The location on West Nanjing Road is fantastic. The room has a Swiss-inspired design, and the People's Square metro station is right across the street, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The full set of Jurlique toiletries in the room was also a very nice touch.

My stay this time was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. Gary from guest relations was attentive and thoughtful throughout, promptly responding to all my requests. The laundry service was very efficient, and my clothes came back clean and tidy. In the evening, the turndown service was meticulous, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the service from all staff members was professional and warm-hearted. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

They gave us an ideal room with a view of the Pearl Tower! The service was excellent; they really went out of their way to help us due to our flight cancellation because of a typhoon. At the reception, there were Russian-speaking hostesses, and the local hostesses also spoke decent English. The rooms truly felt like heavy luxury! Everything worked perfectly. On the downside, breakfast was very specifically Chinese, you really had to pick and choose what to eat to avoid food you weren't accustomed to. Also, the hotel allegedly miscalculated our stay twice, increasing the cost retroactively each time. Another unpleasant detail is that booking this hotel through Trip.com is considered a pre-booking, and you will effectively be charged twice at the hotel itself, plus a deposit for your stay. The pre-booking amount will only be refunded a few days after checkout – just be prepared for this.

An absolutely wonderful experience! **Facilities:** Even though it's an older hotel, I was initially worried the facilities might be outdated. But when I arrived, I realized there was no need to worry at all. The overall vibe is one of rich heritage and understated luxury, without feeling old-fashioned. I personally loved it. **Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent; I didn't notice any issues. **Environment:** Simply fantastic. Both the hotel itself and the guests staying there collectively create an atmosphere that made me feel it was truly great value for money. This is a hotel with genuinely sincere service and a superb location, well worth experiencing. I absolutely loved it.

I highly recommend the Pullman Shanghai Jing An. My stay in the Deluxe King Room was perfect, deserving a full five-star rating. The hotel is located in the heart of Jing An, within walking distance of the metro station, making it incredibly convenient to get to major commercial areas. The room was spacious and elegant, the bed soft and comfortable, and the entire room was spotlessly clean with excellent soundproofing. The front desk service was attentive and efficient, housekeeping was meticulous and thorough, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The overall ambiance is light luxury and grand, making it perfectly suited for business or leisure travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai.

This was my first time staying at the Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund, and it truly lived up to its reputation. Evelynn and Coco provided exceptional service; their warmth from welcoming me to bidding farewell made every day of my stay incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai.

We had a wonderful stay at W Shanghai – The Bund and would definitely choose to stay here again. The hotel is stylish, very clean, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We really appreciated that they accommodated a late check-out after our flight was delayed, which made the end of our trip much less stressful. The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, with plenty of variety each morning. We also enjoyed spending time at the outdoor pool and fitness centre, both of which were well maintained. One of the highlights was the outdoor bar area overlooking the Bund – it’s a beautiful place to relax in the evening with amazing views of the Shanghai skyline. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the Bund, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend W Shanghai – The Bund to anyone visiting Shanghai. It offers great service, excellent facilities, and an unforgettable view.

He proactively called me before check-in to arrange welcome fruits according to my preferences and prioritize a higher floor room with a better view. His attention to detail was exceptional. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay; the service was meticulous and reliable. For future visits to the Xintiandi area, I will definitely choose Andaz Xintiandi, Shanghai again. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, surrounded by numerous mall restaurants, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient! Janet, Penny, and Aria all provided exceptionally attentive service! They were warm, thoughtful, and responded quickly – definitely worth praising! The room was comfortable, the bedding clean and soft, and the view was beautiful. For this price, the quality you get is amazing value for money. Next time I'm in Shanghai, Conrad will definitely be my top choice. Highly recommended!!!
