This hotel has an excellent environment, and the front desk service was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. When they found out I was traveling with a child, they even upgraded me to a very luxurious room for free. A big thank you again to the front desk lady! The biggest advantage of staying here is the absolutely fantastic location! If I come back again, I will definitely choose this place. It was a very satisfying travel experience and a wonderful trip!

The room was very comfortable, especially the bedding, which was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Even casual photos turned out beautifully – it's the kind of place that's pretty from any angle, without needing to deliberately find a good shot. This time, I particularly want to thank Penny. Over the years, I've stayed in many hotels, and once the hardware reaches a certain standard, it's truly the people who make the difference. Penny left me with an impression that can be summarized in two phrases: meticulous attention to detail and thorough consideration. Before and after check-in, she proactively sought to understand our preferences and needs. Many things didn't require repeated explanations; she had already thought of them in advance. What's remarkable is that this attentiveness never felt forced; she had excellent discretion, making the entire weekend feel very relaxed. One small incident, in particular, is worth mentioning. Even after her shift, Penny continued to help coordinate and arrange things for us, and she specifically clarified our personal preferences one by one. Guests may not always realize how much internal communication is involved, but the seamless experience she delivered speaks volumes about her dedication and professionalism. Good service is never just about enthusiastic words; it's about anticipating what the guest hasn't thought of, and having already arranged what the guest has thought of. Penny excelled in this regard. It was a weekend without a tight itinerary or any special plans – just enjoying the views, getting good sleep, and leisurely passing time at the hotel. Ironically, this was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing breaks I've had recently. The hardware, views, and ambiance of the Bellagio Shanghai are all worth a return visit, but what truly makes someone choose a hotel again are often these small details in the service. My child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

Their polite and considerate demeanor, along with their attention to detail, truly showcased their high service standards. The executive lounge experience was excellent as well. It was quiet and elegant with a comfortable atmosphere, and the food and drink selection was extensive. Both the afternoon tea and evening snacks were top-notch. It was perfect for a quick break, getting some work done, or simply relaxing. My time in the lounge was very enjoyable. Overall, the guest rooms were clean and tidy, the hardware was well-maintained, and the comfort level was very high. From the customer service at the front desk and concierge to the amenities and experience in the lounge, you could feel the hotel management's dedication and thoughtfulness at every step. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families, and I will definitely choose it again for my next visit. Special tip: The underground parking is charged, but you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange complimentary ground parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

I personally loved it. **Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent; I didn't notice any issues. **Environment:** Simply fantastic. Both the hotel itself and the guests staying there collectively create an atmosphere that made me feel it was truly great value for money. This is a hotel with genuinely sincere service and a superb location, well worth experiencing. I absolutely loved it.

It was also very convenient to order takeout to the hotel. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a lush green view, which was lovely. On Sunday, they even allowed me a late checkout until 2 PM.

During our leisure time, sitting by the window, watching the boats slowly cross the river, we soaked in the unique vibrant atmosphere of the Bund. The quality of the facilities combined with the warm service created truly precious memories for this trip to Shanghai.

It's also just a short walk down to the river, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking night views of the Huangpu River and the Bund – absolutely delightful.

The facilities are new, and the room had a lot of thoughtful details. The value for money is really excellent. I saw online that it's close to both the metro and the train, and it truly is. If you're catching a train the next day, I highly recommend this hotel.
