As soon as you enter the door, you will feel at home. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming! It's not easy to have this feeling when you're out. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a coffee bar and lounge in the lobby. The transportation is also very convenient, and it is close to the bus and JR stations. There are several large supermarkets within a few minutes' walk, and it does not feel like the inconvenience of a small city. If I have a chance to go again, I will first stay at this hotel.
Great care is taken to ensure guests experience comfort through top-notch services and amenities. Remain linked during your visit by utilizing the complimentary internet access available. Repeatedly enjoy your best-loved attire with the aid of the laundromat available at STATION INN THE URASHIMA.
I used it because the nearest station in relation to work was Yokogawa.
It is also close to the station. It may feel a little hard in midsummer.
It's a hotel or really a one-room condominium.
Since I stayed for consecutive nights, I washed my underwear by hand and put it around, but the bath was also dry in the bathroom, which was helpful. The bath is the same as home ones, and there is a separate washroom and bathtub.
There was a bath towel 1 sheet and a normal size towel 1. I wanted to use the bath towel as a pillow, so I could only use the rectangular ordinary towel for the first night, but it was quite a bit. The next day, I told the front desk that I didn't need a bath towel, so I wanted two ordinary towels, and I was refused. So it might be better for the normal size group to bring in than the bath towel.
There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but I used it around 08:30, but there were few rice balls.
Overall it was good.
I used it on a business trip. The parking lot seems to be in order of early, but there is a coin parking nearby, so you don't have to be in a hurry. There is also a large communal bath in the facility, where you can relax. Breakfast is heavy traffic depending on the time of day and day of the week, but you can use it as it is if you change the time zone. It was a relatively satisfactory hotel, but I think it will be easier to use if it becomes a little reasonable in terms of money.
Felt welcomed by the hotel staff, shared rooms have properly divided beds. Fully equiped with basic amenities such as shampoo, body gel, towels, lockers...
The lounge was full of books to read (tourism books, novels, manga...) and is tastefully decorated. Family-friendly place.
Close to the local train line that travels to Miyajimaguchi harbour (Ferry to the island) in barely 6 minutes.
Great experience overall.
The pretty natural scenery around the hotel was great.
Free hot springs are also very good,
The friendly staff of the hotel was also very good.
The sound of the air conditioner inside the room is a bit unfortunate .^^;
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I love the location as it is in a quiet neighbourhood in a low rise building which feels very cozy. It’s a 10 min walk to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park.
The hotel staff were wonderful and graciously provided me an upgrade to their best room for my overnight stay. This room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom was huge as well. The shower is in a separated room to the bathroom and has both an area to do stand up shower or use the bathtub/jacuzzi.
I do wish they provided free bottled water but that’s my only complaint and it doesn’t matter much. I did have the free coffee in the morning which helped perk me up.
Anyways I love this place and it was such good value. I will definitely book this hotel again if I come to Hiroshima in the future.
A long street where you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
A city with many slopes that remind me of Guanajuato, Mexico, which I visited the other day.
I encountered a beautiful sunset on the beach.
I recommend a long stay.
When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was no reservation, and when I was often searched, I made a reservation for a room in an apartment for a long stay called ”removement”. I walked 250m further from the hotel and was worried about what kind of room it was when I entered a room in an apartment, but it was spacious and comfortable. There was no particular inconvenience except that it was troublesome to return to the hotel's large communal bath, and it was cheap, so I thought this was also an ant. I thought it would be good if you could make it easy to understand that you were away at the time of booking.
There is a convenience store about 5 minutes walk away, and shopping facilities and restaurants about 10 minutes walk away, so I think you will be able to spend there without any problems. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, but there are free areas, and since I only use the shower when I'm working, the plan without a shower in the room was not a problem. The facilities are old, but considering the price, I guess it's acceptable. Thank you for your help.

Great
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Capsule Hotel Cube Hiroshima for a few nights—this was my second visit. Overall, it’s a great place, but a few small issues have started to surface.
