The hotel is in a great location, just a 7-minute walk from Annecy's bus station/train station. It's also within easy reach of the old town and the lake. The entire hotel, from the entrance to the room, exudes an art deco vibe and is quite chic. The room is well-centered, with separate wet and dry areas, which is rare and particularly nice. I hadn't originally planned to have breakfast at the hotel, but that afternoon, my nephew was in a hurry to use the restroom in the restaurant. The waiter treated him so kindly that after using the restroom, he went to the restaurant and asked for some lemonade. He even made him a glass of warm lemonade (hot water + cold water + lemon slices). Anyone who knows how to do this will appreciate it. I was so touched. We chose to have breakfast at the hotel on our last day, and it was quite rich. It will be my first choice next time I visit.

It was raining, cold, and I didn't feel like going out to explore anymore, so we waited in the hotel's lounge area. During that time, we could even enjoy their complimentary coffee and tea. I'm really grateful to the hotel for letting us rest there for so long. If I ever get the chance to visit Annecy again, I'll definitely book this hotel.

Hotel is ideally located at the end of the old town by the canal. Train station is also very close and it is very easy to go around for visiting/shopping with lot of local restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean and functional, just could have a few extra amenities (slippers, extra towels, bottle water…) Mattress was a bit too soft for my taste but still comfortable night and very hot shower. Service was excellent with staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
