"We enjoyed our stay here for three nights, the room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. "Loved this hotel. It was just next to the Harbin main station and we could walk up to it on getting off our train. There's a welcoming reception area that has nice self serve hot tea and coffee, and pop corn and snacks. The large globe in the centre piece is a fan favourite of all visitors. The 2 robots in the lobby work hard to bring us our meituan deliveries. There's a small serviceable gym that could be made better with a water dispenser and air-conditioning. The self service laundry is well utilized by visitors and provides even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast area on level 2 is modest and has a live station that can cook your own noodles soup for breakfast. Season it with your own food from the buffet spread or the seasonings made available. Special thanks to the reception ladies who helped us to settle in when our room wasn't ready yet and made us comfortable."
