It is very close to the subway station. If you walk slowly, it only takes 10 minutes. It only takes 2 stops to take the high-speed rail to Hangzhou West Railway Station (the photo is Hangzhou West Railway Station), which is very convenient. The room is big enough and very clean. I live on the 17th floor and the view is very good. Although the reception desk is small, the staff is friendly and the overall stay is very pleasant. It is recommended that the hotel's introduction should indicate which exit the hotel is close to (it seems to be Exit C). This will make it easier for guests to find the hotel. Like this time, I took Exit B, which is a long way.

The hotel was newly renovated not long ago. I am very satisfied with the hygiene. I live on the ninth floor, but there is a large air conditioner outside the window. Fortunately, the windows are well soundproofed, but I also lost the interest of drinking tea on the large windowsill~ The fifth floor is equipped with a gym and laundry room. Although small, it has everything. The breakfast time is very long, and there is a midnight snack from 7 to 9 in the evening. The taste is also good. The most surprising thing is the service attitude, which is not worse than some five-star hotels. They will take the initiative to say hello when they meet in the elevator. It feels very friendly.

The B&B is located in Longjing Village, with large tea fields in front and behind. The location is very good, and you can walk directly to Jiuxi Shibajian along the road, which is amazing. The people in the B&B are very enthusiastic and patiently introduce you where to go and how to take transportation. The hygiene is very good in all aspects ~ I will choose to stay here next time

I recently stayed at Hangzhou Haixin Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived especially Eva Tang 唐小英and Qiu Lian Li黎球连My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Room is big. The downside is when we stayed there for a night, the central air conditioning system was spoilt and it wasn’t communicated to the guests till we went to the reception to enquire. The staff were apologetic and sent a fan to the room. That was the first time I stayed in a hotel room with a fan. Opening the windows didn’t help as it was still stuffy.

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms. She gave us excellent advice on how to navigate Hangzhou city. Thank you, Lulu.
