I booked a twin room and chose the upper bunk. The room was a bit cramped, but for a place to just sleep for one night, it was quite comfortable. The self-check-in was convenient and quick, and the staff on duty were very friendly. There's a lounge area, a small bar, and a kitchen near the entrance. It's really great value for money and perfect for a short stay when exploring the city.

Great hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

Absolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

The kitchen has many stuff you need for cooking, pots, plates, etc. We have a four person room for a group of 4. Nice bed and spacious. Bathrooms are very big! Everything is so convenient, it’s next to the famous church

Front gate key is not functional and if locked have to call a person from the bar. In late night it’s a bit hectic if someone locked. Person said it is not working on that day. I stayed 3 nights but didn’t fixed for all 3 days. Rest everything is good. Perfect location and capsule is good

The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again.

While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly. However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate.

The hotel is expensive compared to hotels of same standard in France and Italy. The room is very small and basic. It would be nice if they could renovate with hard wood floors to have cleaniness. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is also good, very close to Central train station.

It does what it needs. If you want to check in before 3pm it is not possible, you have to leave your luggage in a locker, of course against cost. If all lockers are occupied than surprisingly the room is already ready. All is for the rules, the staff has no flexibility to address customer needs. No one can tell me that with a hotel of this size there is no room ready after 12 am, it is not that all people want to check-in at the same time. Simple statistics. I wanted to have breakfast spontaneously, was not possible because I didn’t book it the night before. Exceptions not possible! I get it that the hotel needs to plan in advance, however it is also simple statistics with a buffet of this size. So hotel rather misses out on guests who want to pay extra due to rules. When you just need a room for a night the hotel is totally fine. If you need anything extra the stuff needs to follow the rules no matter the request.
