We booked two rooms for a brief stopover before catcha connecting flight. It is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and well appointed rooms. The rooms were both well stocked with various toiletries and some tea/coffee/water (though I would have liked some milk in the room for teas; i am aware this is not standard and personal preference so shan't linger on that). The beds were fabulously firm and black out curtains were very good too. The breakfast was standard offerings for the location but it was a busy breakfast service so the staff should be applauded for managing to clear tables and keep everything in stock. 😊 Will add....the hotel location was perfect for what we needed and all the staff we came across were very helpful and polite. Highly recommended hotel!

Such amazing service and would highly recommend this hotel! Even if they’re fully booked, when you request for something like extra water, it’s delivered within 10minutes. 10/10 for me! The breakfast buffet is really really good! Good selection plus the quality of food is superb.

The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views.

Only the service of lower staffs of hotel, is commendable: Mahesh , Bae, Aves, Kartik and Bae from the restaurant Makan, of the hotel. Their senior managers must learn hospitality from them. Likewise, even for security or housekeeping only the junior staffs are very hospitable and respectful compared to their bosses. The hotel only feels welcoming to guests because of the junior staff and the new GM of the hoteş . I will rebook again, because of the amicable nature of the junior istaffs and their service provided which is top notch.

The location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and there are many Indian restaurants nearby. I'm not sure if it's because it's the off-season, but breakfast has become extremely basic. It's very common to wait twenty minutes for the elevator when going downstairs after 9 AM, and the front desk said there's nothing they can do about it.

I stayed at Ibis Hotel last weekend and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay on a budget. My room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The location was convenient for getting around, which made my trip easier. While the rooms are fairly compact and the facilities are simple, everything was well maintained and met my expectations for a budget hotel. Overall, I would recommend Ibis to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable stay. It's a practical choice that delivers good value without compromising on cleanliness or comfort.

The room was great and very clean. The hotel staff at the front desk were also very friendly, and there was someone to help with luggage. It's close to the subway station and there's a shopping mall nearby where you can eat. The only downside is that the view from the window isn't great.

We were just passing through for a couple of days and chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport. It looks exactly like the photos! It's clean and the staff are friendly! The breakfast is varied and tasty! It's a 10-12 minute walk to the metro. Near the metro, there are many different cafes with a variety of food options, costing around 50-60 AED for two people. Thanks for the hospitality!

the location is very near to Naif Souq and Gold Souq only walking distance... During my stay for 1 night, most of the traveler are African and Indian... I took breakfast in the hotel which only served bread with planta and strawberry jam, paratha and chicken sausage and salad of cucumber and carrots. If you need a comfortable room, this is not the place but just for a sleep and near to the Souq, it is very convenience.
