An excellent choice for budget and longer-stay travellers, offering excellent value for money. The hotel is modern, clean, and has a lively atmosphere without feeling busy. I stayed in a Breeze XL room, which was spacious enough for our luggage, tidy, and well equipped with a mini kitchen, good air conditioning, and a strong shower. The rear-facing view wasn’t anything special, but that wasn’t a major issue. The rooftop pool and restaurant are definite highlights, with nice views over the town and mountains. The restaurant has a large menu and represents good value, although the food didn’t quite meet my own standards. The gym is another strong point, especially if you enjoy cardio, as it has plenty of equipment, a dedicated yoga room, and even personal trainers available. The free weights area is a little cramped and the selection is fairly limited, but it’s more than adequate for most hotel stays. The bed felt a little worn, but I still slept well throughout my stay. The hotel is dog-friendly, which initially concerned me, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, and the hotel remained clean with no signs of pet mess or hair. The location isn’t ideal if you want to walk everywhere, but taxis are cheap and easy to get, so it wasn’t a significant drawback. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

We frequently visit Kamala Beach and thought trying a different property for once. So it’s our first time staying at this property. We arrived with little expectation but it was a nice surprise. The hotel view was breathtaking. A trainee attended to us at check in, and he was a little nervous but was overall very helpful and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and with a private balcony. We enjoyed our seaview so much and wasn’t bothered with the traffic noise from the main street nearby or the loud music from the Kamala beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay, the staff hospitality, walking up to a beautiful view and catching the sunset everyday. Only issue, there were too many mosquitoes, either at their open F&B outlets or in the room too. The hotel should prepare some mosquitoes repellent for guests comfort and convenience. Otherwise will love to return and try other room again.

This was our first stop in Phuket. The hotel's location is convenient, situated at an intersection in Phuket Town, though it's about a 30-minute walk to the central walking street. Public transport is easily accessible, with the airport bus stop (Surakul Stadium) less than 200 meters away. The staff were polite and enthusiastic. Check-in was in a different building from our room, but a staff member kindly led us there. The room itself was very spacious, with strong central air conditioning. It was clean and comfortable, and the bottled water was reliable. Although it's not far from the main road, the environment was quite peaceful, as long as there weren't any loud 'hooning' cars passing by. 🥰

The hotel has an eco-friendly policy, with no trash bags or single-use amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are all in reusable dispensers. Everything is very clean and pleasant. The sink was in the bathroom, not next to the bed. There's a rooftop pool with beautiful views of Patong's promenade. It's a 10-minute walk to the famous Bangla Road. You need to use your key card inside the elevator for it to operate.

Traveling solo to Phuket, I picked this hotel after comparing options on Trip.com, and my overall experience truly exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is convenient, not too far from Patong Beach or Jungceylon, with plenty of food options, 7-Eleven stores, and motorcycle rentals nearby. It's also quiet at night, making it a peaceful and safe stay for a solo traveler. Check-in was smooth, and the restaurant on the sixth floor served good food. The overall cleanliness and hygiene were beyond what I expected – very clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke Chinese, so communication was a breeze. They even recommended many places suitable for a solo traveler. The hotel also offers motorcycle rentals, which saved me a lot of hassle. What I loved most was the hotel's overall atmosphere. It doesn't feel commercialized; instead, it gives you a sense of slow living in Phuket. Sitting by the pool in the evening, enjoying a beer and watching the sunset, was incredibly relaxing. If you're looking for a hotel that offers great value for money, is clean, safe, and has a personal touch, I highly recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent value for money! The hotel is affordable, but everything was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. The room was spotless, the pool was great, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The only issue was that our room door wouldn’t lock properly with the key, which should definitely be fixed. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly place with a nice pool.

The front desk staff were excellent. My key card wasn't working, and a cleaning staff member kindly helped me out. The front desk staff promptly assisted, and the technical staff fixed the issue right away. Extending my stay was also handled very smoothly. The first photo shows the Phuket Smart Bus timetable for Patong Beach. The second and third photos show the timetable and prices for the Phuket Town-Patong Beach route. It was convenient for getting everywhere.

We were concerned about some bad reviews we had seen and were therefore pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The rooms were beautiful on the ground floor with a balcony area overlooking the pool. We had a wonderful massage and were treated very well. The hotel was quiet most of the time meaning we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Staff were extremely kind and helpful . I would highly recommend this hotel.

I arrived at night and when it was time to turn off the lights, I searched everywhere but couldn't find a light switch in the room. Later, I realized the switch was behind the headboard, and I had to reach my hand in to turn off the light. That's a truly unique design.

Very friendly and helpful staff here. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the buffet breakfast (great omelets). Walking distance to Surin beach (10-12 min), with a 7-11 and or Tops along the way. Couple different restaurants close by, or you can eat upstairs in their restaurant. We also used Grab and ordered food In a few times. Each room has its own secure wifi, rather than open wifi for the whole building. They do have unsecured wifi avail in the lobby and restaurant as well.
