The experience from the very beginning was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive customer service and the apartment is more beautiful than the pictures terraces five of them each one with a different view. The restaurant below Luma was absolute perfection wet so well with the accommodation the service impeccable for food amazing and I was fortunate enough to meet the owners who are so proud of their restaurant you can tell in every detail it goes without saying I would live there if I could I fantastic.

The hotel's location is super convenient for shopping and sightseeing right outside the door! There are also plenty of dining options. The facilities are great, though the heated towel rail wasn't turned on. The main downside is that it's right on a central road, so it's incredibly noisy! There's constant traffic, and downstairs by the roadside, young people laughing loudly at the cafe were really annoying. We had no choice but to keep the windows closed and endure the stuffiness; we couldn't open them for fresh air while sleeping!

Great location - within 10-15 mins walking distance from most of the main sites. There’s also a metro station about 4 mins walk for visiting the other sites. It’s also a 4 mins walk to the meeting points for most tours. Hotel room - double bed was actually a double bed! :) Not two singles put together. Good amenities provided such as disposable slippers, shower gel, separate shampoo and conditioner, hand gel, body cream, face towels. Surprisingly no bathrobe was provided given the Hilton name but still a good hotel room overall. Cleanliness - generally clean but have knocked 1 star off because a couple of the towels had other people’s hair on them when I arrived. However these were replaced with clean ones during room cleaning. Staff - good level of spoken English and understanding. Most of the staff were friendly. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff. Coffee shop linked to hotel is perfect with a huge range of drinks on the menu. No oat milk though! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Did get quite warm in room and couldn’t work air con. As it’s on a busy road there was too much road noise if you wanted the window open. About a 30 minute walk to the old town and about 39 mins from the airport. Taxis are so cheap that it didn’t matter where it was. One night our group sat in Ricks bar which is attached to the hotel and ordered a bolt delivery from a local Greek restaurant which was great. Food stops at 8pm at hotel. Hotel was a great price and served us well for the trip.

Self check-in was a bit challenging, but we managed with the help of the front desk staff. After that, the service was pleasant and straightforward. At the café where breakfast was served, the service was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was adequate, a bit unusual, but the specialty coffees were a plus! :)

Overall a good stay for the price. A good in-between for the airport and the old town part of the city. The only gripe I had was the shower head holder was broken, but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

It was clean, it was 3 minutes walk from the station, the security was good, and the big supermarket was very close, so it was very good! 3 I don't go to 20,000 in a night, and I don't get soaked in the bath! If you stop, maybe it's here again!

For those not used to the way these appts work check in was a bit awkward, esp if you didn't set up your esim properly first abd are new in town. The key is in a small black box on the rails outside the door. Apart from that the amenities are top notch the location not bad around 10 mins walk from the old town
