The hotel is located ~15 min from both Firenze SMN station and the Florence old town. The room is clean and modern with a modern TV. Check-in process is smooth and welcoming. They have a waiting room next to the lobby which also is a luggage storage room for you to conveniently drop-off your belongings before 3pm. The only complaints are that my toilet door handle was dislodged somehow. And also that the double bed has a lining in the middle so you can only sleep on one side - perfect for couples but less ideal for solo travellers.

I absolutely love this hotel! As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a charming vintage ambiance. The room decor and layout are incredibly stylish, and the balcony is huge. There's also a large patch of lilac flowers right outside the bathroom window – you know, that natural fragrance? Oh, I seriously can't recommend this hotel enough! Plus, it's super close to St. Mary's Station, just a five or six-minute walk away. Highly, highly recommend!

The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and well-equipped. However, toiletries and linens weren't replaced during our stay. The location is a bit out of the way, making it a long walk to the city center, and inconvenient for exploring on rainy days. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The environment here is great! Downstairs, they always have iced water and croissants available, which is perfect for breakfast and helps save a lot of money in Europe. It's also very close to the city center, especially the train station. As for the facilities, the lobby has many sofas and is decorated in a very regal, palace-like style.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from Florence Santa Maria Novella train station. It's incredibly convenient if you're traveling by train, and you can easily walk to all the major attractions. Right next door, there's a very famous Florentine steakhouse that's packed every evening. Plus, there's a Carrefour Express supermarket nearby, which is handy for picking up water and other essentials. The breakfast is incredibly varied and a huge highlight of this hotel. There's a wide selection, and you can certainly eat your fill. The restaurant's design and ambiance are also lovely, similar to a sunroom, creating a very elegant atmosphere. The front desk staff were quick to resolve an issue. Initially, my room's bathroom had an unpleasant odor. After I reported it to the front desk, they immediately moved me to another room on the spot. This new room was even larger, and the bathroom was more spacious. Their toiletries are from a local skincare brand, and the soap and body lotion, in particular, are very moisturizing. On the downside, the bathtub drainage was a bit slow.

The hotel is actually an apartment style building right next to a busy walkway, very convenient. However the elevator only fits about 1 person with luggage. Tightest and smallest elevator I have ever seen. Management requires you to leave the key with them when you leave the room saying it’s easier to track who’s in the building or not, not so convincing and why does it matter. The entrance to the hotel is never locked and strangers and just walk into the building while receptionist is on the third floor

Great location, right outside the train station. The staff were kind and helpful, however were swamped with calls which took check in forever. The rooms are cleaned at first look, however there was hair in a fresh folded towel. The container where the packed soap was kept was soaked through. Overall was a good place to a nights sleep.

Exceeded all expectations! I thought a hotel in an old building would be run-down, but the room was beautifully renovated. It was small but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She let us check in early as soon as a room was available, and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The breakfast room offers stunning views of Florence, with the cathedral dome and swifts that have migrated back from Africa after winter flying by the window.
