This was a very last-minute decision. We chose a villa on Trip.com that was very close to the Toronto Botanical Garden (Edwards Park). Even though we arrived close to midnight, the owners were still waiting for us. The villa was spacious and bright, and the husband showed us several suites to choose from, each looking extremely comfortable. The one we stayed in even had a complimentary electric massage chair. Waking up early the next morning, the streets outside the window were remarkably peaceful; the villa was located in a very elegant area. Although breakfast wasn't included, the wife had prepared a sumptuous meal of milk, fruit, and other refreshments. The kitchen was fully equipped, so cooking was no problem. My wife and I enjoyed chatting and drinking tea with the wife. The Toronto Botanical Garden, less than a 10-minute walk away, was the main reason we chose this villa, and we found it to be one of the best value-for-money Airbnbs we've ever stayed in, and highly recommended.

The hotel is in the city center and the location is great. The front desk service was also excellent. The room was quite spacious. I stayed Friday night and checked out Saturday. Early Saturday morning, the fire alarm went off repeatedly. It scared me, and I wasn't sure what was happening, so I quickly grabbed my passport and wallet and went downstairs. Later, I found out it was just a drill. So early in the morning... I was really quite speechless.

They have a complimentary schüttle that picks you up just outside the baggage area. Complimentary schüttle to the airport on the hour. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise as there was actually an excellent protein, boiled eggs, Sausages, yoghurt granola and fruit. They had all the other items such as toast, croissants, bagels, muffins, orange and apple juice, waffles you make yourself, tea or coffee with milk or cream. Every area was clean. Quiet at night. Coffee machine in the room with compliment coffee pods and teas. Pump soap and bar soap Shampoo, cream rinse, lotion, shower cap and makeup remover pads. Plenty of towels.

I stayed here on 2 separate bookings over the 2 week trip to Canada (when i first arrived, and after travelling to Quebec, before departing for home). Both times the rooms have been clean, comfortable with lovely decor. The shower has nice pressure, bathroom was clean. Hotel staff also clean the rooms daily. The reception staff were nice and responsive. The location was very convenient to get to both Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. 10/10. And of course convenient to get to Union Station. Will definitely stay here again next time i try to catch the Dodgers in Toronto!

The building is good, the room clean, and the amenities more than adequate. But the location isn't very convenient if you only use public transportation and your own two feet. If you have a car, however, it's perfect.

Having Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out. Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus. Location was great. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution. The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room. Overall a great experience. Thank you.

The new hostel has improved quite a bit since I last worked and stayed there .I'm telling u it went from a dive to a high end hostel .everything is new.the owner has an established chain of hostels in Asia HK . Upon entering the new hostel I was greeted by trilingual staff. No deposit for the key fob like the old days This hostel has solid frame beds . Though a bit further than the Clarence park . This hostel is the Porsche of hostels .great thoughts went into ie hair dryers and a 24/7 hoteater supply . Excellent shower and decks to rest ur tired legs .the area is less crazy then the main hostels .but there r two supermkts near y and a dollar rama and liquor store . Starbucks is housed with metro .but across the street from the Royal Bank is the freshco . I will be frequenting this hostel between air BB's. Thank-you P and staff for the new open tour .

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I felt the photos we saw when booking were misleading - it appeared larger and said the square footage was between 850-950sqft and our suite was nowhere near that size. The two beds and the sofa were so crammed in that you couldn’t open one of the cupboards and it was difficult to get to the second bed without squeezing against a wall. We did move the desk and table/chairs to make a little more spaceand to me, the layoutsakee more sense the way we left it - with the desk against the window and the table in the little room. The photos made it look like the beds were in a separate room than the sofa/kitchen. It’s possible we were put in the wrong kind of room? There are absolutely no extras here - no pots and pans or ice cube trays. We had 3 plates and one glass in the cabinets. No silverware or dish soap and no detergent for the dishwasher (not that there was anything to put in there). The hotel appeared pretty clean but we also were missing sheets for the pullout. The team did bring us two flat sheets to use and they said they only had one extra pillow (which was fine since the beds had 4 pillows each).
