"The staff were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. We had specifically requested a non-smoking room, as avoiding the smell of smoke was very important to us. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. However, the staff were very understanding and immediately helped us change rooms. They even upgraded us to a room with an exterior window, where there was no smell of smoke at all. We really appreciated their effort and kindness. The hotel itself is very large and has more of a business-hotel atmosphere. It is not particularly romantic or intimate, so it may not be the most charming choice for couples looking for a romantic stay. However, it is very functional and comfortable, and the location is convenient, with the metro nearby, making it easy to get around and explore Shanghai. Overall, we appreciated the excellent service and the staff’s willingness to help make our stay more comfortable."

What truly stands out is how polite the parking attendant is; he's one of the friendliest security guards I've ever encountered. My mood is always great from the moment I enter or leave the parking lot, and I hope the hotel gives them some recognition. The street opposite has recently been renovated and is now open for business, which has really enhanced the shopping experience around here. It's truly a comfortable stay. As Shanghainese say, '螺蛳壳里作道场' (making a grand show in a snail shell – meaning making the most of a small space), the room has everything you need. The only minor drawback is the limited storage space; it would be perfect if there were an additional small table/chair or a TV cabinet."
