"We enjoyed our stay here for three nights, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We drank a lot of water, and asked for 3 extra bottles of water every day and they gave them to us without making us pay. Only downside for me as an Australian was the bed was very firm. But I've travelled through Asia and firm beds are the norm."
"It is the off-season for tourism now, so the price is relatively affordable, but the overall cost is not low at all. The hotel is located at the junction of Harbin and Acheng. There is no supporting facilities around it, only a bus station, which makes it inconvenient to eat and relax. There are several main buildings of the hotel, but only one is open this year, which is quite desolate.
Facilities: The internal structure of the hotel is OK, but the lights are not turned on. The interior of the house is also good, but the disposable items are the supporting facilities of an economy hotel. There is no coffee, welcome fruit, and only two bottles of mineral water.
Hygiene: The overall hygiene is OK, and there is dirt in the corners regardless of the room.
Environment: The environment is good, but the supporting facilities are too poor.
Service: The service is OK overall. There are relatively few breakfast items. What is surprising is that there is a special person to watch the eggs. Each person takes one. The eggs were pulled away by the waiter before they were finished. Maybe they handled it internally."
"A very nice homestay with a kang near Harbin, I went out of my way to experience the kang! The hotel service is very thoughtful and enthusiastic. I truly experienced the enthusiasm and generosity of the people of Northeast China."

"Loved this hotel. It was just next to the Harbin main station and we could walk up to it on getting off our train. There's a welcoming reception area that has nice self serve hot tea and coffee, and pop corn and snacks. The large globe in the centre piece is a fan favourite of all visitors. The 2 robots in the lobby work hard to bring us our meituan deliveries. There's a small serviceable gym that could be made better with a water dispenser and air-conditioning. The self service laundry is well utilized by visitors and provides even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast area on level 2 is modest and has a live station that can cook your own noodles soup for breakfast. Season it with your own food from the buffet spread or the seasonings made available.
Special thanks to the reception ladies who helped us to settle in when our room wasn't ready yet and made us comfortable."

"The hotel is very formal, clean and comfortable. It is very safe and warm to travel with children. The hotel service staff is also very good. It is also very close to the Ice and Snow World and the Siberian Tiger Park. It only takes a few minutes to get there by taxi, or you can take the subway. It is so convenient. I will definitely choose Zhentu next time."
"Linyu Hotel is the only hotel in the scenic area of Songfeng Mountain. I thought it should be a guesthouse, but the accommodation conditions exceeded my expectations. It can be said to be very good. There is an entertainment suite with a mahjong machine on the first floor. They are playing mahjong. The disadvantage is that the waiters are not very enthusiastic, but they are responsive. I heard that the service team has been changed. The hotel is very close to the ticket gate for going up the mountain. There is a parking lot and parking is free, which is really nice."
Hotel near Dragon Tower/International Exhibition Center,Harbin
"First of all, the hotel itself was large and the room was clean, and I was satisfied that I was allowed to enter the room before the check-in time.
One thing that was disappointing was that the staff's speech and attitude were extremely casual, which did not match the size of the hotel...? I think some people might find this unpleasant, so it seems that they need some training.
The location is a bit far from the station, but since taxi fares in Harbin are so cheap, the station being close doesn't really matter, and there is a bus stop right in front that is convenient for going to various tourist attractions, which was nice.
There is a small mart next to the hotel that looks like a Russian general store? They sell Russian wine that is hard to find in Korea at a low price, so I recommend that you buy some and try it."
Hotel near Harbin Railway Station/Harbin Muesum Business Circle,Harbin
"Located on Gogol Street, the location is very good, whether taking the bus, subway or online car-hailing, it is very convenient. The electrical facilities are a bit old, but they can meet the needs of use. The service is very good, warm and patient. There is no pre-made noodle stall for breakfast, but hot dishes, cold dishes, noodles and pastries are all available, especially hot dishes, which are very rich, boiled shrimp, fried pork tenderloin and roasted chicken nuggets... Qiulin Company and Songlei Commercial are nearby, and it is also very convenient to go shopping and eat."

Excellent
YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

GGuest UserExcellent location and 100% recommended if you are a first timer in Harbin.
Close to the subway, the Main Street and Sofia’s church.
The hotel is quiet, modern and clean. The room was great, and the breakfast quite nice. Variety of options. There is also snack in the evening. The staff is really helpful- they even helped me with a phone call.

OOtautahianWe chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there.
All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside.
My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

MMatthew CliveHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

YYburnnavoyagesWe were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean.
The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin.
The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat.
Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals.
City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore.
Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.
Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

CCris RuffoloI love the location of this hostel. It was just right across the Zhongyang Street subway stop (Line 2). If you go to the Ice and Snow World Park, that's only three stops away for only, if I remember right, RMB 2. Make sure to read/check the other reviews for photos of the gate that will lead you to the door of this hostel. I arrived in the morning, about 10 a.m., and was welcomed by JP. After sorting out my things, I left my luggage to head to the Ice and Snow World Park where I stayed until 5 p.m.
I took the subway back to Zhongyang Street. I planned on walking from there to Saint Sophia Cathedral but it was too cold for me. I live in Beijing but I am originally from the Philippines so even if I was dressed warm - thermal clothes, hot packs, several layers, downjacket, scarves, beanies, ear muffs - it was still brrrr cold!
I took a Didi car from there to the cathedral and spent about 30 minutes there and then went back to the hostel. There was a social night going on downstairs but I was so beat that day I just decided to rest. I briefly interacted with a lady from Singapore named Megan.
The following day, I walked from the hostel to Hongzhuan Morning Market which is a culture of its own. Come hungry and happy! From there, I took a Didi to go to the No. 6 factory of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Holding Co. It is dubbed as the ”Louvre of the East” but having visited the Louvre itself, it doesn't really come close. I think the moniker just came from the fact that there are several paintings and art collection in the building and the area outside feels a bit like you're in Europe.
Another Didi ride got me to Lao Daowai or the Chinese Baroque Street then another Didi to Central Street. Don't miss these two as they are filled with worthy buildings and spots to marvel, photograph of or buy trinkets from.
Harbin was the last stop of my northeastern China winter sojourn. Will I come back? Maybe. Will I stay in this hostel? Maybe.
I like the arrangement of the beds in this 16-people dorm for girls but the bathroom is a squat toilet and I don't like that. If I ever stay here again, I will choose the rooms with Western-style toilets.

GGuest UserA very good express hotel, just the way I like it, clean and refreshing. I booked a double room, which was not big but enough. The best thing is that although the room is at the end of the corridor, it is not like some express hotels that have to walk a long distance, but it is very safe and comfortable to reach the elevator. The room soundproofing and sanitary facilities are very satisfactory. And it is also very convenient to book and check out.
The room is on a big road called Maimai Street, which is convenient for transportation. It is adjacent to the First Hospital and there are food a few steps away. Here are a few pictures, the first one is outside the hotel window, and the second one is the ice sculpture of the nearby Zhaolin Park.

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. YYburnnavoyagesWe recently stayed at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli February2024
We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property.
The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere.
The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised.
There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes.
Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway.
Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste.
Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable.
One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.
The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience.
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Xia Xiangxing and acknowledge him for his exceptional service in the ski department. His efforts made a significant positive impact on our ski getaway.
Thanks to the exceptional staff, our trip was made hassle-free and enjoyable. Their assistance and dedication added immense value to our stay.
While the hotel's price was slightly higher, the convenience of ski access and the exceptional staff made it worthwhile.
In conclusion, Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli provided a clean environment, convenient ski access, and outstanding staff service. Although the price was a bit high, the overall experience made it a valuable choice. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to ***** your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
