VOYAGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL (Capital Airport New National Exhibition Store)
9.8 (25,128 reviews)

VOYAGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL (Capital Airport New National Exhibition Store) ★★★★

📍 No. 1, Fuqian 2nd Street, Tianzhu Area, Shunyi District, Beijing

"Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Good Environment: Very quiet Service: Exceptionally attentive When I booked on Ctrip, I thought the price was quite cheap, so I expected the service might be compromised. However, when I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff warmly checked me in. They even offered me a late check-out because I was worried about oversleeping. In the morning, as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, a front desk staff member came over to greet me and patiently asked if I was going to the airport or elsewhere. They also gave me a farewell gift upon check-out. Overall, the service at this price point far exceeded my expectations."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after. The staff at reception were incredibly kind and helpful. One day I had trouble using the washing machines, and one of the receptionists came with me and helped fix the problem. I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to help. The housekeeping team was excellent. Our room was cleaned every day, even if we went out later than usual. Every day they also left us two complimentary bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we felt at home from the very first day. We also loved the cultural activities the hotel offered. They were a wonderful way to experience Chinese culture and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness, excellent service, and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing! 🇨🇳❤️✨"

"This luxury hotel is located in the heart of Sanlitun, and its location truly can't be beaten. Right outside, you'll find a bustling commercial district, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. The overall decor is chic and upscale, the lobby has a great vibe, and the guest rooms are spacious and airy. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of Sanlitun's city nightscape – the view is absolutely superb. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom amenities are high-quality, and all the details are meticulously handled. The service is attentive and thoughtful, with prompt responses; from check-in to check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. It's a quiet oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle – once you close your room door, the street noise fades away. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. "The hotel is fairly close to the airport with the shuttle bus service so it was very convenient for a morning flight from Beijing. Terminal 2 is about a 10-minute drive from here, but the stop is on the Arrivals floor. Xinxiang Yayuan Siheyuan (Beijing Tiananmen Wangfujing Branch)

"There were 5 of us in total (including 2 seniors and a 6-year-old girl), and we booked 2 rooms. This is an excellent courtyard hotel (B&B) located in a very narrow alley in Yanle Hutong. It's quite a challenge for drivers to maneuver their cars down this alley. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The rooms here are voice-controlled; simply say "Xiao Du, Xiao Du" and it will turn on the air conditioning, open the curtains, play music, or set an alarm for you. Both seniors and children loved the smart room's ease of use and convenience. We arrived at the hotel at 8 PM, and the staff warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage to the rooms, and then prepared Chinese afternoon tea for us. They even made cotton candy with the child, which made her very happy. The hotel also provides late-night snacks like beef noodles, wontons, tangyuan, and fresh milk for guests. The hotel is very thoughtful. The breakfast here is also very rich. I highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that there wasn't a hotel security guard to help us carry our luggage to the car."

TrueGO Hotel (Beijing Yansha Sanyuanqiao Subway Station) Hotels in Beijing

TrueGO Hotel (Beijing Yansha Sanyuanqiao Subway Station)

"Honestly, this is the worst hotel I've stayed at in over ten years. The staff were okay, but the infrastructure was just terrible. The parking lot entrance was full of potholes, and the lobby either reeked of smoke or was soaking wet from recent mopping. I booked this unknown hotel because I was traveling with my family of three and needed a specific room type for convenience while getting our visa, and my child specifically liked the idea of a tatami room. However, the hotel hallways and the room itself were awful. The room was small and cramped, and the floor was broken (see pictures – even the only stairs in the room were covered with cheap, ugly material and would collapse when stepped on). I almost tripped several times. After getting our visa, we bought breakfast, but there was nowhere to eat it except by the bed. I haven't felt this disheveled in over a decade. Oh, and the internet was abysmal. The hotel Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn't even stream videos, and even my own mobile data was poor, making it impossible to hail a ride. The breakfast was also terrible, simpler and worse than what you'd find at a rural guesthouse. The only two good things were its proximity to the U.S. Embassy, just an 8-minute walk away. But honestly, there are so many other hotel options within a 10-minute walk. The second positive was the abundance of food options right outside. I used to eat here often when I came for my visa two years ago. Another negative: the price was ridiculously high. They call it a 'subway station store,' but it's at least a kilometer from the subway – don't let the name deceive you. I specifically chose this place for its room type and location. Any Atour hotel would be infinitely better. Two nights here cost as much as three nights at an Atour, with money left over for food. I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews; I understand that businesses have it tough, especially now. But I genuinely wanted to share my experience and needs for everyone's reference. Over 800 yuan a night is absolutely, utterly not worth it. This is mainly due to the hardware (facilities) and breakfast. I had minimal interaction with the staff, and they were neither good nor bad."

"Location was convenient. It's right by Tiananmen Station. A short walk from Tiananmen Square. About 30min walk to the Forbidden City and 40min walk to Jingshan Park. Very nice hotel, too bad it was under renovation and the garden was not accessible. Windows in my room were blocked by constructions so there were nothing to see. "I booked this hotel near Capital Airport specifically for my parents, and they were extremely satisfied with their experience! We originally booked a 1.5-meter bed, but the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a 1.8-meter king bed, which gave them plenty of space and made for a more comfortable stay. The hotel is right next to Capital Airport and offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made their travel incredibly convenient – no need to struggle with taxis after getting off the plane. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was fresh with no strange odors, and the facilities were comprehensive. The shuttle service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and attentive, even offering to help with their luggage. They didn't have to worry about catching their flight at all. My parents, who are in their fifties, found their stay very comfortable. It's definitely their top choice for an overnight layover, and they'll choose this hotel again next time they pass through Beijing!"

THE YARD HOTEL BEIJING, Tian'anmen Square ★★★
"⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The Yard Hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance of Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Qianmen Street and several metro stations. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was good, and the room was generally clean. Unfortunately, the hotel has a noticeable maintenance problem. The bathroom needed attention: there was mould and rust around the shower, stained silicone, limescale on the bathtub fittings, and some worn finishes that detracted from the overall impression. These are details that should be addressed in a hotel of this standard. Another disappointment was the reception service. We needed assistance with transportation and local information several times, but the staff were not particularly helpful or proactive. International travellers often depend on the reception team, and a , more customer-oriented attitude would have improved our stay. Overall, The Yard Hotel is a good choice because of its excellent location and comfortable rooms. However, better maintenance and more attentive reception service would make it a much better hotel"
