"My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel's decor is luxurious and stylish, and the common areas are spacious and elegant. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the facilities were top-notch. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient, and they were very responsive to any requests. Overall, the cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast was varied and plentiful, and it offered great value for money."

GGuest UserComing to Shanghai Disney, I looked at many hotels and finally chose this one. The hotel service made us feel right at home, with incredible attention to detail. Disney Shuttle Service: Punctual. When we returned in the evening, there was hot tea and warm cookies. Before 11 PM, the hotel even provided a late-night snack. It was truly thoughtful. Scheduled pick-up/drop-off at Zhoupu Station (Line 18): Very convenient for guests. The hotel breakfast was also abundant, a mix of Western and Chinese options. There were quite a few international guests. Service: Warm and considerate. If I had to find a fault, it would be that the facilities aren't as modern as chain hotels, but it's more than sufficient for a vacation.

The highlight was definitely the stunning skyline view—especially at night, the city lights created a breathtaking atmosphere right from the comfort of our room. It was a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The beds were extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a restful sleep. The room was impeccably clean, and every detail reflected the hotel’s high standards. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a well-designed layout, a strong shower, and a generous bathtub, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service was exceptional, as expected from a Ritz-Carlton property. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The location in Pudong is very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and key attractions. It is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. YYe111I have to give a special shout-out to Cissy, our customer manager. Her service attitude was absolutely wonderful, always with a sweet smile and a warm, approachable demeanor. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests and patiently helped us resolve any issues, making our experience truly excellent. However, I do need to mention that the air conditioning in the room was really poor. It was too hot, which significantly affected our rest. Even though they said the cold air was on, I couldn't feel it at all, which was quite disappointing. Thankfully, the young lady's excellent attitude made me feel very well taken care of despite this.

NNishikinoMakiThis is currently one of the most worthwhile hotels to stay at/experience in Shanghai, far superior to those in skyscrapers (like the J, etc.). The room is decorated with incredible style, and the completeness of the facilities makes it hard to believe the hotel was built in 2009. Everything you can and can't imagine is there; the room is definitely worth exploring. The breakfast is also great, semi-buffet style but with excellent quality 👍. The only minor drawback is that some facilities are a bit old, and buttons aren't always responsive. But I think the pros far outweigh the cons. Highly recommend checking it out!

SsignxService: The best hotel I've ever stayed at! No exaggeration. I've tried many hotels in Shanghai, including Shangri-La (Jingan, Pudong), Ritz-Carlton (Pudong), Peninsula (Bund), Shanghai Tower J-Hotel, Grand Hyatt, Kempinski, Disney hotels, Westin, Kerry Centre, Sheraton... Apart from Banyan Tree, which I'm not interested in, and St. Regis, which I tried in Sanya, and Waldorf Astoria, which I haven't had the chance to visit yet, I've checked out almost all the hotels my child and I were interested in. Honestly, W truly impressed me. From purchasing the package and booking the dates in advance to phone communication, the staff consistently displayed genuine warmth and professionalism. They meticulously noted all my requests, ensuring accurate internal communication. On the day of arrival, I wasn't feeling well and my tone wasn't great. Yet, the front desk staff listened attentively and with incredible patience throughout. This level of internal training deeply impressed me. There was none of the arrogance I've experienced at the Peninsula or Ritz-Carlton; instead, it was full of understanding for the customer. I actually want to come back and stay again soon! 😂 I even joked with the hotel staff, asking if this excellent service was because I booked a suite. 😝 But then again, I had suites at Shanghai Tower J-Hotel and Ritz-Carlton too, and the service there was... well, let's just say it was different. At the W, it's not just the front desk and lobby; even the staff helping with the elevator and the cleaning crew in the basement are incredibly cheerful and sincere. I love this fresh, uplifting energy and team. Facilities: The facilities are clean and hygienic, and every room has a bidet toilet seat, which is a nice touch! Environment: Very clean, and most importantly, the view across the river is absolutely stunning. Hygene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean. And their response time is super fast. If I had to pick one downside, it would be that the配套 facilities at Magnolia Plaza are a bit too low-end, haha. They really don't match the W's standard.

DDioYJThe hotel is indeed a bit old, but it's well-managed and the location is excellent. I've stayed here many times, and this was my first time trying breakfast – it actually exceeded my expectations! Breakfast is served in the glass-roofed area of the lobby on the first floor. When the weather's good, the sunlight streaming in creates a wonderful ambiance. The breakfast quality is also quite good, with fruits, various egg preparations, steamed dim sum, soups, porridges, and hot dishes. I was invited to experience the executive lounge, and the service was great. It's a good choice for quietly passing the time; it wasn't crowded and offered drinks and light meals. The day I went, they were making fresh rice noodles, and there were also some steamed dim sum and hot dishes. The hotel's location is fantastic. Just a short walk downstairs is a popular网红 (wanghong/internet-famous) restaurant that's usually hard to get into, perfect for grabbing a quick bite if there's an opening. It's only two blocks away from the Jing'an Temple landmark, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The bathroom style is certainly unique, but overall the room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel lobby was always busy, which just goes to show that the Andaz Xintiandi is still a classic and worthwhile place to stay.
