The breakfast was delicious and the hotel felt very upscale, especially since it was newly renovated in 2026. The signature spa is definitely worth trying. We were lucky to visit right after the war ended, so room rates had generally dropped, making it a truly worthwhile experience.

Always the best, but it was not as nice as my last stay though. The reception gave me a nice view on the entrance side. Now my side is just construction but still service and especially the restaurant food (whether breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner) are all amazing!!! Still one of the best Roves I’ve ever been to! Also got to say the beach lifeguards are also very kind and really good at reminding people, also explained to me what the flags mean. Great and very accommodating team!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The rooms are a little small, but Abdullah kindly gave me a lovely room with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa. He was the only staff member who treated me exceptionally well, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and attentive service.

This hotel is no-frills, no luxury, but it has absolutely everything you need for a trip. There's a mini-market and even a gym. It's just a short 5-minute walk to a shopping mall (Dubai Zabeel) that's connected to the Dubai Mall (you can even see it on the left side of one of the photos I sent). Inside Dubai Zabeel, there's an excellent supermarket (Lulu) with a vast selection of ready-made meals at a much better price and quality than anywhere else in the area. From this annex, you can walk to the Dubai Mall in the shade and air conditioning. The room is spacious and very comfortable, the bed, shower, and air conditioning all work well. There are some complimentary items like water (around 1.5L replenished daily), tea, and even coffee with milk. An Uber ride to the airport costs between 70 and 90 AED. The views from the Burj View room are definitely worth it. It doesn't look like much in the photos, but it's truly impressive in person. The hotel staff is excellent, helpful, and efficient. The value for money is very good, and I will prioritize returning to this hotel on future trips.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Gevora Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gevora Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The service at Gevora Hotel was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their commitment to excellent service truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. The panoramic vistas of the city skyline and surrounding landscape were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset.  Overall, my experience at Gevora Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. Honestly, the hotel left a lot to be desired. The service was really poor. The description clearly stated that it included transfers to the Dubai Mall (considering it's quite far) and to the beaches. However, upon arrival, we were told it wasn't available, and no alternative was offered for us to pay for a taxi if we wanted to visit those places. It's far from everything, even the metro station, so taking a taxi is the only option. The only places nearby are their own restaurants. Given the price-quality ratio, I wouldn't choose it again. I do, however, commend the cleanliness and the comprehensive breakfast.

The location is excellent, right next to a subway station, and there are many Indian restaurants nearby. I'm not sure if it's because it's the off-season, but breakfast has become extremely basic. It's very common to wait twenty minutes for the elevator when going downstairs after 9 AM, and the front desk said there's nothing they can do about it.

It's just average. Customer service was good but they can do better in room cleanliness. Atleast change bedsheets n towels after 2 days maximum. They should consider other people while doing the music at the bar. Closing the pool at 6pm doesn't favor those who were busy during the day. Extend time till 8pm.

The location is quite good. There's no subway, but since we were driving, it wasn't an issue. However, the front desk service attitude was not good. For three people staying, they only provided two bottles of water daily. The room windows couldn't be opened, and there was a strange smell.
