"Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, close enough to the train station but in a nice part of town with several restaurants and shops close by. The room was light and modern and very comfortable. But the corridors leading to the rooms are so dimly lit that they are almost in darkness. I presume this is to save electricity but it didn't look very nice and for safety reasons as a lone female traveller it would have been better to actually light the corridors properly so you can see. The reception desk never seemed to have enough staff and I always had to wait about 7 or 8 minutes to talk to someone. But otherwise I had a very pleasant stay"

"Hostel has good location, just near train station, very clean, with everyday cleaning, nice reception and a lot of additional services.
Only one minus - is very small toilet and shower in the room. It's impossible to move there and especially during the night.

Единственный минус - очень маленький душ и туалет, не развернуться, наверное лучше было бы сделать туалет и душ на этаже, но нормальных размеров.
Хостел советую, как бюджетный вариант с отличным расположением!"

"Wow! Amazing, from on all points. If you have early flights, this is the place to be. Is just 4 min walk, go second level (departure level), go out, walk over the bridge (you can see Radisson Blu when you out). The rooms are above expectations, especially if you book the Suite (if you have family, book the suite), easy can accompany 4. The breakfast is quite well, all nice things are available. For dinner try the „Circle“ restaurant, I was so surprised about the food there, highest quality, at reception area. What is also nice to be mentioned, you have a nice 24 hour self paid counter there, where u can get drinks and sweets and some other stuff. I will always try to be there whenever I have early flights."

"This small European hotel is really a surprise in the trip! From the beginning of stepping into the antique lobby, I felt warm and elegant. The room is small, but the layout is extremely exquisite, and the charming street view can be glimpsed outside the window. "Stayed in the hotel for 6 nights, on a business trip + a casual trip. The hotel is generally very good. The front desk is very professional and friendly. In addition, I saw that there was indeed a Chinese receptionist at the front desk.
The room is quite big, and it's a very luxurious stay😄. You'll feel like you're still in China haha~ The facilities and hygiene are good, and the cleaning is quite timely.
The breakfast is quite rich and the price/performance ratio is quite good, but there are quite a lot of people on weekends.
In addition, the location of the hotel is also quite good. It is very close to the Maiden Causeway and the church within walking distance. But it’s not in a noisy tourist area, and the restaurants nearby are not expensive. There are supermarkets and DMs within a 5-minute walk~
During my week in Germany, my best experience was at the hotel. I highly recommend it."

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from the train station. There are two Chinese restaurants nearby. The breakfast is a standard German breakfast. However, the hotel does not provide water, nor does it have a water dispenser. You need to buy water from the machine next to the front desk, and it is easy to buy soda water by mistake. It is recommended to buy water before going to the hotel. It is also very quiet at night, and it is pretty good overall. After all, the price is not expensive, and I am very satisfied overall.

AAnoulackThe location is good for those who stay only a few nights. There is no air conditioning, and during summer it can be hot, so we had to open the window, which I don't mind. However, it was very loud at night. Because the hostel is huge and has a lot of rooms, the whole night was filled with the sounds of people knocking next doors, traffic, and general noise.

PPHILLIP JAMESAs stated on the website, this hotel is directly opposite the Hamburg Railway Station and this adds to hotel being super handy to all attractions in Hamburg. Also the double decker tours buses leave from the station area. The main LGBTQ bars are also near here. (15 mins walk) My room was located in the middle of the building, so there was no street noise. However, the view was internal - between two buildings and there was very little natural light coming in. The room has no air-conditioning, so during the day it can be a little hot here in summer, but this was not a problem during the evening.. The hotel uses keys not electronic cards, so a little inconvenient. However, the biggest highlight was the included breakfast. Excellent selection of hot and cold dishes updated regularly by hotel staff. There are definitely cheaper places in Hamburg with better room facilities, but the location will always be a winner.

Сам отель удивил спокойным чистым но ером в дополнительно зданни с балконом во внутренний двор, но в номере нет ни холодильника ни столовых принадлежностей. Есть халаты и тапочки. В общем можно рекомендовать если район устраивает (15 минут пешком до главного ЖД вокзала).

TTW20242 elevators work well. Sorry for my mistake in previous review I thought 1 didn’t work. I pressed the wrong button. 1 brings you down the breakfast area and the working space which look very bright, colorful and energetic. 1 brings you down near the Reception area. They sell coffee in the Lobby too.
The housekeeping staff never cared if I put up the Do Not Disturb sign. He just opened the room without knocking. Another male staff the next day also knocked my door when I put up that sign again. They want to empty the trash daily. I used my nail and could take out the black mold in the shower room wall. They should brush the walls and brush the area around the drainage in basin.
You can use the microwave, electric kettle and pan to cook your foods in the Guest Kitchen. Saw the laundry room but don’t know if that is free.
Can walk for 2 km to visit the famous Elbphilharmonie. Get a free ticket at the entrance, go up the long escalator and view the city.

First of all, it's very cheaper than other accommodations.
I wanted a room which didn't need to be fancy but cheap and not a dormitory room and this hostel had the one.
the hostel is well located too, I could walk to Hamburg harbor.
The room was small and not soundproof but it fulfilled my needs.

YYONGThere is parking lot, service is OK, check out is 11 o'clock. Very unfriendly, not knocking the door without explaining the reason, unable to communicate in English, except the front desk. The facilities are very poor. The room is small and not as good as a small hotel in the country.
