and the bedding was neat. The room space was decent, perfect for staying with a friend. After a busy day at Disneyland, it was quiet and peaceful at night, allowing for a good rest and a solid sleep. All facilities were in working order and well-maintained. The surroundings here are serene and away from the bustling city. Compared to similar accommodations around Disneyland, the price offers excellent value for money; we definitely didn't make a bad choice. When traveling, the biggest fear is uncomfortable accommodation, but this time we chose well. There were many foreigners here; I saw Koreans sitting on the floor and tall, handsome Russian guys, haha. If I come to Disneyland again, I'd consider staying here, and I recommend it to friends planning a trip to Disneyland too! 👍"

"Nowhere near 4-star standards. Rude staff, dirty rooms, and a limousine no-show. Rating: 1/5 My recent 4-night stay at the Mövenpick by Accor in Shanghai’s People’s Square was a profound disappointment. For a property carrying the Mövenpick name, I expected far better, but sadly, this hotel fails on nearly every front. The room was subpar: The furniture was visibly stained, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. For a 4-night stay, we received complimentary minibar drinks and the advertised ”welcome ice cream” only once each—despite staying for multiple days. This felt petty and inconsistent with the brand's reputation. Laundry was never attended to, washed load left in the washer and not transferred to drying. The housekeeping is either understaffed or just nonchalant. Never before we encountered such service with hotels in China. The service was shocking: The real low point came on our departure day. We requested an airport limousine service for 5:30 AM to ensure we wouldn't miss our flight. When we came down at 5:30, there was no car. When we approached the receptionist, we were met with outright rudeness—he was sitting down, playing on his phone, and barely looked up to acknowledge us. When we asked where our car was, he was entirely unhelpful. There was no concierge to assist with luggage, so we had to drag our own bags down to the curb. We were left stranded at 5:45 AM and had to scramble for last-minute transport to the airport. We almost missed our flight because of this hotel’s incompetence. The contrast: This trip wasn't all bad—we had previously stayed at the Atour Light, which was brand new, spotlessly clean, and had a staff that went above and beyond to be helpful. The difference between the two hotels is night and day. The Atour Light showed what genuine hospitality looks like; this Mövenpick showed me the worst service I have ever experienced. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. A 4-star price tag does not justify 1-star service."

"Close to the airport, I thought I could get a free shuttle service to the airport and get some more rest, so I came here. Great value for money. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are new. The service is also very good, and the front desk lady is very gentle. I should come again. Finally, a heads-up: the airport shuttle is a bus, and after 11 AM, the next one is at 2 PM, which feels awkward if your flight is around 3 or 4 PM. Overall, still a positive review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"Excellent new hotel just a couple of minutes from Nanjing Road and People's Square metro station. Super polite and caring staff. They even gave us cute little gifts when we checked out. Daily cleaning with replenishment of essentials. Water, tea, and lemonade are refilled every day. The hotel is located on the 7th-9th floors of a shopping/business center, in the building next to the Marriott. The entrance is to the left of McDonald's, and the elevator is immediately to the right. Rooms without windows are perfectly fine if you don't plan on spending all your time in the hotel. It has a good shower and a smart toilet. The bathroom is separated from the room by fluted frosted glass, but a silhouette inside is slightly visible. The soundproofing between rooms is decent. Breakfasts are good. One of the best hotels recently in terms of location, price, and quality."

"Located upstairs in a newly opened shopping mall, the room was very clean and quiet, with a view of the Huangpu River across the street. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the location was convenient. They even provided complimentary fruit. A very satisfying stay."

"Andaz Xujiahui Centre, first and foremost, boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Xujiahui's commercial hub. Subway access is incredibly convenient, and it's surrounded by Grand Gateway 66, Metro City, the Xujiahui Cathedral, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Xuhui campus, making shopping and dining exceptionally easy. The guest rooms are 45 sqm, and the city view rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows with clear views of Xujiahui. The hotel even has its own small terrace where you can relax in two chairs with a drink, gazing at the sky. This feeling of suspended tranquility amidst the bustling city is very Andaz [smile]. The Xujiahui skyline, with its sunset and night views, is beautiful in every section. The rooftop pool is a 25-meter heated, panoramic glass pool that brings the city views indoors, allowing you to swim while admiring the city lights. This high-altitude pool adds a touch of Shanghai's relaxed sophistication. Highly recommended and thumbs up! The hotel's service standard is excellent, I'm very satisfied, and it's definitely worth another visit."

"Walkable distance to halal food places but since this hotel is new, the location pinned in AMap has caused several confusion with the drivers there on where should be the pick up/ drop off point. Does not have Halal breakfast buffet. Not too bad for a newly launched hotel (service/ size of room - got a free room upgrade in view of unavailability during regular check-in/ amenities in the room and hotel)"
