The hotel location is very convenient for traveller arriving late at PVG or taking extra flight, with direct walking distance to terminal. Price seems reasonable, though the room seems not as big as announced. A/C not really working (could not cool below 25C - higher than outside temp - which is really not good. Noise level ok, though near airport. Check in and out not too well. Check in so so, check out - unbelievable for an “international” hotel, can not make a acceptable non-Fapiao invoice, which needed in some countries for travel reimbursement

We liked the hotel very much. First of all, it was very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and good quality linens. Breakfast was also satisfying, with lots of options, both Chinese and Western. The location is amazing, right on Nanjing Road pedestrian street, and it takes less than 20 minutes to stroll to the Bund. Even though our windows faced Nanjing Road, it was very quiet at night and in the morning, so we slept with the windows open. The only downside of our particular room was not the size, but the height of the ceiling. However, we noticed that only a few rooms at the end of the corridor have this issue; the rest of the hotel seemed fine. So if you’re particularly tall, you may want to request a room with a normal-height ceiling.

This Radisson is my #1 pick for Shanghai whether you are here for business or pleasure. Amazing value for money given the location - you can walk to the Bund or French Concession, it’s a direct subway from Hongqiao airport/railway station. Hotel is well maintained, excellent customer service, rooms are clean and modern. If you’re lucky you will get a great view over to the Bund like I have a number of times staying here!!!

Very good location hotel, super clean room, I stay for 6 nights, easy to walk to Nanjing road next 2 blocks, Very good breakfast , good restaurants opposite the hotels can eat alls, my favorite Chagee and Starbucks at the hotel. Decoration is modern, I booked no windows room, feel like having windows, room is smart home control lights. Staff can speak English and helpful. Will stay again for sure.

SuperB experience for staying ,friendly staff and very convenient location , the M&M and Lego store just behind the hotel building , walking distance to lot of restaurants and attractions including 外滩，this hotel very kid friendly with provided kid tooth burst . Hotel provided the laundry service very convenient as well For sure to stay here again on my next trip again.

Nice hotel centrally located near Nanjing Road train station and shopping street. The room is well maintained, clean and spacious. It’s very convenient to walk from the hotel to the bund to see the beautiful evening lightings which lights up around 5.45pm-6pm during our recent trip. The minimum subway ticket costs RMB3 and local private car fare is very cheap. Sometimes it’s even more worthwhile to go for private car after comparing the subway fare. The hotel staff are very polite and pleasant too.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Shanghai and had a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city and get to key attractions. The hotel was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness throughout my stay was impressive. A special thanks to the Duty Manager, who was always available with a warm smile and eager to help with any requests. Their dedication made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Note: the hotel name is in fact GME Hotel (格美). Location for this place is superb, few minutes walking distance from Nanjing Pedestrain street. But was initially hard to find as the hotel occupies several floors of a building (亚太广场) and the entrance to the lift lobby is not facing the main road. Helpful to have a washing machine (3.5kg) and one sachet of detergent liquid was provided. The flooring and table tops have some scratches but doesn’t quite matter if you are out most of the day. Amenities are pretty basic - shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel, toothbrush and small toothpaste and a comb.

1. Friendly staff and smooth check in, but apologized that we would rate the service 4.5 due to the hotel butler that we met is not really friendly. The hotel butler doesn't accept our wechat request even though he asked us to send him a friend request as can text him if we need helps. Except him, the rest staffs are really helpful and always ready to help. Very appreciated and thank you 杉 for fulfilled our last minute airport transfer (it's FREE) request and our request on return back the parcel. 2. Restaurants, train station and airport nearby, very convenient! 3. Refrigerator is not really working maybe, hope they can check and improve it. 4. Rooms got some humid smell, but still acceptable after spray it with perfume. Cleanliness approved and room very spacious. Xiao Du not really updated, but new tech toilet bowl very good 👍 5. No washing machine provided but you can ask for laundry service. 6. Free supper buffet (21:30 ~ 23:40) and free breakfast buffet (6:00 ~ 10:00). Variety of foods are good and very delicious. 7. Parcels can be collected on behalf. There is a parcel storage room but it's quite messy and you need some times to find your parcel, staffs are always there to help! 8. Cleaner very friendly and very aggressive. Stand iron and foot bath bucket (come with a free packet of herbal) can be requested. 9. Free Disneyland transfer 2 ways, can be booked in advance. Overall, we feel really worth to spend our 3 days 2 nights at this hotel. Will be back again in future! 😃
