"The time for this business trip was a bit tight. This hotel is close to Pudong Airport, about 20 minutes by car. The check-in efficiency was very high, about three minutes, and the questions were answered patiently. When checking in, there was a small welcome fruit in the room, just enough for one person. The breakfast was also very rich. There were not many people eating breakfast at around 8 o'clock, and it didn't feel like a busy city. The room was large and tidy, with a desk and recliner. It is highly recommended for business trips."

"The Good Points: The young lady at reception for check-in was lovely -Polite, smiling, efficient and a pleasure to deal with - She is an absolute credit to the hotel 👍 The bedrooms are large The shower in the bathroom was very good 👍 The breakfast was ok 👍 Close to lots of local restaurants 👍 The Bad Points: The hotel is quite old and worn now with things you notice such as carpets dirty, things generally broken etc. I was stood in the looby searching for a shopping mall on my phone map, and was approached by 2 (a man and a woman) hotel management staff to offer help - When it got too difficult for them to help, they gave up and just walked off 🤷♂️ - These 2 members of staff have almost zero understanding of customer service The Worst Point: You could suffocate to death in this hotel - There is no air conditioning in the corridors and the air conditioning in the rooms does not cool the room - When I put the air conditioning on in my room the room temperature was 24 degrees, I set the air conditioning to cooling and 16 degrees as it was so hot, but the room temperature increased to 25 degrees 🤦♂️ The hotel lobby was unbearable because of the heat and lack of air - In the morning after breakfast in the lobby restaurant, I was so hot I had to take a 2nd shower to cool off. Of the 2 lifts in the hotel, 1 had working air conditioning, so I used to ride the lift to cool down! Because of the heat in my bedroom, I could not sleep well and consequently had a tough day at work as I was tired My colleague had the same complaints about the hotel and his bedroom Staying in this hotel is very uncomfortable and unhealthy because of the heat and poor air conditioning - You will not get a good rest staying in this hotel"

"Is the third time that we stay at this hotel an it never disappoints. Is the perfect hotel if you want to stay near Hongqiao station or the airport and it has plenty of dining options around and things to do. The line 2 takes you straight away to the city center and to PVG airport if needed, but bear in mind that PVG airport is very far from here. The hotel breakfast is well balanced with many options, both local and western. The service, gym, pool and amenities are on point. Spacious rooms, nicely cleaned and comfortable. Definitely will come back next time I stop in SH again."

"What a beautiful peaceful place for a business traveller. I typically stay here at the end of my trip. Lovely staff and lovely location. They cater to you above and beyond at parkview hotel. If you care for a stroll, you can step across the road and feel like you have left the city. My picture is literally right across the street from the hotel"

"This is one of the best hotel i ever stay in China , i stayed in the 2 branch of moxy in shanghai . - It’s really really very clean hotel , everything clean , bed sheets , room , bathroom . - very comfortable room. - comfortable bed mattress, you will sleep very good. - nice concept of the hotel , you have good space . - they have different electric sockets in room. - good refrigerator - location is ok. , but when you arrive you have to be aware that the entrance is when you come from parking . And the check-in and lobby is in floor 21 - i love the lobby , it’s industrial design, it’s like modern lounge. - staff is very helpful. But: - no many choice for food - food only limited time , the room service should be all the time . Because china always close early. No place to go as a foreigner."

"Free shuttle bus to Pudong Airport: just call the front desk the day before to make an appointment Disney transfer: You can take the round-trip shuttle bus, which runs every half an hour. The guy and girl at the front desk responded quickly and were very nice people👍🏻 We were given an upgraded room type when we checked in on weekdays. The room was clean and the bed was good to sleep on. It came with a free toothbrush and comb. The amount of water in the shower head in the bathroom was a bit small ~ everything else was good! The neighborhood is very quiet. It is also close to Pudong Airport and Disneyland. After checking out the next day, you can store your luggage at the front desk, go to Disneyland easily, and then take the shuttle bus back. Personally, I feel that the price/performance ratio is very high! 👍🏻👍🏻 I just played too late and didn’t take any photos. Overall, I’m very satisfied🤣 The landlord’s dog is very well-behaved and loving🫶🏻🐶"
