The location was fantastic and the service was excellent. I also really liked the complimentary drinks available on the first floor. I'd love to stay here again the next time I visit NYC!

For New York City, where space is a premium, the rooms here are quite spacious. The location is excellent, not far from the subway and Times Square. There's hot water available on the first floor, which is a great convenience for Chinese guests. The front desk also offers free luggage storage. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at NowNow NoHo! I arrived around 2am and entered with no issues. The door was open and there was a staff member sitting inside. I used the self check-in kiosk and got my room card and went upstairs to my room. I read about this place beforehand so I knew the ceiling is shared and that every sound can be heard so I tried to be as silent as possible when getting ready for bed. My room was near the door from the hallway and while I could hear when people were entering and leaving it did not bother me. The sink was in the corridor though so I imagine it could be quite bothersome to stay in the pods near to the sinks and hearing them used often. The shower was clean and had shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smelled really nice. The pod itself was very narrow but there was enough space to stand and get dressed etc. The bed is narrow too, maybe more like the width of a couch so bigger people might struggle to feel comfortable. The location is amazing! Manhattan is very walkable so I really enjoyed being in NoHo with many places being easy to get to. The only negative I would say is that there is only one hair dryer and it's located in the basement so I had to go 3 stories down with wet hair. Also, although my neighbours were fairly quiet and I slept without issues I did use the earplugs which were provided.

The POD 51 hotel in New York has private toilets in the rooms, but the space is really small. Water easily splashes from the sink, so you have to be careful every time you wash your hands. There's a communal area with tables and chairs on the rooftop where you can relax, eat, and enjoy views of the surrounding high-rise buildings. The location is convenient.

The hotel is located near Wall Street and the Charging Bull, making its location absolutely fantastic. It's also really close to the Statue of Liberty ferry, surrounded by many popular photo ops. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and they even helped us get a room with a great view.

This property is incredibly convenient, located just a short walk from the subway. The rooms are well-equipped with useful amenities like an iron and power outlets in every corner, including by the bedside—perfect for those with multiple devices. The bathrooms are clean, and with only six rooms per floor, it feels very private and never crowded. The elevators are fast, and the lobby offers complimentary hot water and coffee in generously sized cups. While the breakfast is high quality and diverse, the menu can be repetitive for longer stays, and seating may be limited during peak hours. However, a major drawback is the lack of an in-room safe, which might be inconvenient if you are traveling with many valuables.

The lobby was nice but the rooms were a little small for a family of 4. The carpet and the walls were not very clean. Breakfast and service was excellent though.

I had a great stay here. Check in was simple and the staff were nice. The room was nice for what I paid, although lighting not great with only the bathroom lighting and mirror being sufficient to apply make up! Bathroom was small and pokey, having to close the door to access the make up mirror was annoying as no sideboard to store makeup so had to keep going in and out. Room was noisy as could hear neighbours talking, and lots of street noise. Ear plugs helped. Shower tray turned into a paddling pool but reported this and it was fixed. Cleaning staff were very nice and insisted on making up the rooms if they saw me in the hall. Overall, the staff I spoke to during my stay were very good, check in/out process was simple - M was very polite and explained the process, room decor could do with a refresh but wasn’t terrible, main areas look just how they look on Gossip Girl! I was able to leave my case for two hours after check out, this was very helpful. Location was great, one block from Central Park and plenty of supermarkets and food places nearby (love Morton Williams!) and perfect being just opposite the Lincoln centre too, although did not attend any shows here but also looks the same as it looks on Etoile! Overall, a satisfying stay in a great location. I will definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near Times Square with easy subway access, which is a huge plus. The hotel pool is nice, and there's a gym. Our deluxe single room, though small, had everything we needed. Overall, we were very satisfied.
