Good solid hotel just over the road from Union Train Station. Room was a fantastic size, clean but could be a little noisy at night from the traffic outside. The hotel does supply ear plugs but we didn’t need them. Would really recommend if you want to be around the Capital Hill area. Certainly would book again
Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!
My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was disappointing. While modern and with a spacious room, I was shocked to find hair in bed and an old / used drinking straw in a corner of the room. This cannot happen.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Chinatown. The Chinese food is very authentic and the children enjoyed it very much. It is also close to the Natural History Museum and the Art Museum. The hotel has complete facilities, a large bathtub for bathing, and a rich breakfast with bread, waffles, milk coffee, fruit, yogurt and eggs. Hot water is also available on the first floor.

Breakfast is provided, so I am satisfied with the price.
A comfortable restaurant nearby. There is no mart, so it is a place that is disappointing for a family trip. The water pressure is weak and the sunflower shower is very uncomfortable. The floor is carpeted, so there is a lot of dust, and there are no windows, so ventilation is impossible, so the air is very stuffy. Please take this into consideration.

Located in the city center, next to the Chinatown Archway, it is convenient to eat Chinese food. The room is clean, but there is no coffee, tea or other beverages or a kettle for boiling water. You have to wait for boiling water at the cafe on the first floor. It is not far from the Capitol, Washington Monument, White House and other attractions in the administrative district.
The hotel has a good location in DC. We spent four days in the hotel, and we explored the central part of DC (National Hall, Washington Monument, White House, Capitol Hill, and many Smithsonian Museums) by walk (all less than 30-minute walk, which is reasonable) most of the daytimes. The front desk ladies were welcoming and friendly. One thing deserves to be complained about is that the soundproofing of the hotel was not good. We hear nextdoor’s customers talking and street car sirens. But our overall experience is good.
🍃It is very convenient to book a hotel on Ctrip. I am passing by and staying in Washington for one night. I am not sure whether this area is safe or not. Anyway, it is OK to sleep for one night. Apart from being close to a highway or an elevated intersection, it is quite noisy at night. There are many American-style hotels. Unique high decibel music🎵😂
🌟Checking in is easy and requires credit card pre-authorization. There is parking space in front of the hotel. Even though it was late at night, there were still some people coming in and checking in. The hotel lobby provides coffee, tea, etc. 24 hours a day, which is a common feature of American hotels.
🍴The breakfast is more American-style, and it is relatively rich. It includes various types of bread, bagels🥯, yogurt, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruits, etc. The next day, I found that there were quite a lot of people staying. Breakfast is made up quite frequently.
🏠The room facilities are quite normal, suitable for one night's sleep ~ For traveling, if you leave early and come back late, it's fine if you can sleep well.

The location is pretty good, just near Chinatown and very close to Union station. The atmosphere on the terrace is okay but there is no night view to see. There is very little food in the terrace restaurant, and the restaurant on the G floor does not taste very good. Paper towels are of very poor quality

GGuest UserI traveled to DC with my preteen and teenage sons for a basketball game. The property didn’t receive my reservation (booked through 3rd party) but the front desk staff took the time to make it right and get us set up. They had excellent customer service throughout our stay.
This hotel was VERY clean. I was actually surprised because I use to stay here frequently about 10 years ago and expected some things to run down a bit. It turns out that the hotel is very modernized and looks just as good now as it did a decade ago.
The location is perfect as it’s right in the middle of the NoMa neighborhood and it is right next to the NoMa/Gaulludet (Red Line) Metro station. There are a few small shops across the street and a 7 Eleven next door if you are looking for a quick bite.
The room itself was comfortable. My youngest son and I slept soundly on the queen sized bed and my oldest slept on the couch. He was pretty comfortable without even folding the couch down.
Overall, I will definitely book here again as I frequently visit DC. Fo how inexpensive this hotel is, the quality was phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back.
NNovax2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There are 2 large beds in the room. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a large bed. There is a mattress, but it is soft, so it is suitable for children. It is difficult to sleep with one big and one small. Turning over will make a creaking sound, so it is most suitable for big children who sleep soundly, so as not to affect the quality of sleep. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no supermarket nearby, so buying ingredients is a problem. The hotel can buy them for you and charges a 30-dollar courier fee. There is a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal and other hot foods, and drinks are all iced. Self-service coffee, hot water is provided in the self-service coffee area. The hotel has free water filling equipment, so bottled water is not provided. It will change slightly every day. The hotel parking fee is about 53 dollars. There are many parking lots around, but it is also quite expensive (I don’t remember the specific price). You can take the subway Silver Line to Dulles Airport, which is 6.75 one-way plus 2 yuan card fee. It takes about 1 hour to get to the airport. Walk to the national mall area, about 10-15 minutes walk
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, extending in all directions; the room design is stylish and comfortable; the service is warm and intimate ... a good tourist holiday residence, come to DC again, I will come to live!
GGuest UserNice structure, on the upper floors you can enjoy a nice view, average breakfast, very strict on payment which cannot be made except by credit card, no bank transfers or cash.

DDawenxiaojiejieFacilities: Basic needs can also be met
Hygiene: OK, stayed for a few days without letting the waiter clean the room
Environment: The location is very good. The White House, the various attractions and museums of the Congress are nearby. There are still a lot of old black tramps on the street, but they will not take the initiative to talk to you.
LLazy Travellers lanrenchuyouFacilities: Well-equipped, with paid parking
Environment: Walking distance from major museums, the White House, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument and other major tourist attractions
Sanitation: Clean and tidy
Service: Continental breakfast, waiters take the initiative to collect tips
GGuest Userfirst off, i booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds instead, they said you don’t always get that when you book through a 3rd party because they do not know what rooms are actually available, second, i requested that my room be cleaned everyday that i stayed, but was not, i had to go downstairs to ask for new towels 2 nights in a row, on the 3rd night i finally asked the front desk and they showed me a small sign that said they do not clean until your 4th day of stay, they can do a quick refresh if you ask before 9pm the night before, lastly, i was charged $41.73 on top of what i paid to Trip.com, i called to ask about it a few days after my trip when i saw it on my credit card, they said it was an amenities charge for each of the days i stayed, whaat? the only amenity i used was the elevator, never have i ever been charged for anything other than the price of the hotel, needless to say i will not be staying here again and will not recommend it to anyone
GGuest UserHotel stay was nice, easy check in, valet was not orginized safely and had us stopping in the middle of the road to get out and offload luggage. There was not a designated, safe area for valet to handle the vehicles. Elevator smelled like sweaty workers and had poor air circulation, the hall way smelt like ****(not always a bad thing, just not at that time and place), and the most disappointing thing was the horrible service upstairs at the ”resturaunt and bar.” Service was non-existent and they were not busy in the slightest, the music was all ”hard” rap music cursing that was not appropriate at that time considering there were still families present. My wife and I sat there for 30 minutes before I had to ask the bartender to make us a drink and I had to pay the bill at the hostess stand since our waiter never came at any point.
