We absolutely loved our stay! This is a fantastic adults-only hotel located right on the beachfront. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and fluent in English. Our room was spacious and well-insulated, equipped with a large fridge and very comfortable beds. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it quickly by moving us to a different room. Almost every room offers a stunning view. The hotel grounds deserve a special mention -they are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants, including passion fruit and mango trees. We would definitely love to come back if we have the chance!

What a Lovely Stay! This is actually the first hotel I’ve ever reviewed on Trip.com, and I really wanted to share my experience because this place truly impressed me. The hotel is spacious, clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. Everything feels thoughtfully managed, and the staff are all incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming. They were always happy to help and provided complete and useful information whenever I had questions. The room itself had everything I needed, so I honestly didn’t feel the need to go outside at all. You could easily spend the whole day at the hotel and still have plenty to do. There are working spaces, baking facilities, a swimming pool, ping-pong tables, mountain and island activities, and many other things to enjoy within the property. I especially loved the green spaces around the hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, refreshing, and really relaxing. There are also bicycles available for free, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable and convenient. The location is another big plus. It’s close to 7-Eleven and various local shops, so getting snacks, drinks, or anything you might need is very easy. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here. The combination of a beautiful and spacious property, friendly staff, great facilities, peaceful surroundings, and a convenient location made my stay really comfortable. To be honest, my summary of Amatara Welleisure Resort is: highly recommended if you want to escape the world for a trip, but skip it if you're looking to club or bring family. The main cons are two-fold: The beach is rather small and rocky, completely unswimmable at low tide (luckily there are other beaches nearby). The location is quite remote in Phuket, so calling a car to get to the city center takes 30-60 minutes. However, what you get in return is top-tier privacy! The pros absolutely win out: The staff's attitude is incredibly nice and extremely thoughtful. While the rooms aren't the newest, they are exceptionally well-maintained. The entire resort feels like a tropical rainforest, filled with palm trees and lush greenery, where you can even spot wild parrots and toucans – the scenery is unreal! A special note: it's built on a cliffside, so you'll be walking up and down, but you can call for a buggy transfer anytime. The food quality is high, portions are large, water sports (kayak/SUP) are free, and the spa is definitely the best on the island. The staff can also help arrange car rentals and excursions for free (only charging the original price). If you want exclusive paradise and ultimate service, this is the place for you.

I stayed here for less than 10,000 yen per person. I booked a room on the first floor with direct pool access, and it was excellent. We could enjoy the pool until 9 PM, and the transparent boat was a lot of fun. There's also a pool on the rooftop. You can enjoy the pool in the morning as well. Information about the floating breakfast is provided during check-in. Perhaps because there are many Japanese guests, I noticed a lot of Japanese signage. The room was a bit humid, but not to an extent that it bothered me. It takes about an hour to get here from Patong Beach, but I think it's a hotel worth staying at at least once.
