This hotel offered a great balance: very clean, with a large supermarket next door, and only about a 15-minute drive to the airport. With complimentary water dispensers on every floor, a pool, and a gym, I think it's the perfect hotel for those who prioritize comfort over city access, or for anyone with flights before or after their stay who wants to rest and relax.

We stayed for 3 nights without breakfast (but you can pay for it separately on-site). The staff at the front desk were friendly; we checked in and checked out quickly. Downstairs, there's a large lounge area where they broadcast football, so you can watch La Liga matches. The room was spacious and clean, designed like a loft. My only downsides are: - It's not very close to the metro. - For some reason, during cleaning, they didn't restock the toilet paper or leave a bath mat, but they did provide two new towels (even though they didn't take the old ones). Otherwise, it's a good Ibis.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect, except for its location. Madrid's Metro Line 10 recently changed its route and will remain that way until the end of 2026. If you're staying here, there's a specific stop where everyone has to get off and transfer to another section of Line 10 that specifically serves the northern suburbs. This could be a bit troublesome for first-time visitors to Madrid who aren't familiar with Spanish. It takes at least 2-3 rides to understand the transfer process, especially when heading towards the city center. Plus, this suburban section isn't covered by the 10-trip travel card, requiring an additional €1.50 for a single ride. **Cleanliness:** I stayed in a king room, and it was great. The room was spacious and well-lit! Very good indeed! **Location:** The bus stop right outside the hotel isn't covered by the 10-trip card; this area seems to be in the suburbs. Also, if it's sunny, there isn't much shade from buildings or trees right outside. It's close to the metro station. Outside the window, there's a pleasant garden and river view. There are also some gas station convenience stores and a rural-style restaurant that looked decent. There are plenty of options for food delivery in the area. **Service:** The male front desk staff member who checked us in during the early hours of our arrival was exceptionally friendly! Please give him a bonus, haha. He was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, not 'mean' at all, and even helped us collect our food delivery. Thank you. Oh, and one more thing: the bed in the king room is huge, big enough for three people without feeling cramped.🤣🤣

It was a very pleasant trip. The staff was very patient. The 24-hour front desk could provide timely help and service. The environment of the 6-person girls' dormitory was very clean and tidy, and the blackout curtain was also very good. There was no need to worry about affecting others.

Great location! Right next to Retiro Park and less than a 10-minute walk from Atocha train station, which is perfect if you're arriving by train. We checked in early, and the hotel staff were very kind and offered us a king-size bed instead. However, the room they gave us was designed for disabled guests, and we could check in immediately. (Honestly, I regretted changing rooms a bit, because the shower didn't have a separate enclosure, so water sprayed everywhere.) But other than that, the hotel design is very new and stylish, and it's also very clean! The only downside was that I originally booked this hotel for its rooftop, but my trip was too rushed this time, and I didn't have time to properly enjoy the hotel's facilities.

I loved everything about my stay. There's a communal dining area with sofas, and a terrace on the 6th floor with city views. Two elevators were available. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress was excellent and firm. You can purchase a lock for your locker and rent a towel. Breakfast included free coffee and churros, and they offer 4 types of tea. There's also a communal fridge for food storage. We had a really pleasant chat with Daniel and Angela from the staff. I will definitely return here.

Bit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day. Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that.

Good hotel room, very nice morning buffet with lots of different dishes. Hotel's restaurant at late night also serves pretty fancy food. Also, I really loved the free water and drink dispenser there. Got myself lots of free hot milk and fruit flavor water there. Would really recommend this place!

This hostel is unbeatable for the location; it is right next to Puerta del Sol and everything is within walking distance. I stayed in the 8-bed mixed dorm. The room was clean, and I liked that we had our own bathroom inside the room. However, the sink is also in the sleeping area, so it can be noisy if people use it early in the morning. The kitchen is basic and mainly has a microwave, so do not expect to cook big meals here to save money. The bunk beds are comfortable enough, but the frames can be a bit shaky when you move. Overall, it is a solid choice if you want a cheap stay in the center.