Positives:
The staff are wonderful—friendly and attentive.
You receive fresh towels, pajamas, and cleaning amenities daily.
Good location, making it convenient for exploring Hiroshima.
Areas for Improvement:
Limited showers: Only three per floor, shared by many guests. At peak times, you might wait over an hour, and by then, the showers can be a bit dirty (e.g., hair left behind).
Laundry bottleneck: Each floor has just one washer and dryer. The dryer is especially slow—it took four 30-minute cycles just to dry six t-shirts.
Vending machines lack variety: No cola or Pepsi—just beer and water. Not a major issue, but worth noting.
Fridge access is inconvenient: The communal fridge is behind reception, meaning you must hand over items to staff. A small fridge on each floor would be much more practical.
Worn-out mattresses: The memory foam mattresses have sunk in from overuse. They haven’t been flipped or replaced, which leads to uncomfortable sleep and back/hip pain.
Final Thoughts:
Despite these downsides, I would stay here again. However, guests should be prepared for some minor inconveniences. If the hotel made a few simple upgrades—like replacing mattresses, improving laundry facilities, and adding accessible fridges—it could easily be one of the best capsule hotels in Hiroshima.

GGuest UserOne of the best seaside Japanese inns with can’t-beat view of the bay. The individual rooms are very clean and tidy with traditional tatami floors and furniture. The futon bedding was clean and comfortable. There is a common bathroom on each floor with a separate common bathing room on the second floor where you can scrub down and soak in a bath. These traditional amenities are great experiences in themselves. The staff are kind and helpful and go beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They let me borrow a bicycle to ride around town and the island. Paddle boards are available for rent. The breakfast at the Alpha Cafe had an English style to it and was tasty. I’d highly recommend a stay here. The retro look and feel to the place is a charm.
GGuest UserI was worried because of the bad reviews around me, but as someone who has lived in a dormitory, I was able to sleep quietly. The air conditioning was great and the main bath on the first floor had all the amenities. I recommend this hotel as the best value for money for one person.
MMAKOTOIt was very close to the downtown area, so it was easy to go out and eat. Next time I'd like to go for a walk around the downtown area on the weekend. It was a shame that there was no TV in the room.
TTravel NoviceIt is located between the station and Hiroshima Stadium, about ten minutes away from the station, but nearby are residential areas. The kitchen smells of food because the doors and windows are closed in winter. The water pressure in the bathroom is super strong and the hot water is also very hot. The lounge on the second floor is very large, but it is only open until 12 o'clock. However, the kitchen on the fourth floor is very small, with only a table for four, and it is only open until one o'clock in the morning!
GGuest UserIt was my first stay, but I was able to spend comfortably without any inconvenience. The building itself is quite old, but free drinks, large communal baths and
It's not luxurious, but there is an impossible breakfast buffet and the price is cheap and I think the cost performance is quite good. I would like to stay again if I have another chance.
TTouravelholicGood place and near to the convenient stores. The place is so perfect for the family.my kids enjoyed the projector, but there is no elevator.we carried our big luggage going to second floor. No free car parking but have a nearest coin parking.check out time is so early 10am.I suggest to make it 11am because some of the guests have a kids hard to wake them up early, especially if you are a tourist.
AAnonymous UserThe traffic is too convenient, 400 meters from the subway, there are luggage weighing and free drinks and microwave ovens in the lobby. Nearby is the convenience store, there are several large shopping malls such as Takashimaya and Kintetsu Department Store. The front desk service is particularly warm and the service is very good! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is also very clean and tidy, the room area is also very large, welcome to Japan tourists to choose this hotel is the best choice!
RRicardo RouxinolWe arrived by bike.
The location was good for us, however there is nothing around. You may go to a good restaurant which it is 2 km far away.
The host is very friendly and he will explain you everything in English.
The place is a traditional Japanese accommodation, but it is old and cleaning has to be improved.
The view is great and the place very peaceful.
