Best Shanghai Spa Hotels

The hotel is in a nice location near many tourist attractions, including Nan Jing Road, and was near the restaurant I like the most. They have lobster there, and I think it is the best tasting lobster in shanghai!! haha. I am a huge lobster fan, so you can imagine I was happy. I went every day and never got sick of it. The food is great here. Not only is the location and food amazing, but the staff and services in the hotel are top notch. There is nothing I can complain about. You can tell they value their customers. Overall this hotel is a 5-star in my book. So, if you are looking for a place to stay in Shanghai, this should be at the top of your list. You can’t go wrong here!

Best ever hotel experience 💯💯💯💯 room is exactly same as photos posted by the hotel, family room is spacious which fits the needs of family of 4 of us. All the necessary facilities are available including free laundry service. We arrived at 6am and hotel was kind enough to clean the room asap to let us check in early to have a rest. At the end, we managed to check in at 9am. We were truly blessed with the kind arrangement. On the 3rd day, the laundry area was fully occupied which we were not able to get chance to wash our clothes, instead, 空晴offered laundry service and delivered to room for us when it was done. Again, we were truly blessed. The response of the staffs were real quick whenever we sent our request. Hotel location is the best of best. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel gate and visitors spots are very near, we satisfied with environment. All staff are so kind even they used translation apps to communicate with non-chinese speakers. One thing that we can't say excellent is weak cigarette smell is really faint whole room. I guess it's coming by bathroom ventilation.. however if we have another chance to visit Shanghai, we will book this hotel again!

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Shanghai Central for a relaxing birthday staycation. The front desk team was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for my birthday. I was also pleasantly surprised when the chef delivered a delicious cake to my room to celebrate the occasion. The dining room where breakfast was served was stunning, and the pastries were especially delightful. Overall, I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

such an lovely hotel for the price, a little far from the city center but a 15minute walk to the nearest train station! i booked the family tatami room with two other friends! friendly staff and great service, would definitely recommend’

The room was clean, except for some details like under the bed, where it was full of dust. The closet is small for two people to share and the space available for storing clothes/luggage is in general tiny. Location of the hotel is nice, as it lies in a quite walkable area, and by foot you can reach the Huaihai Road (good for shopping) in 35m. Metro line 9 is a 15m walk. The service was okay. The staff at the reception did not speak English and they offered no help or guidance about the city: quite essential service. Their attitude was in general detached and seemed quite un-open to communicating. Also, after leaving the room and realizing there were still some clothes left inside, I tried to report it to the reception and they just sent me to the room to check without even communicating to the cleaning service. It ended up that my clothes were not in the room anymore and the staff offered no further help, so I left without these clothes. Also, i had explicitly booked a room with “City View” and I was placed in room 1402 with one very dirty window - out of 2 windows available to enjoy the view. After asking to clean it, they made an unsuccessful attempt and then just left me with the dirty window without any kind of compensation. I was only offered to switch to another room in a lower floor and with no city view, which made no sense considering I had paid more specifically to have a room with “City View”. Breakfast is decent and offers a good variety of food. The staff is understanding if a host is taking few minutes past closing time to finish the food. The staff at the breakfast floor is also very nice and friendly. The main perk of the hotel for me was the cafè at the hall, where a very friendly girl employee works. She was very nice and gave me and my girlfriend some unique advice on places to visit in the city. She was of course also making extremely good flat white and coffee. Balancing everything out though, if was to come back to Shanghai, I would probably choose a different hotel.

It was a great experience in there, Just if there could be a bit more English present ”(such as the Breakfast Menu) it would be more International traveler friendly. The service was spot on.

The hotel and service are top-notch; the only disappointment was that the lounge closed early, by 10 p.m., so it was difficult to have meetings until late. Besides that, I prefer to rotate the breakfast menu instead of the same daily menu.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is needless to say. There is no reduction in anything due to the busy New Year. It can almost be described as being on call. The location is great. There is a subway station more than 100 meters away on foot. Line 349 is available. You can go directly to many lively places, but the hotel itself is very quiet. If you take your baby out, you are afraid that the hotel environment will be too lively and you can't rest well. These do not exist. When arranging the room, it fully meets our requirements. The hotel's breakfast is really great, comparable to star-rated hotels, replenished in time, and rich in variety. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance
