Hotels in Jiuzhaigou

"Room- Room booked came with floor heater which was great for winter. Room was impressively designed with zen concept. Very well maintained and cleaned. Came also equipped with smart ”Xiaodu” features. Only downside was our room was viewing out to the adjacent construction site. Service- Front desk staff was not very friendly on two occassions. Once upon check in, and once when we enquired on the reservation on the hot tub usage. They wasnt very keen to help out even though we were chinese speaking guest. Took a while almost 45min for them also to get back to us on the use of hot tub that evening. Breakfast- Included in our booking. Basic simple spread. Cafe get quite busy in the morning and difficulty get a table. Location - 5min to the main scenic entrance & another 7min to the F&B cluster area. It can get a bit dark at night for the walk. The only downside is the shuttle bus booked on Trip.com is 1km walk away from this hotel. Might be a hassle when lugging your luggage or in the dark. Hotel was japanese zen concept hence does not exude the grandeur based on first impression. Paid premium for this hotel compared against other cheaper options within the same stretch. Overall it was still a good 2 night stay here."

"I’m staying here for the night to visit the park. I made a big mistake by spending too much on taxi to the hotel, but a huge shoutout to the receptionist today who recommended to buy a ticket near the hotel back to the railway station. It was such a huge help. The room was clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. ☺️"

"The most satisfying accommodation on our trip to Jiuzhaigou! The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the commercial street. It's within walking distance to the scenic area and night market. The room's WiFi was smooth, and the free parking is a huge plus for those driving. The staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, making the overall experience far exceed our expectations. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"This was my first time visiting Jiuzhaigou with a friend. Since we had an early start, we needed breakfast at the hotel, which led us to this one. I found the food quite varied, offering both Chinese and Western options. The hotel environment was also very pleasant, with a novel design. Our room had central air conditioning, and the hotel butler even helped us with our luggage and brought takeout to our room. It's less than a five-minute walk from the Moon Bay bus stop. On our second day, we could easily get a ride to the scenic area entrance, and the hotel even arranged a shared car to the high-speed rail station. Overall, I was extremely satisfied."

"Overall: The room was spacious and very tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of working power outlets in the room. Facilities: The air conditioning was adjustable central AC, and the temperature was easy to control. We visited in winter, and the room was very warm. There was a projector in the room connected to the internet, so you could turn it on and play live streams directly, which was a great experience. The toilet was smart, so finally, no more cold seats in winter – pure bliss! However, I do have a minor point: when the auxiliary spotlights in the room and the small spotlights in the bathroom were all on, they would flicker. Also, the shower head holder in the bathroom was broken, so you had to hold it while showering, but this didn't affect the shower experience at all. Service: When we first arrived, we didn't realize it was a walk-up building (no elevator), so the owner personally helped carry our luggage to the door. We chose this hotel, of course, because it's close to Jiuzhaigou, making it convenient to get there. The owner provides a dedicated shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. As soon as you check in, they'll ask for your planned time to the scenic area the next day and arrange the pick-up/drop-off vehicle, which is punctual. Plus, after leaving the scenic area, you can just call the owner for a pickup, which is flexible and convenient – truly an unexpectedly great service, so thoughtful! It significantly enhanced our trip experience. So, I specially wrote this review to thank the owner for their service and the guest room."

"The hotel service was incredibly warm and welcoming! ❤️🔥 The in-room snacks provided were all from Sam's Club, ensuring safety and quality. The whole room is equipped with smart controls, and they even thoughtfully installed an oxygen supply system. The room itself is very bright and well-lit. Whenever we had an issue, communicating with the front desk was super smooth. Plus, the restaurant on the second floor is delicious and offers great discounts. Highly, highly recommend – their high ratings are definitely justified!"

"Yingzi at the front desk was incredibly attentive. She was always quick to help whenever I messaged her on WeChat. The hotel shuttle to the Jiuzhaigou entrance was a lifesaver, solving the problem of waiting for transport to the scenic area. Both breakfast and supper were very generous. The housekeeping staff was also exceptional; I accidentally pressed the 'clean now' button in the morning, and an auntie was at my door within 10 minutes asking if I needed anything. This hotel is definitely a reliable choice when visiting Jiuzhaigou."

"Let me just say, this hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable. It's truly a king-level experience for its price point; I rarely book such a perfect stay. First off, the hotel lobby is spacious and artistic, great for taking photos and checking in. It definitely has that star-hotel vibe. There's hot tea available in the lobby for chilly guests, perfect for a warming drink – all very health-conscious. Secondly, the rooms are super comfortable, with a warm yellow palette and a decor style similar to all-season hotels like Hanting, which is very pleasing to the eye. The main highlight is the underfloor heating. After visiting attractions, there's a car to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Before we even arrive, a staff member turns on the underfloor heating for you, so you step into a wonderfully warm room. From 7-10 PM, there are multiple hot tubs to choose from, with very high, bubbling water that's also extremely clean. The morning breakfast buffet has everything you could want, all freshly prepared. There's even a chef on hand to make rice noodles for you. It's rare to find such a perfect hotel – clean and affordable. It's absolutely the best choice for staying outside the scenic area. The service is warm and friendly; they even send you a travel guide in advance, which is incredibly thoughtful. I honestly didn't want to leave a review for fear of it getting too popular and me not being able to book it again, but it truly deserves my praise! 👍"

"The environment, both inside and out, was really nice; I liked it a lot. It was very quiet at night after everyone went to sleep. However, I woke up suddenly around 5:30 AM feeling cold, only to realize I hadn't turned on the heating. Then, from a little after 6 AM, people started opening and closing doors and talking, which was very noisy. To make matters worse, the smart toilet in that room seemed to be broken, flushing itself all night long – it was incredibly loud! In the morning, it flushed even more frequently, and I couldn't find the remote control for it, which was infuriating. Ugh, everything else was fine, but that toilet in the morning was just too noisy. Seriously, so loud."
