The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left. I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back.

Facilities: The room was quite spacious, with a kettle, coffee machine, and fridge. They provided 2 complimentary bottles of water, and the TV was a smart TV that supported screen mirroring. Cleanliness: It was very clean. As long as you don't put the 'do not disturb' sign on your door, they'll clean your room automatically every day. Environment: It's a 15-minute walk from the train station, and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop which goes directly to Piazzale Michelangelo, saving you the effort of climbing hills. There's also a tram stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is very large with many, many rooms, and it seems to attract a lot of young people, so it can get quite noisy late at night. The soundproofing is decent, but if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. Service: You can store your luggage for free, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is good for an overnight stay. The only thing we had was that the room in the picture did not match the real room where we were accommodated. A delicious breakfast was included, a bunch of delicious croissants of different tastes and colors. Good jamon Many thanks to the hotel staff for waiting for us to check in, since the reception is not open 24 hours, but until midnight. Our bus was very late, we were afraid of being left on the street

The room facilities were really subpar. The lighting was awful, and the decor felt very rough and unfinished. It definitely didn't live up to a 4-star standard. However, the public areas and service were pretty good. The breakfast was terrible. The pool had a nice view, but it was way too crowded, and it seemed like most of the people weren't even hotel guests, just freeloaders. As a paying guest, I didn't even get a chance to enjoy a drink by the pool.

This hotel's rooms are incredibly beautiful and clean! They provide a wide array of disposable amenities, including slippers and body lotion, which is quite rare for European hotels. Our room even had a small balcony with a lovely view of the pool downstairs and the surrounding trees. While breakfast wasn't entirely to my taste, the variety was impressive, even featuring honey with a honeycomb. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, which was very helpful. A thoughtful touch was the free long-handled umbrellas available for guests, especially since it happened to be raining during our stay. The only real downside is that, despite being close to Florence train station in a straight line, the walk from the station to the hotel is actually quite long. Plus, exiting the Florence station involves going down a set of stairs, which is very inconvenient with large luggage. This made the walk to the hotel feel even longer, especially with intersections where poor signal made maps unclear and it was easy to get lost. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel. The internal environment is very well-maintained, and the front desk staff are patient and polite. If I have the chance to visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel. The price is truly excellent value for money.

Hotel was good. Close to city center. You can walk to bus C2 that takes you to everywhere in city center directly, we did that. It has a tap system with your payment card. Only thing we wondered was a construction worker in the room beside us working until 23.50 with vaccum cleaner and banging. We were up, but if you would had to sleep, it would have been alot annoying. But everything was great, good service. And it was clean.

Everything was good. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were decent. My only complaint is not being able to control the heating in the room. I ended up sleeping with the windows open because it was so hot. The breakfast had a good variety.

The room is really small, and everything else is good. The hotel is in the white community, and although it is a little far from the downtown attractions, it doesn't feel far away after walking all the way there. The breakfast is the same white food, but the pizza in the restaurant next door is really great, which refreshed my understanding of Italian pizza. It is really delicious. I ate it for three consecutive days.

The room is dingy and uninviting. There's mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed isn't a double bed; it's single beds of varying firmness pushed together. It's completely uncomfortable to sleep. The reception staff was friendly and they packed a to-go breakfast for our early checkout. The sights are a 15-minute tram ride away, and the tram stop is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
