She help to get two boiled eggs each morning for me and my wife. I and my wife planned to stay two days in this hotel only and now would like to stay in this hotel in my next trip. Next week in Manchester citycenter after the trip to Old Strafford.

The hotel is very close to Piccadilly train station, but I wouldn't recommend using the overhead bridge – it actually makes it a longer walk. My room, at least, was spacious, and the bed even bigger. What I loved most was that the hangers could be taken down, and they even provided slippers! I stayed for two nights, and it was generally very quiet, much better than my experiences in Edinburgh and London. The mini-fridge had food and water, along with tea bags and a capsule coffee machine, all of which I confirmed were complimentary. However, because they took a £52 pre-authorization upon check-in, I didn't touch anything in the fridge to be on the safe side. The restaurant is on the right side of the lobby on the ground floor and is very standard for a Western-style restaurant. Below are some personal cons: 1. Manchester isn't as warm as London, and my room was shaded. Even on sunny days, it felt a bit cool inside, and the air conditioning's heating seemed pretty ineffective. 2. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery; you absolutely need to use the non-slip mat provided by the hotel. 3. The toilet flush button was very stiff; I couldn't press it with my left hand and had to use my right. Oh, and they gave me hot scones at check-in, as shown in picture 6.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Manchester, and it was an excellent choice for me and my son. The room was very clean, modern, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. no parking at this establishment and no dropping off available at times as their maintenance and delivery vans might take up the small space cut into the front pavement. They do provide you with a discount voucher at nearby public carparks. Rooms are clean but the decorating is a patch up job throughout. The noise from the tram it is horrible and through the night as windows are not soundproof. In our room the heating was out of order and oil filled radiators were put up instead. Television sets have either the option for TV channels or to connect to your phone: bad aerial prevented viewing most channels and TV only connected to the staff's androids and not to our iphones. There was no options for apps such as youtube or netflix and kids have to entertain themselves on their tablet. Swimming pool is the size of a private one in a residential home. Staff is courteous and the breakfast is way and beyond satisfactory. The majestic hall from their photos was nowhere to be seen. Would go again if no other options shall be available at the time.

The only way to get ventilation is through the air conditioning. ## Hygiene: The bathroom was clean and the shower space was a good size. The room itself felt quite new. ## Location: There's a bus stop about a 3-minute walk away, but other public transport options aren't very convenient. It's about a 20-minute walk to the city center. The price was very reasonable and the location was great. The room wasn't tiny, and while the bathroom was a bit small, it did have a bathtub and a separate wet/dry area. My only complaint is that I still had to pay a city tax even though I booked through Trip.com.

Breakfast was decent, and while the room wasn't huge, it was very clean. We stayed for two nights, and the location was fantastic – really close to our child's university (Manchester University) and not far from Chinatown. The best part was that it was right across from their apartment, and only a two-minute walk to Oxford Road train station, which was incredibly convenient.

The hotel is in a good location near the centre with good transpprt links to Piccadilly, the reception and breakfast areas are nice and spacious and therr's room to chill as well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfy and clean, the shower is spacious and the bed is soft and there's a nice tv as well. Internet is very fast. The breakfsst is also tasty and plentiful and it's only £ 8. It was a pleasant stay for a budget hotel, I would recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel previously when it was ibis styles. The location is perfect and look and feel is similar to when it was previously owned. We had an issue proving we had late check out even thought this had been pre-booked and should have been on record. The room are becoming quite worn even though still modern. There was constant standing water on the bathroom floor coming from wall times under the shower and the carpet in the room at the door was really damp giving off a smell. The shower was very cold on the first day and even when the hot water did come on the second use it still wasn’t very warm. Overall the standard was poor and had dropped from the previous visit so wouldn’t be staying here again.

The hotel building boasts a grand and impressive Victorian exterior. Apparently, it opened in 1857, making it nearly 170 years old. Its location is superb, with a bus stop just over 100 meters away. As my friend put it, ”It's right in the absolute city center.” However, once inside the single room, the interior decor and amenities could only be described as simple. For instance, there's an approximately 28-inch Samsung TV mounted diagonally on the wall above a small desk, and the bathroom's rinse cup is inverted on the flat surface in front of the mirror, without even a tray or coaster underneath. The hotel restaurant is in the basement.
