This place is perfect for a stay. Daily housekeeping is provided, and there's free coffee and water in the common areas. You can also use the kitchen for free if you want to cook. Each room has its own private bathroom. The price is excellent, and there's Wi-Fi. Service: Very good. The owner speaks fluent Chinese, English, and Arabic, which makes communication very easy. Cleanliness: A dedicated person cleans every day. Facilities: Coffee, tea, water, kitchen, private bathroom. Environment: Excellent.

This was an absolutely amazing hotel! It was so clean, the service was brilliant. Whenever you needed anything all you had to do was call and they would do it for example cleaning your room, bringing bottles of water (which was complimentary), replace towels etc The room was so spacious and clean with an incredible view. The gym and swimming pool facilities were excellent as well as the breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone especially those that just want a peace of mind and not worry about anything.

When we booked June 20-21,2026 for our stay dubai at Swissôtel, we had some doubts about whether the hotel would match the description and photos on Trip.com. However, we were delighted and excited when we arrived because everything was exactly as advertised. From the moment we entered the lobby, we received a warm welcome from the staff. The reception team assisted us professionally, with genuine smiles and confidence, especially Jociell, Sarra, and Supriya. We would like to give special recognition to Jociell for being very informative about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. She attentively answered all our questions and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we entered our room, we were impressed by its cleanliness and excellent features. The room was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of selections. The restaurant staff specially susi ( sorry if i mentioned the name wrong) and the chef for chef in live egg station that day, were very attentive and regularly checked on us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Swissôtel to our friends and anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Arrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine.

Stayed here recently for a short staycation and overall had a pleasant experience, particularly considering the very reasonable rate we paid for a suite. The hotel itself is certainly impressive visually, with its distinctive golden tower design and famous status as one of Dubai’s landmark hotels. Check-in and valet parking were efficient, the elevators were surprisingly quick for such a tall building, and the room itself was clean and well maintained. We also ordered room service during our stay and found the food tasty, reasonably priced, and delivered promptly. One thing I did not realise when booking is that this is a dry hotel, so alcohol is not served anywhere on the property. That was my oversight rather than the hotel’s, but it may be useful information for future guests to know in advance. Our suite was spacious and more apartment-style in layout, with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. However, the overall setup felt quite minimalist in terms of amenities and furnishings. Although the suite includes a kitchen, there are notices advising guests not to use it, and aside from two drinking glasses there were no utensils, crockery, or cutlery provided. Similarly, amenities throughout the room felt limited to the basics: two guests but only two bath towels, two rolls of toilet paper across two bathrooms, and minimal additional furnishings such as sofa cushions or dining seating around the kitchen counter area. The room itself was comfortable enough, although there were a few practical details that impacted sleep quality for us. The illuminated touch-panel light controls remain quite bright overnight, and once your eyes adjust the room never becomes fully dark. There was also overnight construction noise nearby during our stay, although of course that may be temporary and outside the hotel’s control. Guests sensitive to light or noise may wish to keep this in mind. Another thing worth noting is that many rooms appear to face sideways toward neighbouring towers rather than directly toward Sheikh Zayed Road or the coastline, so lower-floor rooms may have fairly limited views depending on their orientation. Overall, I would say the stay represented fair value for the price we paid. While it may not feel especially luxurious or fully equipped compared with some other Dubai four-star properties, it was clean, efficient, and suitable for a short stay, particularly for guests looking for a well-located and affordable suite-style hotel experience.

I booked a single-bedroom studio for a 2-night stay at Asma Al Barsha Hotel Apartments, mainly because I saw attractive swimming pool views on social media and was looking forward to using both the gym and pool facilities. At the time of booking and even during check-in, the reception staff informed me that these facilities were included in my package, which I was already aware of. However, they did not mention the pool timing restrictions. As it is the beginning of summer in the United Arab Emirates, I planned to swim around 9:30 PM when the weather is more comfortable and ideal for photos or videos. Unfortunately, only after going up to the rooftop did I see a notice stating that the pool is open only from 9 AM to 9 PM. This timing is not practical considering the high humidity during daytime in this region. Additionally, the gym is managed by a third party, which was not clearly communicated. After check-in, basic items like slippers are not provided immediately—you need to call reception and wait around 20–30 minutes. Regarding parking, it was mentioned that parking is available. However, I arrived using an electric scooter, which is quite common and practical in areas like Al Barsha. There were no facilities to charge electric scooters, and I ended up wasting more than 3 hours trying to find a solution. Another inconvenience is the lack of designated smoking areas within the building. The property has 6 floors, but there is no smoking room or zone on any floor. Guests must go outside the building to smoke. This becomes especially inconvenient because the room access card is required to operate the lift. If one person leaves with the card, the room loses power, leaving the other occupant without electricity. On a positive note, during my stay, I interacted with three different receptionists. Among them, a Sri Lankan staff member working the day shift stood out for her genuine hospitality, friendly attitude, and prompt service. Overall, while the room and basic facilities were satisfactory, there are several areas where management can improve guest convenience and communication.

Upgraded Stay - “Cheap and Best”😎 ”I have stayed at the Best Western Premier M Four Hotel twice now—first for 4 nights in May 2025 and again for 1 night in January 2026. I keep returning because it is truly a 'cheap and best' option in a prime location! 🙌 On my most recent visit, I was very happy to receive an upgrade to a ‘Superior King Room’. The room was spacious and modern🛌. Although there was some outside noise at night due to ongoing renovation works, I didn't mind because I could see the hotel is improving its facilities’🛠️. The location is perfect: a short walk to Union Metro Station, Al Ghurair Centre, and a local Mosque. It’s also very close to the Creekside for a nice walk🚶♂️✨. Despite the temporary construction noise, the service remains professional and the price is unbeatable📍🤩 “ Overall, I am very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai! 🇦🇪✈️✌️”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Pearl Swiss Hotel from February 21 until March 12, and overall the hotel itself is very nice and deserving of its 4-star rating. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are good, and the staff are generally welcoming. However, what truly made our stay incredible during a very difficult time was one person from the housekeeping department — Ajmer. Ajmer was extremely professional, friendly, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Despite the chaotic circumstances around us due to the war, he consistently went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. His kindness and dedication made the situation much more bearable for us. Employees like Ajmer make a huge difference in the guest experience. The hotel management should truly recognize and promote him for the outstanding service he provides. Thank you, Ajmer, for your kindness and professionalism. You made a difficult time much easier for us
