"The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach, only 200-300 meters away on foot, close to Yuya Avenue and convenient transportation, you can take many bus lines to travel. The hotel facilities are a bit old, it is an old brand hotel, but the hotel service is good, especially the girl at the front desk can patiently guide you to travel routes, I am very grateful."

"Hotel room is very clean and staffs are really friendly . They went the extra mile to help us order MeiTuan as we do not have local line. You can order TaoBao and deliver here before you touch down in Sanya . At the reception , they have a small drawer which can provide you plasters , scotch tape etc . Hotel is located opposite to Yiheng Nightmarket . Hotel has 17 floor , so do expect a little more waiting timing for the lifts ."

"Absolutely amazing experience at the MO! From the moment you arrive (and before even, when I called ahead,) the level of service is nothing short of excellent! Every single member of staff is polite, helpful, kind and really goes above and beyond! I had everything I needed and more, and at every step I was made to feel welcome. A few absolute shining lights: Alex at check in who was kind enough to upgrade my room to an Ocean View King, Nicky, Chloe and Ryan at the Sunset Bar were absolutely wonderful - and my poolside dining experience was beyond incredible! Caroline at Fresh (superb dining with the best view) Nick and Dennis at the pool bringing water, snacks and being very patient with my requests for the umbrella to be put up and down. Sunny at breakfast for a very warm welcome. Honestly - I’ve never had an experience like this - the attention to detail, the care, the kindness were just all excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and all amenities are provided for. The fruit plate was replenished and was so thoughtfully and beautifully presented. There are three pools to choose from, all idyllic. I ate at Fresh and the Sunset Bar, and both were amazing. The cocktails at the Sunset Bar are sublime! The breakfast is divine - definitely something for everyone: there are so many choices! The only slightly disappointing part was that swimming in the sea isn’t really encouraged. It’s very rocky and full of coral so not really a pleasant walk either, but the view is lovely. I visited after staying in Yalong Bay, and I will say it was nice to be in a quieter location. I will never forget this stay, and am looking forward to visiting again! Thank you, thank you to everyone at MOSAN!"

"Our stay at the Westin Hotel was wonderful, special thanks especially to Lila, our room assistant. She promptly responded to all my inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in Sanya. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Calvin Han. He is super friendly and helpful, answered all my questions and even gave us suggestions on where to go with children. Definitely went above and beyond his role, providing exceptional service! Cuiye Yuan, our housekeeper, kept our room spotless every day & greeted us every morning. The entire staff was incredibly helpful. We will definitely return to the Westin Hotel in the near future. "There’s nothing to complain about this gorgeous hotel. From check in to check out, the service was fantastic on the hotel’s end. They take care of the luggage as you get off the car. After checking in, the staff walked us to our room and explained where everything was and to contact her if we needed anything. They made sure we had the right size robes and slippers for the kids and sent us a welcome fruit basket. The view was breathtaking. Beds and linens were soft and comfortable. The restaurants gave excellent service as well. Room service was fantastic. The water park food stalls are the only ones that were rude. The only other complaint I have is the staff that works at the breakfast buffet. When other restaurant guests cut in line, they still serve them instead of telling them to get in line. It’s a big culture shock as 9 out of 10 people here don’t get in line unless the staff insists and not serve them. The water park could use clearer signs. And some slides were closed due to staff shortage. That was a bit disappointing. The hotel swimming pool is beautiful. Night swimming was one of my son’s favorite part of the trip. We did the beluga whale encounter and it was so worth it. The staffs were really nice. That definitely made an unforgettable trip. At the end, the hotel even left us a gift of 2 stuff animal whales. So happy they gave us 2 so my kids can each have one. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are going to Sanya. FYI, you’re going to need translation app if you don’t speak Chinese because other than the staff that was assigned to help us, nobody speaks or understands English."

"Not far from the airport. I booked this place on Friday when I wanted to go to bed early after work in Sanya. The park is full of small villas. The rooms are not big. The accommodation environment can only be described as clean, but it is really super cheap. There is the sea just across the road from the hotel. There are also some places to eat around. "I brought my kids to Sanya for fun and found a hotel near Qianguqing. I heard that Crown of Beauty was a landmark so I came here. It felt good. The hotel was quite big and quiet at night. The service was very good. There were many fun activities on the first floor. I only stayed for one night and didn't experience much."

"The overall environment is quiet and suitable for living with children and the elderly. The location of the hotel is slightly off. If you live there, it is recommended to drive by yourself. There is a farmer's market and fruit market in Linwang Community about 10 minutes' drive away. The price is reasonable and it is the living circle of local people. The hotel has complete supporting facilities and the service is also in place. There is a slight smell in the cabinets in the room, but it does not affect living. I saw the hotel pictures and found that the kitchen has a stove and cooking utensils. In fact, there is no gas appliances. You can rent an induction cooker 7-piece set to cook by yourself. In addition, it is said in the comments that the hotel will send children's toiletries. I don't know if this customer is a VIP or if there will be activities in the hotel. I also contacted the hotel in advance to emphasize that two children's toiletries are needed. As a result, we only got a small tube of China toothpaste (the finger-sized toothpaste that is usually used in hotels for daily use) and a toothbrush that is one size smaller, that's all. The comments are inconsistent with reality. If you have brushed the comments of the VIP, please pay attention to whether the actual situation is consistent. The main feature of breakfast is that you can eat enough, freshly cooked noodles are OK, and the quality of eggs is also good. Others are neither good nor bad."

"Important to know that the pool doesn’t open until 2 or 3, but a few of hot springs are open and it is a very nice feature that is unique and lovely! The location is not on the beach road but a short walk, near lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is fine, clean but old and basic. The breakfast was not anything to talk about. If you want a pretty basic room, and nice pools and hot springs, for a very reasonable rate, this is a very good choice. "
