I really liked the hotel! It's close to the station. It's clean and has a stylish interior. The funny names everywhere clearly show it's a youth-oriented hotel. What also really impressed me is that this is the first budget hotel during our trip through France and Italy that offered a complete, familiar set of amenities for guests: slippers, a shower cap, a hygiene kit, toothbrush and toothpaste, and bottled water. The room also has a mini-fridge, which is a rarity in Europe. On the ground floor, there's a co-working space, a dining area, a gym, and a huge kitchen. I assume it's for the students who live here permanently, but we were able to heat up food from Spar and have an affordable dinner.

Very clean and beautiful! The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming, exceeding my expectations! I would definitely stay here again if I come to Venice. They provided disposable slippers, and the mini-fridge was replenished with free drinks daily, which was a pleasant surprise. Bottled water is also available from the staff. The decor is aesthetically pleasing, and you can see the streets of Venice from the windows. It's about two bridges away from the station, so if you have heavy luggage, you might want to reconsider, but it's hard to avoid in Venice. The breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was just average, but trying out the Italian coffee shop outside in the morning would be quite nice.

This hotel offers good value for money, but it's quite far from the islands, and after 6 PM, there are no dining options nearby. If you're out and about, I'd recommend eating before returning, otherwise, it'll be hard to find food. This is the most inconvenient aspect of staying at this hotel; everything else is fine. Also, I recommend buying a day pass for Venice; it's more economical and allows you to use the water buses.

The hotel is refurbished considering all the old building architecture of the city. Room is clean, modern and decent size, but the bed board is torn and sadly, not repair. Staff is helpful and responsive whenever I WhatsApp them.  The way to the accommodation is interesting and feels like a maze, u will get use to it after awhile. Night time is abit dark along the way but there is auto light in the front porch.  Overall I enjoy the space & amenities like vanity kit they provide as compared to other hotels I stayed in other parts of Italy. And I personally prefer modern rooms instead of old looking ones.

The hotel was easy to find and near the bus stop direct to St. Lucia. The budget room was really decent, we have everything that we need in the room though the toilet is pretty small. The room might not be soundproofed as we can hear noises from the room beside ours. Our AC in the room works great and cool which is very important during summer time. Breakfast is included with schedule which you have to choose when checking in but we had no chance to try it. Hotel reception was nice and we kept our bags in the lobby area before the check-in time and it was safe.

The hotel is directly opposite Venice's Santa Lucia train station (SMN), making it incredibly convenient – you just cross the road after exiting the station. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the facilities are showing their age. Breakfast was a typical Italian cold cuts spread. We stayed one night; on the first day, we headed straight to the main island for a look around, which was a quick 10-minute train ride for 1.5 Euros. The next day, after checking out, we left our luggage and explored the outer islands, but there really wasn't anything much to see there.

The hotel's location is excellent. There's a bus stop just a short walk away, offering a direct 10-minute ride to the main island, and also airport shuttle buses, which is super convenient. For the price, this hotel offers great value for money. I think I briefly saw something about a luggage storage fee, but other than that, everything else was really good.

Traveling with my parents, we chose to stay here while visiting Venice. This campsite offers a different experience from traditional hotels. You can cook your own meals, as they provide kitchenware and utensils, and there's no extra charge for parking. The premium cabin can accommodate five people and has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which is very convenient. A heads-up: you'll need to take a ticket at the machine when checking in at the front desk, and the stove requires a igniter (you'll find it in the cupboard). While the campsite and cabins show their age, the value for money is truly excellent.

The location is quite convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, and there are bus stops nearby. There's no kettle, and all drinks in the mini-fridge, including a 500ml bottle of mineral water, cost 1.5 euros. The tray only has two glass cups, with no free coffee or tea for brewing. Even though I never use them, their absence makes the hotel seem cheap. The only saving grace was that the restaurant staff downstairs were very nice and willing to fill my thermos with hot water. There was only toilet paper, no facial tissues. This is the stingiest four-star hotel I've ever stayed in. I had already paid the full room rate, but upon check-in, they insisted on scanning my passport and credit card together for their records. Luckily, I had covered my security code beforehand. I don't understand why this rundown place needed to keep a credit card on file, probably for those overpriced drinks in the fridge? I'd been traveling for ten days, and all other hotels only required an additional city tax payment. This old-fashioned place was the only one that insisted on a credit card deposit.

Location is fantasic! Breakfast is great! Room is very very small for price paid. Room deco is very dated, and not enough lightning. Dont even have kettle or proper glasses. Air-con is so cold and keeps blowing onto face. Had very bad sleep all 3 nights i was there. Receptionist no smile. Looks like people owned them money. No amenities. Honestly, for EUR300+/night, i had expected more of it.
