"We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!"

"Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk.
I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice."

"Excellent service from staff and cleaning teams, always with a smile. Location is also unbeatable with a great upmarket OneAvenue Mall just minutes walk across the road.
The aircond is a bit strange, perhaps some simple instructions might help. The aircond while it has 3 modes, only the cold mode can be adjusted. But it gets too cold & dry to sleep with it in at night that we ended up turning it off most nights. The shower also has nowhere to place the towel or clothes with only 1 hook inside the shower cubical, which made it hard for the elderly to manage. This is a design issue of aesthetics over practicality and not a reflection of the staff’s efforts to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
Little touches like freshly made coffees at the downstairs cafe, cute afternoon tea trays of snacks and washing machines available for guests to use ensure we had an enjoyable 5n stay in Shenzhen."

"Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The room was clean and spacious with a big and comfortable mattress. Equipped with a washing machine and liquid so it was nice to do some fast washing. We do have towels.

"QQQ3838. From a real world traveler. It is a very nice hotel in the price range. The hotel room is big and clean. However, the main entrance is in a dirty alley way. If you are stay in thus hotel the first. It will be a bit hard to find. Take note no all room has a refrigerator, as I am from North America, sure love cold drink. But you can ask the front desk to keep the drink in their refrigerator for you. Ms. Abby and her colleague are very helpful, thanks. There also has all in one washers. To get to the hotel is easy. Get out the subway 老街 exit F. If you do not have heavy luggages. Then go stright for about 800 meter than turn right cross the road, then turn left to the alley way and you can see the hotel entrance. If you have heavy luggage, then use exit D. For exit D, you need to cross the road to the exit F. I will stay in this hotel. But for sure book early as the price went up if there have good booking. If the hotel put in an ICE machine and refrigerator in all room. Then this will be prefect."

"The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary."

The must visit 'eyes of shenzhen' is just 2 stations away. The sky garden and the laundry service are plus points. "My friends and I stayed at this hotel again on our recent visit to the area. After dropping off our bags, we tried to find a massage shop but got a bit lost. We asked the front desk, and they gave us incredibly detailed directions. The location is extremely convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs, and it's very close to Excellence Center and Huangting Plaza. There are also plenty of convenient dining options. The hotel was impeccably clean, the air conditioning was strong and effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable. Definitely recommended! We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen."

The little bar was also great for taking photos. The room facilities were new, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. The front desk service was excellent. They added me on WeChat and arranged a satisfactory room according to my request. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including some very good Cantonese breakfast items. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip.

1110237****Squeezing in a last-minute getaway, hehe😁 As many reviews noted, check-in was quite slow. However, I could tell the front desk attendant was genuinely putting in a lot of effort to find an available room and assign a suitable one. We were fortunate enough to get a room upgrade too. While waiting in line for check-in, a staff member offered us drinks and small pastries. Since it was already past 4 PM and we were quite tired upon arrival, this gesture was very thoughtful.
The seawater was indeed nice. From the balcony, you could see the free public park teeming with swimmers until very late at night. The waves were strong and quite high, and the kids had a blast. We even spotted small fish occasionally when diving underwater. The outdoor infinity pool was beautiful and very enjoyable to swim in. The indoor one, however, felt just so-so. The kids' play area was closed, so our main focus was playing in the ocean waves.
The information mentioned that dinner reservations were required, but tables were only held until 6 PM. Six o'clock, however, is the perfect time to enjoy the evening and witness the most beautiful sunset. So, making a reservation felt rather pointless; you could just go directly. Also, the weekend meal supplement was a bit pricey: 428 for adults, and 249 for children between 1.2-1.4 meters tall. The dishes were quite plentiful, with the most expensive item, small lobsters, limited to half a lobster per person. It felt more like we were paying for the ambiance than just the food. Furthermore, the package included breakfast for two adults and one child, but the child had to be under 1.2 meters tall. I felt that children under 1.2m are typically offered breakfast for free anyway, so explicitly stating it was 'included for one child' felt a bit like feigned generosity. However, there was a special discount if you added breakfast at the front desk.
Exiting the hotel lobby, if you turn right and walk up the road, you'll reach a seaside boardwalk where the water is even greener. It's about a 2km walk to Xiaomeisha, a nice option for those who enjoy strolling.
The travel photography service, highly praised in many reviews, was indeed great at teaching us how to pose. However, the 'fine-tuned' editing seemed to be mostly one-click beautification and wasn't really necessary; I would have preferred just the original photos.
Overall, if you're not particularly price-sensitive, you can definitely have a fantastic holiday experience here. A big thank you again for the room upgrade, which significantly enhanced our stay! 😄🥰

This time, I booked the Atour Hotel Beiyou for a dance performance in Houhai and Nanshan. The front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a deluxe king room. It was just as comfortable as I've come to expect, complete with complimentary capsule coffee, mini-bar beverages, and cookies, along with self-service laundry facilities. The room was more spacious than my original booking and even featured a projector. All in all, another excellent experience.

The hotel staff have provided excellent service to accomodate our stay and the birthday decorations in the room was very cute and hearty. The only small thing is I wish the shampoo and hand wash was filled up instead of ”half used” to give guest a better impression.

The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

They helped me to order the food at night when we were really tired and hungry. The receptionist came to our room and ordered for us. And helped again in the afternoon.
Moreover, they helped to order the medicines from drug store, my husband was sick.
Also, the room itself is really lovely, the design, and arrangements. It was clean and cozy. Everything was in two languages Chinese and English - really convenient.
Lastly, I liked that here you can check out before 2pm not 12:00 as in other hotels.
Overall, customer service is excellent. If you are travelling to Shenzhen and don’t know Chinese better choose good review hotels which would help you.

Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the soft furnishings thoughtfully designed, creating a truly wonderful ambiance. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively arranged a shuttle to take us directly to Building 40.
Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. Paired with a fresh and delicately presented small fruit platter, enjoying it before bed truly brought a burst of happiness! ✨
The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; small touches like electric mosquito repellent and steam eye masks were provided, and even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The breakfast staff were equally attentive. This morning, we overslept and rushed to the restaurant just before closing, but the staff kindly told us not to worry and specifically extended the breakfast time for us! Upon check-out, we even received an unexpected farewell gift. It's clear that every single detail here is handled with immense care and thoughtfulness!!!

BBon AngOne of the best hotel in Shenzhen. From the bell boy to the reception and the restaurant staff, you will receive top notch services- thumb up. Their dim sum is good. The staff are super friendly and they had upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking and when we call and ask on check out timing they had automatically inform us that they had extended our checkout timing to 2pm. Impressive. We Had Accidentally left 4 boxes of blueberries and tomatoes in the mini fridge, staff treats for them haha
