I had a great stay here. The place looks exactly like the photos - modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, proactive, and very helpful. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the shared areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and sleeping hub. I was initially worried about using shared bathrooms, but the bathrooms were very clean, and other guests were considerate in keeping them tidy after use. If you do not bring slippers, they are also available from the vending machine, which is convenient. The sleeping hub was higher and more spacious than expected, warm and comfortable, with power outlets and USB-C ports on both sides of the bed. Wi-Fi was strong, and I was able to use the call booth for a virtual meeting. The wristband system for opening doors and making purchases inside the property was also very convenient. I also enjoyed using the shared sauna, especially after coming in from the cold. The location is excellent, close to a bus stop with easy access to Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli. There are supermarkets, international restaurants, and a laundromat nearby. Overall, I highly recommend CityHub Copenhagen for a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-designed stay.

We booked a triple room in advance and checked in at 6 PM, only to find just two beds, no bottled water, no coffee, and no wardrobe. The amenities were incredibly basic. Definitely not worth the price! We also encountered long queues due to a tour group checking in. Breakfast was €31, with limited options, and felt quite overpriced. On the bright side, the view outside the window was nice, with a lake. The booking showed a family room for four, but it was already cramped with just three of us. It’s been a long time since I've had such a poor hotel experience!

Overall, the stay was good. The location was convenient and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were several issues with cleanliness and comfort. While I understand the concept of a wet room, more attention should have been paid to maintenance. There was visible limescale and chlorine residue on the shower head and sink, which gave a poor impression of hygiene. Additionally, the carpet in the room was stained, as were the curtains. Finally, the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. With better attention to cleanliness and improved bedding, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer luggage storage; you have to pay to use lockers on the basement floor. This hotel really opened my eyes to the prices and service in Denmark... Fellow Chinese travelers, please avoid this place.

The atmosphere was genuinely welcoming and relaxed and the location is great, but the hygiene is not really good for the bathroom, there is a weak water flow for the shower, and the hotel reception was in the bar, and the rooms were above the bar, making it a bit noisy at night. This hostel don't have any common areas; you either went out or stayed in the dorm. They didn't even provide shower gel or shampoo.

I stayed at Wakeup Copenhagen and found it to be a solid choice for a short city trip. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a minimalist design that makes everything feel efficient and straightforward. The location is very convenient, especially for exploring central Copenhagen, with easy access to public transport and key attractions. The room was compact, which is expected for this type of hotel, but it was well-designed and functional. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and in good condition. However, if you’re traveling with large luggage or prefer more space, the room might feel a bit tight. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The overall atmosphere is more practical than luxurious, but it delivers good value for money. Overall, Wakeup Copenhagen is a great option if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and well-located hotel without unnecessary extras.

The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again.

Couldn't check in early, but the common areas were super functional, vibrant, and relaxing – really on par with Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly. However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate.

The building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming. But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Coffee/tea amenities: two cheap cups, and normal two coffee, sugar, creamer. Interestingly that coffee has a label of the hotel, but not cups. Lights are not enough in the room, it feels dark. And there is no central turning on/off switch for light in the room. You need to turn on/off each and every light manually. No hair dryer. There is no separate shampoo. It's just all in one soap+shampoo liquid. Leaving your luggage/bags after checkout is not for free. They have lockers, which you need to pay for. The breakfast buffet is nothing fancy, and not a lot of options. The location is good. Not far away from the center. And there were no city views from my room, but it said so when booking. And there is a small gym inside.
